I cant say enough good things about Stoebel Auto. The best shop is an honest one that stands behind their work, and that is what youll find here. I only moved to the area a few years ago and bounced around to different shops before I found Stroebel. I have a lemon (F150) that has had a myriad of issues since I purchased it. Stroebel has a great track record of diagnosing the issue and fixing it quickly the first time. But recently I had a great test to determine how good they really were. For the first time I brought the truck home and I still had a leak (smaller than before but stubborn) I brought it in with. They took my truck back and fixed it again at no charge and even gave me a loaner while they took the extra time needed to ensure the leak was fully repaired. Dale is a brilliant mechanic and Janice at the front desk gives you that warm fuzzy feeling that your vehicle is in good hands when you drop it off. Also, when you call and describe the issue she listens! That seems to be a rarity in the industry these days Ive found. Admittedly, its not the cheapest shop in town but theres a lot of value in their great service, quality repairs, and the peace of mind you have when you hand over the keys. And dont get me wrong, they are definitely still beating dealership pricing and I have a lot more confidence in Stroebel. For as long as I live in the Saginaw area, Ill never go anywhere else.

Theres a lot to say about this shop, in which all is good. It wasnt the actual service that I am most fond of. Its how they go about business there. This stood out to me. I have a 2021 Yukon Denali & I wanted it lowered. It was recommended to me by another car enthusiasts to go see them at Stroebel. It actually took me three tries as I stay in metro Detroit & my work hours vary. Dale will not do a job, unless it will come out right & the vehicle will be safe. I knew this from my dealings, but it is common practice there as I overheard them telling another customer that he has to research it first & get back with him the next day. Even though they did a fantastic job on my Denali, the service is what stood out to me. They take pride in what they do & that means theyre not put for the money. I recommended anyone to take their vehicle to his shop, as youll come out very happy from A-Z. Theyre courteous & very respectful to you. He worked with me & when I messed up. He understood! I had my truck lifted a while back and they had it done in a day which was really awesome! I had recently went in for some suspension work and again they were quick and very professional. Id recommend this shop to anyone!

They overcharged, would not let me bring my own parts in, and didnt install everything correctly before returning it to me! I had to take it to another mechanic to have it put on the right way! A thousand dollars so I have to have someone else take care of the problem???! Furious! Never returning here again!

Brought my car in after my fuel pump failed. They returned the vehicle missing a fuel injector pressure cap, and the air intake vent wasnt connected. So basically I paid for service and it feels like a half-done job. Not recommended.

I put diesel in my truck that I just got lol and they took care of the issue. price got a little high to me BUT still less than the darn crook dealerships! so issue resolved! just hoping no further work is needed and running the gas out makes it run smoother without problems. thank you stroebel auto for helping me with my truck.

I have gone to these guys 2 times and both times they had loaners for me to use (since I have full coverage) while they did my repairs that took around 5 business days to complete. They replaced my radiator and flushed the lines and engine when I had a crack in my radiator at the top in my 1998 GMC K1500 w/ 350 (5.7l). They also just recently did a complete exhaust job from the manifolds back. All at a price under the muffler and exhaust shops in the area, that also didn’t have loaners for me to use. Dale and his team always go above and beyond to do excellent work and provide the utmost top customer service. I refuse to go elsewhere for any repair. Dale will also personally take time to text you a few days later to check on their work to make sure it is still to your liking and meets your standards of quality. I CANNOT RECOMMEND THEM ENOUGH!

This was one of the best experiences I have had in a very long time. I needed some repairs done and was leaving town before Dale had any appointments available. He squeezed me in and was done with my car much quicker than I expected. I have become a customer for life! Thank you Dale.

