Just spent an hour here waiting for a paint order that never came. I felt bad, it felt like it took 10 minutes just to get my order in, there was a line of people behind me. Behind me. Yet somehow everyone before me and after me got their paint. Somehow only my order was completely missed. Didnt even have a sticker printed. I understand things are crazy right now. But that only goes so far when trying to explain to your client why they are paying extra for wasted time. And while I appreciate the apology at a personal level, a simple Im sorry just doesnt hold up in court, you know? Step it up you guys. This kind of thing is becoming normal within your establishment.
Update - Shout out to Nick, the manager who helped me at customer service area. He provided excellent and fast customer service to process my return that was a bit more complicated than a simple return. Nick was Very professional and friendly. Great addition to Home Depot! Sorry Im late writing this review about Nick. I should have done this 3 weeks ago.(I deleted some of my past reviews about complimenting Sheenique, Amber, Abel so the review can be shorter).
Who doesn’t love Home Depot? They have everything you need to get the job done at work or home. The app makes it super easy to find everything faster as well as check inventory in real time. Easily the best one stop shop for any project big or small.

Overall I like shopping at this store. I have purchased everything from nails to washers and dryers. Most of the staff is usually very helpful.My only issue is, after doing my shopping, the check out experience has not always been a pleasant experience.Folks in the front run you thru like cattle thru a gate. Sometimes employees standing around. Im not a fan of thier kiosks.Very impersonal. I guess it saves them money.The last few times I have checked out in the garden shop as I had purchased some lawn supplies also. The cashiers out there seem a little more customer friendly.

Not impressed with the website I typed in what I needed and it gave me stuff that I did not need it did not follow my instructions the search engine on the Home Depot website is complete trash it would not find something simple like Iko dynasty Shadow Brown shingles. I dont know how to be more specific but the website is not finding it it is pulling up everything but what I want, like its determined to make me angry please fix your website search engine services otherwise I will continue to describe how I feel about such frustrating simple things

We bought a set of washer and dryer and I must say Dee, our salesperson, was the most knowledgeable individual. She helped us make our decision with the upmost respect and friendliness that I have ever received at any Home Depot.If you want friendliness and professionalism, I recommend you visit this store. Sky working in the paint section was very helpful. So was Willie, he went out of his way helped me understood what tools and equipments I need for my home project. Willie was very patient and even took me to many aisles and helped me find every single of the item I had needed to get the job done. Thank you so much Willie. FYI - HOME DEPOT is dog friendly place.

5 stars for the inclusive hiring practices at this particular location. Super friendly and helpful employees who feel genuine, not like the stores where you feel like you’re being followed if you don’t wear makeup or are wearing the t-shirt you slept in the night before.
Stop by this morning for some plumbing parts. Staff was super helpful. My shower diverter is now working properly thanks to their help.
Not the lowest price but had plenty of the right 8 Cedar Fence Pickets & treated 2x4s to build gates for new fence. Lowes and others were out of stock for all the cedar fence materials.

Customer service associates are rude and unprofessional at this location. Sent my boyfriend in to do a simple return and the customer service associate at this location asked him if it was unfortunate that he has a girlfriend or that we didn’t want the items we were returning ...ridiculous. Won’t be shopping here again!

Just wanted to give a shout out to Cliff, in appliances. Our microwave bit the dust and I knew it was still under warranty but couldnt find my paperwork. I called the store and spoke to Cliff and he not only printed up the purchase receipt for me, he also printed up the purchase orders for the other appliances we purchased as well. He also gave me the info for our warranty purchase. He never acted like it was any trouble and went above and beyond to help me out. Its sad to say that I am rarely impressed with customer service nowadays, but when I get that rare little gem, I make sure they know it. So, thank you, Cliff, you are a great dude! Do not have a proper tool rental shop and told us when we got there they could not rent a truck overnight when website states we can. We drove 20 minutes out of our way to be told this. Frustrating.
Everyone was unbelievably helpful. When I needed help in the hardware section, I didnt even have to look for someone. They were right there.
I’m very disappointed in the way my family and I have been treated and the way things have been handled.We recently moved into a home that did not have a refrigerator. We had one ordered and the following week when the delivery people brought the fridge we seen them drop it. They unwrapped the fridge and the side had a massive dent and lots of scratches. We decided not to accept the fridge and to have a new one ordered. That being said no one at that point and time made us aware that we could keep the fridge until our new one arrived. Leaving us with absolutely nothing. We then had to go out and buy a mini fridge, spend more money!!! We have an 1yr old child and we can’t even do full grocery shops, leaving us to further spend a lot more money during a now 5week wait!Every representative on the phone and in person, Round Rock TX store has been very rude and not helpful during our rough situation. Instead of trying to fix the problem they wanted us to wait an additional 5 days and order a whole different company/brand of fridge. We did weeks of research and want the original fridge we picked out!!At the very least we would like to be reimbursed for the mini fridge that we had to purchase, since your company left us with nothing for 5weeks!I won’t hold my breath for them to help us.

