I went into pandora to make a exchange I had purchase online, I was welcomed and greeted by Vickey, she provided me with great customer service, she answer all my questions and even help me put together my new pandora bracelet with all the charms I purchased.. This has been the worst Pandora that Ive visited. I have visited this store 2 times and experiences have been lackluster. Employees are super dismissive and provide false information. One clerk expressed that I could downsize a bracelet and another told me I could not. Ive visited Pandora stores in Las Vegas and San Diego and have received the utmost respect and assistance. The store is usually empty which makes me question why they are so quick to dismiss customers. I will not be purchasing items from this store again.
