These guys are a dying breed. Very honest, friendly, and have excellent customer service. They honor their parts and service. Some ppl need to have some patients. They are taking several calls while dealing with walk in customers on top of trying to manage time pulling parts and inventory. If you cant understand that then its obvious the problem is you. I hope to keep doing business with RPM.

A reasonable place to get used parts

The people who work there are really nice! They dont post anywhere, but their yard closes at 4:30 which can be really inconvenient. Organization in the yard is a mess, but they have fairly decent prices.

I cannot speak on their prices and theyre customer service was very good but overall the place was a very disorganized and they could not seem to figure out whether or not they had the part and if they did have the part where it might be. I will go back there in the future and may have a different outcome.

I dont go here unless Im desperate. Customer service is awful. Gotta call 3-4 times to get a simple answer for if they have something or for if its ready. Then once you get there, you stand in line forever with no care from anyone working the counter. You stand there as they take call after call after call and done care how long youve waited for someone to assist you. This place is a joke

Ordered a used ecm and had it shipped to me. Got the part quicker then expected. Installed the part and have no issues. Very helpful on the phone.

This place employees a certain ass that likes to close up early and not inform customers that call on parts that thier yard closes at 430 when the website clearly states they are open until 530. I will not recommend this place to anyone!!!

Their web sight said open on Saturdays 9 to 1. Went there at 11 oclock and gates were locked. Not a soul insight😒

$500 transmission lasted 38 days and was junk. Its a risk buying from a junkyard but I wish they would work with me a little on it. I think from now on I will have my trans rebuilt instead, thats why they call them junk yards.

Staff has changed and they aren’t like they use to be. Can be rude. Prices are too high. I’ve dealt with this place for a very long time. They know that if you want the part that you will pay regardless of how rude or over priced their used parts are. They tried charging $1,100 to a man for a 5.3 out of an 02 Chevy, I paid 435$ for the same engine from RPM in flint with less miles that what saginaw rpm was selling. They tried to sell me doors off a 2010 Nissan Altima for 150$ each that we’re damaged but repairable. I paid 200$for each door at saginaw Auto recyclers in like new condition. This place needs a reality check for sure. It’s not like it use to be.

Ive been waiting over two hours on a part they said was available to pick up. Not to mention I drove from an hour and a half away to get it. Still no part. Not impressed...

Always slow. Pay first and come back 3 to 4 hours later. Always just ready to call you when you walk in to get parts.