Ordered and paid for counter top remodel 3/7/21. Was told 30 day installation guarantee. I am home every day so when they called to measure I took time they suggested. Then waited and waited. No word! Then this past Tuesday I get a call that the counters are finally ready to install. They said they could come 3/25 to install. I had all the counters and sink removed yesterday. Everything has been removed from all the lower cabinets and put all over living room and kitchen floors. They came right on time and said there was a problem. He asked who measured for new counters and I told him Homedepot sent their own guy. He said they were measured wrong and have to be recut. So now my kitchen and living room are covered in kitchen cabinet items and I have no sink or counter for a week until they can cut new counters. This is unexceptionable. Horrible! Then to top it off I was charged for 5 rounded corners and only need 3. So even that was wrong!UPDATECorrection to this statement. I though Home-depot had sent the person to measure. I found out that the countertop people were the ones that take over from after the sale to finish. So they took over two months to do the job wrong. The counters finally got installed but they are still cut wrong. The installers response was “you can’t really tell unless you look for the error”. One end hangs over the end by one inch and the other side hangs over by two inches. The only way to fix this was to tear it out and try to cut it for the third time. The GUARANTEE 30 day install already took over two months. I didn’t want to go through it anymore. Never did see the $50 gift card for guaranteed 30 day offer. Also was told I would be compensated price wise for the problems I had. No credit was given. Precision Counter is the company they use. They are a mess!

I called looking for a specific product which the employee on the phone confirmed they had in stock. When I went to the store I couldnt find this product and no employee would help me locate it. Bad customer service and lack of attention.
Home Depot has most of the inventory, but the staff is very difficult to locate, much less be of any assistance. This has been my experience for years. Fortunately our new home is close to a Lowes directly across from Home Depot. I kuch prefer Lowes SIMPLY for the customer service and employee knowledge of the store and inventory.

Went into the Georgetown, Texas store today at lunch to buy a commercial floor fan. They had about 30 of them, and finding them was no problem. However, as I was standing there trying to figure out where I could plug the fan in to make sure it worked and would have enough power to suite my purposes, three extremely unmotivated employees sat around talking and never once asked if I needed assistance. I finally walked up and tapped on the tool box that one guy was sitting on just to be told, oh no, we don’t allow testing! Well no thanks! I’m not going to buy it, take it home and find out it is either broke or does not have enough power and then have to return it!
One employee spoke to me when I was checking out. He greeted me and my dogs. He was Very polite but couldnt find the doggy treats. I felt like several employees were too busy getting ready to close the store at 8pm not at 9pm to greet me.
Ms. Dee (GVMG 156769 156362) and Mr. Abi (never got his I.D), were amazing help. Ms. Dee got us our Machine very quickly and Mr. Abi dropped some knowledge about the scientist that every child could be.
No one there seemed to know what was electrical glue/electrical bonding glue.
Everything you would expect from HD. Not one of the bigger stores. Convenient.

Everything I came for was in stock. I love how many employees they had working. We had just come from another home improvement store and there was no to ask on the floor where things were. I really compliment Home Depo. They also made me feel safe to shop there.

