Amazing service, really above and beyond—everyone from the service coordinator to the mechanic to the service manager couldn’t have been more *genuinely helpful* with my convoluted problem (not just giving good face). I am so grateful they took the time to communicate CLEARLY and patiently (not patronizingly) to me as someone who doesn’t understand cars, and to actually LISTEN to what I was saying instead of dismissing me. Definitely worth the extra drive, and seriously—thank you for making me feel like it was 2019 again.

My car’s AC broke and luckily it was covered under warranty. Everyone here was very pleasant and my car was worked on in a reasonable amount of time. Brad was really attentive and honest about what was going on. They fixed the issue and didn’t pressure me to get any additional unnecessary work done (as I have found at other places). Definitely recommended coming here
My experience at Prime Honda in Saco was very good. What could have been a really poor experience, turned into a very good experience due to the Service Manager, Ryan Cammarata, making up for some miscommunication between the technician and Service Advisor. The service advisor was very kind and apologetic, which made all the difference as well as Ryan’s excellent customer service.
So pleased with all the people we met at Prime Honda. Bonnie was an excellent rep for this company. She was very well informed on the Honda vehicles. Ricky was attentive and a good communicator. He called me with an update on my service and was extremely accurate with the estimate. The car was finished on time and the shuttle service, which I booked in advance, was prompt both bringing me to work and picking me up.

To have my oil changed was a last-minute decision. I pulled into the service Garage and approached the service desk where Alberto was seated. He greeted me very happily, I requested an oil change and he said make yourself comfortable in the waiting area and we will call you in a few minutes. After walking around the showroom looking at the new cars outside looking at the used cars relaxing in the waiting area for a short of time, Alberto came to me and said you are all set. It was a very nice experience with the checkout desk lady being very pleasant as well!
Had my truck serviced at Prime Honda. From start to finish, the experience was great. There was one small discrepancy I noticed on my bill, and Alberto addressed it very quickly and professionally.
Prime Honda is a pretty good dealership. This is the second time Alberto has helped me when bringing my car into the shop. He has been very polite and professional. Dealerships can lack this quality at times and a lot of their staff at Prime Honda do not. I want to thank the finance department for taking the time to show me my warranties after a misunderstanding. Overall this is a great place to purchase a vehicle and get your car serviced!

Hands down, the worst service department I have ever dealt with at a Honda dealership. They have no idea whether there are parts available for a particular service. They never call when your vehicle is done being repaired. they do not answer the phone so that you can find out whether your car is finished being repaired. They do not show up for courtesy rides. Unbelievably disorganized and incompetent. Too bad, because the quality of the work has been good and the parts department is excellent.
Service was attended to as scheduled. Everyone was kind, polite, and kept me well-informed. I’ll definitely be a returning and regular customer!
I’d give no stars if I could because this dealership is a joke. They are impossible to reach by phone and when I was directed to make my appointments online by the service director I come in to find out they never received my appointment but they might be able to fit me in. I went to 3 different service appointments in 2 weeks and every time I went in I received a multi-point inspection which was different every time. Upon leaving this last time they were pushing me for a rear wiper that I didn’t want to do at that point. Once I left the dealer my front passenger tire blew on the highway which I was not aware was towing on the inside wall that they also failed to mention. They have lost my service due to incompetence and Berlin City in South Portland is already by far better and more accommodating.
I arrived And was told it might take 45 minutes to look at it my battery, They told me the battery had a bad cell he checked it again and noticed it was under warrantyThey replaced the battery and everything was good very professional
As always Prime Honda’s service is great. Been a long time customer of Prime and they are always professional and courteous. Today I worked with Alberto whom I have worked with on a number of previous visits. He is always pleasant to work with, pretty accurate as to how long it will take to service the vehicle and is great at walking through explanations of what was done.

Brought my car in for routine servicing today. My car was ready at the time quoted. There was a software recall update that I wasnt even aware of taken care of as well. My final paperwork gave me a heads up about upcoming service recommendations that included the time frame AND a price estimate. I really like and appreciate this proactive approach! With a family trip planned for the kids the worst news I could receive Friday afternoon was that my transmission might be leaking. Prime Saco literally got me in that night for a diagnostic and some fluid changes. The truck’s back the next day and with peace of mind the camping trip can happen. There’s never a good time for car issues, and it’s hard getting them fixed at reasonable times. Prime Saco saved the day in a big way for me. Alberto and the service advisor who helped on the phone were amazing. Lucky to have them in the area. :)

My friend was looking for a small car with a hatchback and within a certain price point. The salesperson appeared to take everything into consideration but then offered a car that was not only too big but also a sedan ..no hatchback. The beige interior also had BROWN stains on the seats! After a very brief test drive we returned and the salesperson appeared a bit upset that my friend didnt like the car and seemed insulted when we mentioned the stains. Not Ready For Prime Time.
I had a very ancient car, which I loved, but it was in car hospice. I was DREADING buying a new-to-me-car. After researching and deciding on a Honda CR-V, I dragged myself to Prime. It could have NOT been a better, less-stressful or easier car-buying experience. My salesman, Dan Gelinas, was relaxed, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. There was never any pressure to buy. Im an anti-shopper, so these qualities were big. The finance people were super helpful...and I do love the car! We needed both our vehicles’ oil changed after the winter months as I time it every year. I called our regular dealership and they were backed up for a week! But they recommended their affiliates at Prime Honda with Fast Lane and they got both in immediately! Everyone was great and service was excellent! Highly recommend chatting with the cashier as well! Just can’t say enough!!!

