This place is closed in the middle of the day for lunch (of all the weird times 1:20-2:00) although it is not mentioned on their website OR their phone recording when you call. I left a message and she did call me back at 1:16 and I told her I was on my way and would be there in like 10 minutes. I got there at 1:30 and she was closed. Customer coming but you dont want to wait! Guess they dont need customers!

This place (at least this location) is a joke. Yes they have good selection in terms of boxes for moving and good prices, but the sell back price is a total joke. I recently (within the past week) moved, and bought 6 medium boxes and 1 wardrobe box for over $20. When I went to sell the boxes back to them; after they had said that I would get half the price on what I paid, I received a whopping $1.80. There is only one gentleman working at this location as far as I can see, and he is helpful when purchasing, but not when selling. Waste of time and money. Also, I paid in cash and my mother has used them before, paid cash and received cash back. Not at this location. They will only write a check. So as of today I have a check for $1.80 that I can not in any way do anything with. You might have better luck at the Braker Lane location. Do not come to this location.

Ricardo is the man. Hes super helpful, patient and kind with my questions, and really couldnt be more pleasant to interact with. Love that this company is local too.

After going to a UPS store and getting what I thought was an outrageous quote to pack and ship my item, I decided to give the EcoBox a try. Not only did they have a good selection, and a friendly staff person who helped me find the right box for my oddly-shaped item, but the price was about 1/3 of the cost of the UPS store. I would definitely go back to this location.