I spent almost 2k at this Home Depot on a new fridge and stove. We noticed on day 2 the fridge was not cooling so I went back to the store. I was told by the lady in the appliance area they could replace the fridge but it would be another 2 weeks. I asked what are we supposed to do between now and then. Her answer was use a cooler we dont have loaners. Very unprofessional and she acted as though I was wasting her time. I returned home and called the store and discussed this with the store manager. She was very understanding and surprised when I told her the sales person said use a cooler. The manager told us they would pull a fridge off the display and deliver it so we would have something until the replacement arrives. Big thank you to Clarissa the store manager and the appliance lady really could use a bit of training in the way she deals with customers
Worker did not help me because he was on the phone talking about the grocery store. Had to wait 5-10mins in bath department. Usually everyone is helpful.

Bought a toilet. Wanted to pay whoever they send to install.Salesman didnt know how much install would be, said that depends on contractor.When the Installer calls, I find out that because I didnt pay for install at the time of purchase install would cost over $300 to install the $99 toilet.I will be asking for a refund.

We have purchased appliances from them, and they did an outstanding job with the siding on our home!I want to point out an exceptional employee, Dee, in the appliance department. We needed to get contractors to our home for several projects. Dee knew just what to do and got us connected with contractors in our area. My wife and I both work in customer service and were highly impressed with Dee. She is warm, personable, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. HD La Frontera has a real winner with Dee!

Good retail home maintenance, like everyone had come to expect. Great to have so many things in one place, including the garden center, of course. I do appreciate that they have always offered a legitimate veterans discount. If I have to pick a nit, I would prefer fewer stores, nobody needs one on every corner. Leaving a few trees in place would be preferable.
Quick Curbside checkout. Had better prices than Amazon for Ryobi battery mowers.Nice friendly staff.

Im a regular here and the service is always friendly and helpful. Plenty of stock generally and reasonably affordable.They do offer discounts for Military which is a bonus.My only real complaint is that, depending on the time of day you are there, it can be difficult to find someone to assist you.

Not sure why they advertise price matching 🤔I found a refrigerator in best buy .com unfortunately they did not have in my area, I called this store and after spending 20mn on the phone with the representative, btw I met all their requirements, and she said they dont have it in the store( i could see online that they have it)And then she goes, even if we do, we wouldnt be able to match that price. And she hang up on me 😴
I went to the store (on Wednesday afternoon) to buy a Cordless String Trimmer, for edging our yard and some handheld clippers, for small jobs. Eugene was working in the isle with the Trimmers and after several minutes of trying to whittle down my decision I enlisted Eugenes assistance. He immediately came down off the ladder stairs where he was working and proceeded to give me insight to some major differences and summarized the categories of trimmers giving specifics (among other information) when appropriate. I was able to make an informed choice, get my trimmer home, assemble it with relative ease and do a little trimming to test it out. I also (with Eugenes advice) bought the handheld clippers, which my wife used yesterday evening. Both products worked well and are just what weve been looking for. Additionally, the man & woman (sorry, I didnt get their names) at the checkout in the Lawn & Garden (outside) section were also very friendly and helpful as I had some questions about Sod. Thank You Home Depot! My experience was a welcome respite during trying times!!!
This home depot has a green room and a garden center. It is a bigger one that ive seen. The people are friendly and helpful. One of my favorites.
This is a good location I visit very regularly for company purchases. Ive never had a negative experience with this store. The contractor loading area is always blocked by guys who dont know proper truck loading etiquette but that is out of Home Depots control.Always able to find help. Easy location to get in and out of pulling a trailer.

DO NOT order online.I ordered online and paid $9 extra for same day delivery. The things I ordered (worth $100) were not delivered on same day. Next day I got the notification that package has been delivered. I saw outside my house, in the mailbox, in front of the garage. No package was present.They charged me $110 and promised same day delivery. And did not deliver on 2nd day too. And now the online status says Delivered!!DO NOT use Home Depot for online shopping. Better use Amazon or something else..

Pretty normal home depot, tons of stuff, but finding someone to help you locate it is challenging, and so far Ive never had anyone do more than give me an aisle number and point in a direction
Most of the workers here are so rude. I came for a quick purchase and I asked for assistance and I just got ignored. So I decided to ask this lady worker, where this particular item was (and I’m guessing that the gentleman next to her was her son which by the way didn’t worked there) said very rudely “why won’t you try looking for it first”. I was disgusted by their attitude. Never again will I give them my business. That’s why I shop at Lows.
Clean store. Staff if friendly and helpful. Shelves are well stocked. A lot of vehicle traffic crossing in front of the store so look both ways!