Bonnie, in sales, was A+. I’m in Massachusetts and just happened to have found the exact pre-owned car I was looking for. Bonnie made the process of securing the purchase, after a day or 3 of me wavering about pulling the trigger on the car and all with absolutely no pressure from the Prime Saco team, and all the other things that make an out of state purchase/sale easier than I could have ever imagined. Andrew in finance was equally great and even put his best foot forward with my insurance carrier to expedite the necessary paperwork in an extremely professional and still persuasive manner. 8th car I’ve purchased in my life, and have never really had anything but good experiences, but this was my 1st at Saco Prime Honda and it was easily the best experience across the board to date.
Wonderful people and service! Edward fought for us to get the vehicle we wanted and we now have a Lexus F sport! A few months later when we had some sensor issues, they fixed the vehicle 100% for free, and even with the line of vehicles had it done in less than 6 hours. Thank you all so much at Honda Prime for the outstanding customer service and assistance to get us our car and make sure it is 100%!! I would recomend them to everyone.
On Memorial Day my wife and I visited Prime to buy a CR-V, Ed was the salesman who talked to us and also was the person that evaluated my trade-in - My immaculate Silverado - your adds says so - was worth only $28,875 for a trade - is was only in good according to Ed who also told me it would only sell for about $31,000 on the lot - I knew it was BS but my wife loved the car so we bought it. Later when we came back to have our roof rack installed we discovered Ed ordered the wrong parts so we get to drive down again. The picture I enclosed is your add for my old truck - I guess my evaluation is spot on.

This is the WORST dealership I’ve ever dealt with. The service department lies about needed work and highly overinflates their prices. The “contracts” you purchase with new vehicles are a waste of money. They won’t cover anything! The service technicians are rude and condescending toward women. They took parts OFF MY CAR without permission to even look at it! To sell their lie for a $2600 part. When I called them on it and threatened them with legal action they returned the part and my mechanic fixed it for $100. They are by far the most expensive and deceitful people I’ve ever seen. DO NOT GO THERE! If you do, get a second opinion before having any work done. Tried to fail my inspection on 2 separate occasions for work that did not need to be done. And stating I needed all new tires and brakes after having both within the last year in a car with only 29,000 miles! They said I needed $4400 worth of repairs when I took it to my mechanic he charged me $101.92. TOTAL! Prime is despicable !

Service was timely and service team very professional. My only comment would be the inability to reach service department. Called multiple times and even left message over a 10 day period to finally reach someone on the 10th day. After reading some reviews it seems to be a common problem that has yet to be rectified.
Always super helpful and transparent when it comes to car maintenance. Their customer service has always been friendly to me, too.One thing I will mention is that they’re pretty bad about answering their phones / playing phone tag. Otherwise solid service.

I have been a customer of Prime Honda’s service department for many years. Their customer service is excellent and in particular, Alberto Gonzalez is exemplary.
Service Dept is always so polite and helpful!! Theyre prices are also better than some other Honda dealerships in southern Maine. Even though they are 45 mins away its worth the trip to have them service my vehicles with the important things! They diagnosed a problem with my car with minimal information since the problem is intermittent and wasnt presenting at the time I brought it in. They made sure to let me know they are confident they know what the issue is but that theyre not 100% sure. And they made sure to check when my registration and inspection stick run out as well as check my break lights etc... free of charge, even though that was not what I was there for! They always go above and beyond!

In my experiences with a vehicle leased with Honda and purchasing an extended lease maintenance warranty, I’ve had better services. In a scheduled routine maintenance appointment in this current situation, I was asked to pay for the services provided. Hesitantly I asked questions that went beyond the counter. Was it a difficult question for the front line? After a few minutes of people whispering I was escorted to cash out and okayed to leave. A good idea if I was an elderly or non confrontational person there might have been a different situation. My suggestion is that a person carry a card or badge that might bypass and give inner comfort to avoid it. I was happy with the end result and hope to work with you again. Thank you

Went to Prime Honda Saco on 5/25/2021 to check an AC issue and Brad quoted me 90 minutes to check out the problem. After 90 minutes (which I felt was more than enough time) I went to go check to see what was going on, ended up being there an extra 40 minutes to come to find out needs a replacement part. I didnt feel appreciated walking out of there with the time wasted with booking the first appointment of the day.

Just purchases a Honda crv and had excellent experience through out the sales and buying process. From the warm welcome to the final signing of documents the process was quite stress free. The sales person we worked with, Bonnie was a good at hearing what our needs were and made sure that we were able to get in our final purchase those items that were important to us. And the signing of documents due to an upgraded system was very efficient and quick. This is the second car we have purchased at Prime Honda Saco in the past few years and would purchase more in the future.

The cable on the fuel door broke on my CRV. I called and told the service department what was wrong. They made an appointment for me to bring the vehicle in and told me the repair would be around $200. After charging me a $75 ‘diagnose’ fee and giving me an estimate that the repair would cost $320 I was told-‘sorry we don’t have the part, we will call you when we do’ I will never go back there again.

Exceptional service and and the service team is professional and friendly. Took extra time to change wipers after my car was finished with its routine oil change and tire rotation. I had forgot to ask them to do it when I dropped car off and even though I was the last customer before the service department was to close for the evening, they still happily changed out wipers before I left.
