Am currently waiting in line going on 1hour and 4 mins trying to exchange a battery that is under warranty and won’t take a charge they keep testing it and apparently it’s not giving them the answer they want so they keep retesting it worst experience with a battery in all of my life this place is a joke

They had the tires we needed

They did a great job.

Went in for a simple battery and installation. Had to get jumped to even drive to the store and my car was completely dead. They didn’t have my 2007 Yaris in their book, and when the guy couldn’t find what battery to use. Literally said “I don’t know.” And left. Didn’t come back. I looked up the battery by myself on auto zones website and picked it out myself. When I asked the cashier if the battery was the correct model, she got all nervous and stated a manager has to. I waited 10 minutes and this guy comes in, tries to get me a different battery twice the size of the one I had. Which WOULD NOT HAVE FIT in my car. I told him no, this is the correct battery and showed him the website. He refused to warranty it. Which I said fine. I asked if he could install it and he refused. Said if he installs it, that means it’s warrantied. Note, Walmart has a $10 charge for NON WALMART BATTERY INSTALLATION. Which I would have paid. So I buy the battery I chose myself (which was the exact same as the one already inside) and asked if they could jump me so I could get home. They said no. So I waited for my sister to come jump me in the freezing cold. Went back to get my core battery fee back and the cashier was dumber than a brick. Made us stand there for 15 minutes while he tried to figure out how to work the register. Never spoke a word to us. No hello, total, or have a good day. Ridiculous.

A year ago they sold me the wrong size tires (didnt realize this at the time), got a flat today and went in to get it replaced. I was told I had an uncommon tire size and that they didnt have it in stock, I thought that was weird because Ive never had that problem before. So I googled what tire size is supposed to be on my car and told them that it looked like the size they were looking for wasnt the size for my car, so the guy brings my whole flat tire inside and says he is looking for the right one cause its on the tire and its also inside my door. After I get my car back I checked the inside of the door and the tires on my car didnt match. Drove on my spare to discount tire and was told that the tires I had werent supporting the weight of my car and Walmart should have never sold them to me...

Good job except I had to wait 15 minutes after they were supposed to be opened for them to even open up...why?

Loved my new tires an went back just to thank them because they helped me figure out it was my tires that caused my car to shake.

I brought my truck in with a slow air leak in my passenger front tire, I did use fix a flat and they told me that they can’t patch the tire because of the fix a flat. He did put my spare on for me and put the other tire in the bed of the truck at no charge..while I was waiting for them to lower the spare from under the truck, I called belle tire, and they were able to fix the tire and they did it for FREE!

Friendly workers, fast service!

Being that there is a SAMs right next to this store I think they are lacking in a few areas, the produce and meat selection leave a lot to be desired compared with other stores in the area Like Meijers

Years ago I had an awful experience, but since then the service is much more knoledgable and helpful.
