I had told him the awful experience with Amazon furniture and how I wanted a dresser that was already put together AND would be delivered to me. This gentleman made my dreams come true! I purchsed the dresser and it was delivered two days later. The two gentlemen that delivered my dresser were so kind and helpful. They had to haul it up 3 flights of stairs and maneuver my apartment layout. They not only just put the dresser where I needed, but they also helped me hang a key shelf hanger by my door. All this being said - this company deserves the best of reviews! I will forever be indebted to them for making my dreams happen with my dresser! Thank you Saginaw HomeSource!!!

I have been looking for a dinning table for a while so I decided to try and keep it local and support a small business. This place is great! The employees were very helpful in trying to find me the perfect peice of furniture. Within 30 minutes I found my dinning table at a great price. The next day it was delivered at no charge. I would definitely recommend this place the next time your looking for your perfect peice.

We came into Sawgina Home Source in hopes to find a bedroom set that was nice yet reasonably priced. Walked in and fell in love within 5 minutes! We saw a post that they had put up on Facebook about their labor day deals so we made them our first stop on our shopping trip, and they were the only furniture store that we stopped by, they had good deals and no haggling, we told them our budget, made them an offer on a living room set and we were able to pick it up that day and bring it home! Found a very unique piece of Coaster furniture online and was pleased to find it locally and at the lowest price! Brandon promised it would be in before our guests arrived and it did! What a wonderful, organized local gem of a business!

We had a great experience with Brandon, he was helpful and very friendly. We were so excited to receive our new sectional. It was delivered last night at 7pm, the color was much darker then in the store. It was a drastic difference, we knew immediately it wasn’t going to work for us. We called the store this morning, it hadn’t even been 24 hours since delivery. We wanted to exchange it for a different sectional that offers a lighter color. He said he would call the owner. I compared the picture from a post he had made on Facebook to the sectional in our home, the lighting is different but it looks to be a completely different. Brandon called back and said the owner will not let us exchange it for something else and he felt bad but there was nothing they could do. We went with them knowing they were a small family owned business with hopes of going back for future purchases. Needless to say we are extremely disappointed. We ended up having to sell it and taking a large hit on it. We sold it today and just received a picture from the new owners and the ottoman isn’t even the same color as the sectional. I feel terrible as I just sold them a piece of furniture with such poor quality. Please be careful before you decide to purchase furniture here as they do not stand by their products.

We went here today, actually. After seeing some of their ads on Facebook we decided to make the drive and try them out. My husband was NOT eager to come, he hates shopping, especially furniture shopping. When we pulled up he didn’t want to go inside because he was afraid we would be hounded. BUT the experience was SO GOOD. Brandon greeted us and guided us to couches within our budget without pushing us to purchase a floor model, he offered for us to catalog shop and was overall very helpful considering we need a couch that will survive children and dogs. We were approved for Snap credit and were able to add the down payment to our credit line so we weren’t obligated to put anything down and there was absolutely NO HIDDEN FEES YALL. We walked in just to look and walked out with a new couch set set for delivery by the end of the week. It’s a small shop but the customer service man, it was so quick and painless and me and my husband left feeling good about our purchase. We’re already talking about coming back for a console later on.So worth the trip!
