So my cars heater core went out, which is a expensive and difficult job to fix. Bill who runs the garage fixed it right away for free. This dealership is amazing they take care of your car. plus they do oil changes for 10 bucks as long as you have the car. my credits getting better but I still want to keep going thru them. Lol best dealership ever

If I could give zero stars I would!! I purchased a vehicle 2 years ago from this place, and it has truly been the worst experience I’ve had owning a vehicle! After 3 months it ran so bad I had to park it. After 2 months of trying to get it back to them, with missed phone calls or not returning or answering phone calls, finally paid out of pocket to have it towed back.They made up excuses about the engine blowing up and I had to pay 900 dollars because it wasn’t “covered” under their warranty that’s offered. Got the vehicle back, it ran ok for about 4 months before more issues occurred leading to me being stranded and the vehicle again being towed back. More work on it (they had it for 4-5 weeks both times at this point) and I continued making payments and going into the office received paperwork that contradicted the reason for the engine blowing up that was given to me originally.So again got the vehicle back, this time it worked for about 4 months again, with the “new” used engine with 86,000 miles on it the transmission went out and the engine apparently had a “rear converter” leak. Anyways the shop had it for a month... again. After the dealership was poor with communication again, got it back and drove it 3 miles... literally 3 miles it broke down. As of the date of this review it’s back in their care and we don’t have a very much needed second vehicle.Long story short, but a vehicle from literally anywhere that isn’t here!

I purchased my car at Byrider in Lansing I live in flint I have been trying for a week to get and appt for an oil change. NOONE has returned any of my calls, so JOSH is unprofessional as hell. I talked to Steve H who said they have to get permission from the Lansing Byrider to do any service on my car because they are a franchise. I call Lansing they said that is a lie any Byrider can service and they hadnt received any calls from the Saginaw location about servicing my vehicle. Im regretting even getting a car from this company, all this shady shyt just for an oil change, now I dont trust any of their mechanics to touch my vehicle at all. Ill just take my car to my mechanic of 15 years.

Only about closing a deal! I have only had my car for a year and am still under my warranty and I have been told that I needed a new motor which was false, they didn’t change my oil when I would go in for oil changes (pictures to prove), would put on my receipt that they changed oil and filter and never did and when I told them I was under warranty they argued with me that they did not have to replace that WHICH IT CLEARLY STATES ON WARRANTY. Recently when I called about a light that came on to get the issue repaired they prolonged me a whole week! My car is now sitting outside and will not turn and I’ve tried to get this resolved the day the light came on! No one answers and when you leave messages they call back when it’s almost time for the shift to end. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Can’t believe I trusted these people and want to hurry and get this debt off of me because I am without a vehicle but they want to get paid on time. I have never been late on a payment at all. Went to them to repair my credit. DO NOT TRUST THEM! Only want to sign deals and brush you off.
