Management is always friendly. Were a few days late but they didnt lock us out 👏Always clean; would be nice if there were more help on site.

A little more pricey then a few other storage facilities around, but Ive been at u-haul storing things for over 15 years at least.. Love the place and the people who work there.. I wouldnt store my belongings anywhere else..

Paperwork isnt done on site so if youre meeting people get the paperwork done beforehand. Mngmt onsite but close to freeway and homeless encampment

Prices are kind-of high. Overall a great place.

I hate it they didnt forewarn me before renting stores that they no longer offered 24 hours to anybody but only if you have a business. That should be stated on the site up front

Betty was very friendly and helpful. She didnt have the size truck I needed, but she found me one and arranged the rental for me. She was so pleasant. Great customer service and follow up.

I went to this location for a special price that I was offered, despite it being a little bit further away from my house. I am so glad I did! I was welcomed by the manager, Betty, over the phone as soon as I made my reservation. Cheng, the customer service representative at the counter, provided amazing service. Although I could tell he was new, he managed to juggle phones, truck rentals, storage rentals, shipping supply sales, and truck returns with ease. I went here for the price, I will stay for the service.

These guys ripped me off for almost 70 dollars in gas they only had half a tank in the truck and I had just pulled off the lot and made a u turn to let them know and they claim they cant do anything about it other than fill it for 5.50 a gallon because I left property definitely will never be back there. Edit. I recieved a call right after posting my review saying they would put a good faith transaction and would wait to charge me 5.50 for gas after I said I cant pay 5.50 for gas so she said shed dismiss the charge I came back and returned it after the inspection they tried to charge me for the gas when I said what just happened and s mltarted to explain that this truck gets 18-25 mpg and that driving 73 miles I could not have possibly used half a tank she said your dumb bye I explained its just simple math and Betty kept yelling bye in my face loud enough for my father in law on the other side of the parking lot sitting in his car to hear

Seriously, go to this location. The manager, Debbie, is awesome. They match discounts, they have some great deals, and management lives on property, so theres always someone there to watch who comes and goes, even after hours. The storage units are clean, and all staff are great. No complaints.

The management and staff before was fantastic. They always had a smile on their face, welcoming and you can tell they really meant it. The management now, is an awful person in general and not an honest welcome and they staff seems very uneasy. It feels like a cemetery there. Its a storage facility not a boot camp. My son is 11years old and really really needed to use the restroom. He ask they said, NO! Like if he was going to take the toilet seat or walls. I was dissatisfied. Management there now makes it very difficult and not at all courtesy. I used to buy Starbucks and bring lunch to Debbie, Lethicia and their staff that manage it before just because and management now I can careless if they starve. Mean I know but true...

Betty is AMAZING!! I moved my stuff in due to a DV relationship and she was very sweet accommodating and helpful. She even gave me a quote to lift my spirits so to speak. Very thankful for my experience at Uhaul.

Beth is really discrimination against me and my family we pay just as much as everyone else and told us to stop coming to often to the storage and we are homeless blaming us saying were making her blacktop flithy and the hole place is flithy infested with mousea and cockroaches
