Was the pharmacy in HEB out of paper? After I got a Covid-19 booster I got my original vaccine card back, but I also got the over 65 seasonal flu shot and was given NO paper with date, manufacturer, dose, lot number or store where the shot was given. I asked for a receipt and was told I didnt need one. Really? Please mail it to me.

Continuing my goal of visiting all the HEBs in Texas this store was indeed a classic.With items ranging from the meat department to some electrical to grocery. I loved getting to see what they have to offer.Overall the experience was wonderful the staff here were friendly. They knew their store well finding are basics in the main isles.With speciality items in the deli.Your delis are always wonderful.In conclusionWe got everything we needed somethings we didnt.for the home trip.I definitely recommend them to those looking for quality service. With good products to choose from.

Doris in the bakery helped me order a birthday cake. It was for my grandson’s 13th birthday and I was trying to duplicate a small smash cake from his 1st.birthday. I picked it up today and it is perfect. I never write reviews but I want to let management know how friendly, helpful and patient Doris is with customers.

This was smaller than my usual HEB but fully stocked. I was able to get items that are always out of stock at other locations.

This is one of the few H-E-B locations that is less than 8 miles from another. In fact, this location is less than 5 miles from an H-E-B plus location. But dont sell it short. Thus use to be a rather depressing Albertsons and it is much better despite the age. Definitely worth shopping at if you prefer a smaller store than the larger ones.

Its HEB has all the items that I shop for. Close and convenient. Always find what Im looking for at a great price.

Store is all torn up and everything is scattered. Maybe when they get it back together I will return. I highly recommend the one a few miles down the road.

No one spoke to me except an ex RR 4 partner. We were taught the four foot rule. If you are within four feet of someone you say hello. A manager walked past me on my way out this morning and said nothing.

Normally a good HEB. But lately I find the employees rather socialize than bag my groceries.

Love HEB. Only place I get my groceries. Theyre renovating the one on Gattis School right now so it should be even better soon.

You can never go wrong with HEB! They are safe, smart and offer the best value. This store is more manageable for my quick runs to the store. Well stocked but not the size of an HEB Plus.

How can you not love HEB? They have great products, great prices and the employees are always helpful.

Currently under renovation so it’s hard to find items but the future looks promising. They have already expanded the adult beverage section and broadened their Healthy Living offerings.

The staff was very helpful, and socials stranding and mask wearing was enforced well. I have a dairy allergy, so the dairy free options were helpful. I wish there were more though, as there aren’t a lot of options. That’s the only con, though. I don’t go to HEB often, but when I do I always leave with nearly everything I came for, so that’s nice. Most items are offered by multiple brands, and they label it making it easier to see what is the better deal with the cents-per-ounce labeling. Thanks HEB!

This is a place to shop for your groceries and safe at the parking lots.There is always a deal going on. Vegetables are always fresh, people are friendly.

Shopped Saturday June 19 and was disgusted by the deli and produce dept.I changed my mind ordering deli cold cuts when I noticed Flys 🪰 on the cutting machine! The employee was actually cutting deli cuts while the flys were flying and stationed on the machine! I canceled out on purchasing anything. I was going to buy a bag of gold potatoes 🥔 but didn’t when I saw tons of Gnats inside the bag, flying all in and around the bin!! Pure disgust and unsanitary! I did request and spoke to the Store Manager which was ridiculous on how he made excuses and didn’t seem to care about my concerns! This was around 6:30-7:00 I regret not getting his name, older white man.He said that yes there are many flys and that’s why the deli is going to be blasted/remodeled next week, he said the produce such as potato’s and onion bags come that way with gnats in the bags and that it can’t be helped!! No concerns from this so called Manager whatsoever! I told him I was going to call Corporate office and he responded by saying that’s fine! I will not shop here anymore although I live around the corner! I’d rather make the long drive to Terra Vista Heb!

Confusing, isles are small and crowded. The pet food is in the meat department. Not HEB ish at all.

I really appreciate HEB’s curbside pickup, especially during the pandemic. If I schedule two days in advance, there is not a fee except a slight shopper fee. Otherwise there is also a $4.95 fee. Still well worth it for safety and convenience. I love my H-E-B!

Nice place pero getting pricey

The curb side pickup was quite quick. No hassles. Associate confirmed it was me and put all groceries as instructed. In these post COVID-19 times my family has started trusting HEB for all our groceries. Thank you HEB!

I love HEB, but this is not one of my favorites to go to. The one in round rock on university is the best!

