Absoutley AMAZING service. I moved to Texas last month and bought a house. I am having the interior painted and knew that I wanted a warm toned gray however was completely overwhelmed at Lowes because there was no one to really sit down and pick a color WITH ME.I went here and within about 20 minutes Lori helped me narrow it down to three gray colors.She made me samples to go paint on my wall.If you want PERSONALIZED HELP on deciding what color suits you best, come here. . . I have had weird / bad experiences with both customer service and product quality from several different paint companies, but never from Kelly-Moore Paints.Not only is their product quality consistent and exceptional, their customer service is beyond compare. It doesnt matter which KM store I walk into, Im greeted with a friendly smile and genuine interest in meeting my needs, whether I need one roll of tape or 25 gallons of paint. They answer their phones in a timely manner, and are always eager to help. And on top of that, their reps form real relationships with contractors, and make us feel like a part of the family. No other paint supplier comes close. I genuinely cannot recommend Kelly-Moore Paints highly enough. Every time I have an excuse to go, I thoroughly enjoy my experience. They are always who I recommend to my clients.
