Very helpful staff, with great customer service, needed to replace idler pulley bc of an annoying belt squeak, they didnt have the part so the manager instead grabbed a bottle of brake clean off the shelf and even some steel wool and cleaned it up nice for me. No more squeak and a satisfied customer.

They advertise that if you buy a bulb there, they will install. Worker didnt know how to change my headlight. My girlfriend changed it in 2 minutes.Previous time before, workers were very uneducated about testing my battery and alternator, as again advertised that they will test these. I had to show the worker how Ive watched them test these and the worker followed my instructions.... and Im not even specialized in auto. .Started going to Advance Auto Parts down the street and they know their stuff.Will I ever come back here and give you my money and service? Most likely not. I will spend my money in a business who cares about your car.

Honestly I used to love this AutoZone because I used to work at one but the fact that every time I try and come here around 9:50 or 9:55 the doors already locked and all the employees are just standing at the counter talking doing nothing and there on their phones just to let you guys know I called the district manager and Im sure he will be speaking with all of you individually this is not how customer should be treated and theres no way you should be locking your doors before your close and youre not even closed you close at 10 lock the door at 10 not at 9:50 and not at 9:55 come on I know everyones excited to go home but damn.

Normally I hate rating places, but I feel I need to drop a big five star rating out there for people to try this AutoZone out. Jason helped us out in a big way today! He quickly assessed what was wrong with our vehicle, helped guide us in what was best for us, and then we were on our way. It took him all of 3 minutes to do work his vehicle magic. AutoZone, if youre reading through this- he could use a pay bump to go along with his excellent service. Just saying. Keep up the good work.

Its just the best place to shop for pools and supplies for pools their very friendly and know everything their is to know about pools, I have bought from them for 35 years.

Guy behind the counter was an idiot. Should have been a quick 10 minute visit, we were there for about 35 minutes with no one in front of us. Rest of the staff stood around and watched him struggle.

Thanks for the crappy attitude. Id give you guys zero stars if I could. My Fiance and I went in because we had seen they had a part for my car I needed. Well come to find out it was only one part of the whole thing and in order to get the whole thing I would have to order it. When my FIL asked if they knew of anyone who did sell completed sets the guy behind the counter just gave us a nasty look and said Not here obviously wont be back to this store, not if your employees are allowed to treat their customers like that. I think Ill be going to the place down the street.

Autozone on Bay Road is the WORST place I have ever been to. I went to them for help with my battery, they offer FREE BATTERY TESTING I go there and they tell me they cant do it because I drove my truck up there? Which makes no sense whatsoever because every other place I have gone to has done it for me. Then I asked for help selecting a battery and the girl at the counter looked at me and walked away from the computer and went in the back and left me there. She did not help me, she did not ask if I found anything I needed she simply staggered off doing nothing. Then I asked an older gentlemen for help and basically told me he couldnt help.. thank you auto zone for being completely rude. Any other place I have gone to has been helpful. I then left auto zone and went to oreillys down the street where one of their employees came out tested my battery, helped me select a battery and then installed it. I will never be back here, and I will tell everyone I know up here about the horrible service that auto zone on bay road provided me with, not that I can really say they provided me with anything except dirty looks and no information.

They werent allowed to put antifreeze in my car but the gentleman working came outside with a funnel and showed me where to put it!! Thank you!
