For service visits this one was pretty painless and quicker than expected. On arrival my service advisor was with another customer so another one stepped up and helped me check in and informed me that my advisor would be in touch with me while I waited if they had any questions. About an hour later I was on the road after a scheduled maintenance appointment, nail removed from a tire and a warrant item repaired. Nothing negative to say except they ran out of coffee before I needed any. That is not anything of a negative just not an extra sugar on top.
Everyone here is friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely professional, always a pleasure dealing with great folks!

Express lane service is perfect for preventative maintenance. The service team keep you up to date, and the packs of wild roving dogs are a nice touch. Exactly what you would expect from a Subaru dealership.

I brought a Subaru outback from Patriot Subaru of North Attleboro. The car is great and I got a good deal. Sales person Jacobs introduced everything clearly and did the test drive for us 3 times. The decision maker is manager Matt. He listens to the clients need. He will do negotiation with you, but in a professional way, not doing flip flop. They are good person to deal with, I give them 4.5 of 5.0. Last suggestion, you still need to do your own homework before you go there.

Great service and great staff
When I bought my Subaru I was told that my scheduled oil changes were included in my lease. I then returned 6 months later for scheduled maintenance and asked to pay $130. When I told them that I was told this was covered under my lease everyone acted flabbergasted saying they would never say it - this is from the sales person and finance person who sold me the car. I recommend that if you buy from them you record the sales pitch.
