I called the store for a stack on washer and dryer they told me they had it in stock... So I drove a half an hour to the store to find out they dont have it and its at some Warehouse somewhere else .. so I had to come back the next day a waste of my gas and an hour of my time.. so now I go to the store the next day when they say they have it there. So now I have driven down to this store a second time and they give us the stack on washer and dryer and when we get it home its not the right color and its the more expensive one only because of color... Me and the wife figure they gave us the wrong one but were okay with the color... Now the Maytag store calls us the next day and says they want the washer dryer back. Now theyre coming with the right one to my house and to take the other one back.... The only thing good about this experience was at least the two guys that brought the new washer dryer were nice and they installed it for me

I have learned over the years that when I go to purchase and appliance I dont waste my time shopping around. I always go to Maytag and I always will. Their products are top quality and if theyre ever is anything wrong with the appliance they dont hesitate to take care of you as quickly as possible. The customer personnel both in the store and delivering etc are top notch. The products speak for themselves so theres no need for them to push any sales. Their prices are always comparable if not better than others and they will work with you in any way they can.

Wife and I are in the process of building a new house. We purchased the appliance package back in November during the semi-annual sale. We upgraded the package and paid the difference in price. When the appliances were delivered the wrong gas range had been entered into the order. We went to the store Friday and told them what happened. Long story short the new stove will be delivered on Thursday. Very happy with the service.

I have tried to use this store twice and have had just terrible results. The first I called to see if a gas range was in stock was told yes and they close at 8. I had made it very clear I was coming to pick the stove up that day. When I arrived at 5:30 approximately I was informed the warehouse which is not on location closed at five so I could not get the stove that day. Fast forward a few weeks again call make sure they have the gas range, make sure I can pick it up, verify hours. Go to the store to buy the gas range, explain why we were getting a gas range (mother-in-law cans and ceramic tops just dont work as well.) Purchase the stove wait several hours until I can pick the stove up from their across town warehouse (I was informed before hand due to some issue the warehouse would not be available until 2:00 pm). Load the stove up, tie it down and drive the hour north to drop the stove off. Unload it take it inside and find out that it is an electronic ceramic top model and not the one I had asked for. Now you may ask why didnt we see that it was electric while loading it and tieing it down. Well because we trusted them because this was supposed to be a better way to buy than the big box stores. This all said congratulations, you have the distinct honor of being my first one star review.

I LOVE the Maytag Store on Tittabawassee! Everyone there is very helpful and knowledgeable. They were able to match up my needs for a washer and dryer perfectly. I am very happy with my purchase. Also the delivery team was great. We noticed a small dent on the front of my dryer (probably from the factory) and they replaced the door with a new one in just a few days. Its a really nice company to work with. Plus it is really fun to visit the store and see the latest models in kitchen appliances. I guess you can actually try out any of the appliances. I have never done that but it speaks well for the confidence they have in their appliances.

I like this place. I purchased a dishwasher and wall oven here, and both have been performing well now for several years. Unfortunately, I purchased my refrigerator from a big box store when I should have gotten it from The Maytag Store. The fridge has been falling apart from the inside out and costing me a fortune in replacement parts. I have learned my lesson. It does not pay to shop for appliances based on the lowest price. Next refrigerator I get (and it will be sooner than it should have been), I will be getting it at The Maytag Store. Their products are good, and the service is exceptional.

Good prices but I am so over the quality of the Product. I bought my 1st Maytag washer that lasted 27 years, bought my 2nd do even less clothes cause kids moved out lasted 4 years bought 3rd Maytag washer 1 year ago and it sucks spend more time rebalancing and balancing out loads it is rediculous.. really over Maytag Product so disappointing..

Everything that I have purchased at the Saginaw store has been of excellent quality at a competitive price.

We are very pleased with our Jennair trash compactor. The 5 is for THE PRODUCT; but Ill let you be the judge of their service. On January 20th we ordered a trash compactor - we were told it would take approx. 3 weeks and they would call when it arrived. We did not hear from them, so we called to check on the order on Feb. 15th, and were told it had been shipped and was supposed to arrive on the 19th; again told they would call us. On the 21st we called because we had not heard from them and were told it had shipped. I explained our previous call and was told that she didnt know how anyone could have given me a delivery date because they dont even get them. She said it should arrive in 7 - 10 days and again, they would call us. On March 2 we called again and the lady on the phone said, we wondered when you were going to pick this up. Its been in our back room since the 19th! She had no explanation, as to why we werent called when it arrived on the 19th or why we were told 7-10 days on the 21st when it was actually there in their back room, other than I must have spoken to someone new, who didnt know how to read their computer screen.

Nice but a bit pushy. Not really willing to negotiate prices.