I have a tale of woe, but dont worry it has a happy ending. I bought a Jeep. I love my Jeep. My Jeeps ABS indicator light came on. I took it to a mechanic on a Monday to see if they could fix it. They said they could, they would have it done Tuesday. I called Tuesday, they told me they ordered the wrong part, it would be done Wednesday. Wednesday came and went. Thursday I called, I was told they put the new part on, and it did not fix the problem and they would have to trace the entire electrical wiring harness to fix it. Okay when will you have it done? Friday they said. So Friday I made them some treats and told them Saturday was my birthday and could they please have my Jeep fixed so I could go play in the mud with it? But no, they did not fix it Friday, nor did they fix it Saturday. So Saturday (my birthday) I went and picked up my Jeep, and paid them for not fixing it. Monday I called Stroebel. Janice the wonderful, set me up for the following Tuesday. Dale the awesome had my Jeep an hour and a half and fixed it. (I also needed the washer fluid pump fixed so I had to wait one more day to get my Jeep.) I joyfully picked up my Jeep, gladly paid less then it cost for the other mechanic not to fix my jeep. Moral of the story, take your vehicle to the people at Stroebel, they are good people, we need more good people. Now if youll excuse me, theres some mud calling my name and I must get to it!

Great customer service on the phone, at the counter and from the shop. Dale made sure I understood my possible options before work was done on my truck. Including a very expensive option. In the end the repair was made and only what was broken was fixed. They made me aware of all the maintenance that was needed but did not try to spend my money. My wife and I would recommend Stroebel Automotive and will be using them again.

Good friendly people who do excellent work. Dale has fixed mine and my familys cars for many years I have never heard a bad comment about their work. I want my stuff done right the first time and this is what they do. My last visit was to fix repairs another shop did poorly. I highly recommend Strobel automotive.

My car broke down about a half a mile from Stroebel and I was looking for a nearby place to get it repaired, but one with good ratings. From my first call to their shop, Janice the office assistant was very friendly and worked to schedule my car into a busy schedule. They advised that it might be a day or so because of their busy schedule, but they got it in and looked at it within a couple of hours. Dale called and gave a thorough explanation of what was wrong, what my options were and what the cost was going to be. The car was actually finished quicker than I could pick it up and the cost came in under estimate!I had a good feeling about this experience, it is nice to deal with mechanics that want word of mouth advertising through treating their customers as they expect to be treated.

Dale is the best person to work on your car. Period. He went out of his way to accommodate my request to fix my car on a Friday evening. He thoroughly diagnosed my car and suggested my options. Very clean transparent procedure. He even let me stand near the lift and watch the work being performed. And you know what they say, The best mechanic is the one that lets you watch him work. Took my mini cooper in to have temperature sensor replaced. They had my car for 3 hrs to diagnose, and half the next day to replace part, but couldnt fix because parts they ordered were after market and would not fit. They were charging above dealer price, and trying to use after market parts, which I was not aware of until I was informed parts didnt fit.

Absolutely the best mechanic I have ever been to. They were the only shop that would try to fix my 2013 Chrysler. After saving me over $4,500 (literally), Dale and his team kept my car for several days and drove it over the weekend to ensure that it was working the way that it should, and when I finally picked it up, there was a thank you note and even a stuffed giraffe in my daughters car seat. Went there for a mechanical issue and the owner tried upselling me on additional services that were not needed. After I left stroebel automotive I went to two other mechanics for their option and they told me my vehicle was fine.

Make sure you talk to Janice because her hospitality puts southerners to shame. Also, the staff there stayed late to make sure my car was fixed and I was back on the road as quickly as possible. They are honest and the lobby is very clean! I actually enjoyed taking my Ford in for repairs. The next time I need work done I am taking it to Stroebel.

I wouldnt take my car there he was to repair my car and jeep they were never fixed properly and they even caused damage to my jeep. On top of that I was charged full price for crappy work. My car ran just as bad coming,out as,it did going in for 800 dollars it should of ran properly. They also had it for weeks. Had my jeep over a month because he had to fix the damage they did to it. Every time I called oh this,part showed up wrong or that part didnt come in. It was,over and over excuses.