In the middle of remodel so some of the things are moved more and more. Small isle width due to the remodeling construction.

The Disney World of grocery stores. Fresh tortillas to sushi, home cooked roast beef and/or turkey, its all here.

I love shopping at HEB but lately their employees think they are more important than the customers especially the ones collecting food for pick up or delivery. Their big carts are in the way and they dont xare they interfere with regular customers. There have been a few times where they have almost hit me and others with their big carts.

You will enjoy shopping with H-E-B. Great meat & produce. Loads of specialty items.

We love our neighborhood HEB!!! They are always friendly and helpful to our family. This week was our tenth anniversary and we had ordered boutonnieres and flowers for our vow renewal ceremony. Well they switched florists and our order got lost. I was so sad when I showed up to pick up our order and they had no idea!!! Needless to say, the associate in flowers jumped into action, got the manager, and they were able to get my order ready in about an hour and a half! They even delivered it to our venue!!! I was so grateful for their quick action and willingness to go above and beyond for us.

I have visited this store many times. Its always a great shopping experience.

Dont like the stores new arrangement of shelves.

This store is a nice convenient neighborhood store - but not an HEB Plus. Perfect on the way home, end of day, pick up a few items. Has Curbside option and more self check out registers. Prices reasonable. Warm friendly staff.

Great prices. Large variety. Very friendly. In and out. Ever worker had on their masks. I prefer this HEB over the Georgetown HEB.

Very helpful although certain bottles of wine are frequently out of stock. Specifically large Barefoot chardonnay.

Only reason I dont give it 5 stars is because the select of everything is limited. A bit unfair because its just a neighborhood Gstore. Otherwise love the convenience.

Well it wasnt a terrible shopping day under the circumstances.. They had everything that I was looking for with the exception of eggs so I purchased egg whites. Makes me wonder if everyone said home making large jiggily Japanese cheesecake. Eggs last so long on the shelf why would people need so many??? Gasoline was $1.75. Thats a good thing. Now is the time for the US to fill up reserves to the max.

Im not a fan of this location. I had to stop for a few things and it was close by. Employees were nice but just the location isnt my favorite.

H.E.B. is a fantastic grocery store. Their prices are lower than what I used to have to pay in California with double coupons. HEB is one of the great things about Texas. They help make it affordable to live. This is a nice HEB with very friendly employees. HEB will always have my business. They should also have yours.

Im really starting to doubt my loyalty to this store. In the past several months the service has been terrible. There are never enough lines open. Today there were only two open with at least four people in each line.

I moved to Austin from New Mexico a year ago and Ive only shopped at HEB since. ❤❤❤ their own brand products.

This is the BEST HEB! Yes, it’s a smaller neighborhood store. I actually like this aspect. If I want the crazy crowds and bigger selection, I’ll drive down the road to Hutto. The ONLY reason I visit that store is for the fresh squeezed OJ.The employees at this HEB are extremely professional and lovely. I never wait in line. It’s just a very well run store. Kudos to you all and your hard work!

The atmosphere is very inviting. It is clean and organized. Baskets are regularly monitored. Very good selection of products.

This H-E-B is one of the smallest of the few that Ive been too, but its convenient for the neighborhood that its in. Its not very large compared to some of the others that theyre building or that already exist. if you like the bigger H-E-Bs there is one a mile and a half east of this one in hutto and it is gigantic.

HEB is awesome. The employees are so friendly.

A wonderful HEB with a wide variety of shopping selections. The kids like to ride in the race car cart while we are shopping. The cart has enough room for two kids to sit side by side with a seat belt on. The cart they like is longer than a normal one but it is nice to keep them occupied while I shop. Any way to keep the kids from grabbing items while shopping is nice.

My favorite HEB. It is small but hands down the coolest employees and sanitary staff out and about.

UPDATE: I talked with store manager because the rude behavior of the cashier Stephanie bothered me and hurt my feeling throughout the day that I could not get out of my mind. I decided to report to the manager so she can get a warning and better training for the future. Manager was very kind and listened to me thoroughly and said she will talk to Stephanie so I am updating my review and giving them 5 stars now instead of 1 star. Thanks.Previous feedback: extremely rude staff. Stephanie in cash register st 8.45 a.m. today was extremely rude. She blamed me for her mistake and then she realized she did the mistake... Never ever I will visit this HEB again... another cashier apologized for Stephanes mistake but Stephanie is the one needed to apologize...
