Excellent customer service by Rick at the front office. Facility is very new and maintained very clean. We were given a tour of our storage unit and explained the access code process, operating hours, etc. Highly recommend!

I have been using this company for almost 2 years.. The facilities are clean, secured, and well maintained. The on premise manager is very professional and helpful. Not sure if all locations are the same, but the ones in Round Rock, Texas are awesome.

When we were preparing to move we found that we had more items than would fit in our moving truck. We pared down as much as we could, but had some items that we still wanted to keep. Life Storage was close to us, so we went online. Amazingly, we were able to book a storage unit online within minutes, and drive over and access it immediately via a code that was sent to us. The welcome kit inside the unit included a new lock in the package. We were able to transfer our items quickly and with no hassle. An amazing and satisfying experience overall.

This facility is not only clean but the manager is AMAZING. Rick rented me my first unit and due to a change in move in date for our new home.. we needed to rent another larger unit. Rick told me all about the discounts available as well as put me on a floor with easy access. Rent here people... you will NOT be disappointed.

Rick, Sam and Tom have made the transition into storage from a 4K sq ft home into a 10X30 storage unit as easy a process as these things can go. Very flexible as our close/move date was a moving target and they handled all my questions and concerns in a very friendly and professional manner. No hidden fees, very straightforward, I was given the option to use my insurance or purchase theirs which is nice. Security cameras are everywhere so I feel safe storing my belongings there and entering in the evenings. Super clean establishment. A/c blows super cold throughout facility which does matter in this Texas heat! Rick explained everything thoroughly and was very pleasant to my family and I. If you need to store your stuff in a safe, clean place, highly recommend using Life Storage!

This Lifestorage location has really had the best customer service. They have been very accommodating and helpful as my husbands parents passed away and we were left with cleaning out heir very full storage. The manager is wonderful to work with.

It was a hot one on Sunday. On my way back home from a small biking accident, Life Storage was on my way and I stopped at the front of the building to rest a little and get the only shade that I saw close to me. Cynthia came to the door and welcomed me in with a bottle of cold water and air conditioning in the lobby to cool off. I wasnt a customer but Cynthia was awesome and professional and definitely knows the meaning of hospitality and customer service. We had a great conversation as well! - I can see Cynthia as an asset wherever she goes and I hope that the company will recognize her for that. She went out of her way to help us especially after her system went down, she simply couldve said sorry you have to try back at a later time but instead she called whomever she needed to so that way she could he system up and running. The 2000 University Blvd location in Round Rock is new, clean, an easy to get in and out of. Their driveway completely loops around the building where you can access different floors without having to take an elevator or stairs. There’s also no gates to deal with. You just plug in your code to enter the building. It also feels like a safe area and complex.Cynthia is honestly the sweetest and most helpful employee I’ve ever encountered at a storage facility. Highly recommend this location!

This is absolutely the most proficient staff I have ever encountered. I spent 30 years in the military. I have traveled all over the world and used many storage facilities, this is a top notch storage. The manager Ms. Cynthia is always willing to help. In addition, the storage is always clean!!!

365 Self Storage is a great place to use if you need a self storage facility. We utilized it for about 5 months between house moves. I cant begin to sing the praises of Priscilla --- shes friendly, honest, and very helpful. And, while on the surface, their rates may seem a bit high, Priscilla will price match with any self storage facility within several miles on the same size unit. Add on to the fact that 365 is relatively new (barely a year old), and this place is a win/win solution if you live in or near the Round Rock area.

I was storing my furniture here for a move and there was a misunderstanding about the contract I received. They couldve easily asked me to pay another months fees per the contract and I was almost expecting to pay. I explained the situation and my misunderstanding to the ladies at the desk and to my surprise they agreed with me. I am downsizing as a recent empty-nester, and needed storage for items I dont want to get rid of at this point. I found the Life Storage location at AW Grimes and University Blvd in Georgetown and decided to check on availability and pricing. The online webpage is incredibly well-designed and made it easy to compare units, perform sizing calculations, and even reserve a unit, which I did.I went to the location to finalize the arrangements, and I met with Ms. Olivarez who is the site manager. She was amazing in her kindness, the information she shared, and her effort to find just the right unit for my storage needs.The location is so clean, it looks new. There was no dust anywhere, and I did not see any evidence of bugs at all. The pricing is very competitive and it is clear that both organizational management and the site manager are completely focused on providing a great customer experience. I have rented storage in the past, but never at such a nice facility, with great staff who are rightly proud of the service they provide.I would highly recommend this storage company and particularly this location. Ms. Olivarez is obviously a talented and experienced leader and staff member, and she cares about her clients.
