They have never let me down. I have used them quite a bit for towing and repair. I would highly recommend.

My insurance contacted them for roadside assistance. This started at 12:30p and its now 3p - still no tow truck. They keep updating the ETA and blowing past it. How long am I supposed to wait? Why lie about the wait time? Absolutely trash experience.

Had a very positive experience here, they were able to source the best price for the new starter on my Toyota Tundra, came back a few weeks later to get my rear brakes done, finished the job fast, I would highly recommend this place to anyone in the greater Saginaw area.

I had a couple issues with my car that he tried to turn in to 20 different issues in I paid 1200 and still couldnt drive my car Had to take it to a whole different mechanic before I could drive it

I had a situation where my truck wouldnt start, so I called Garys, they had a wrecker driver out to my house fast. The wrecker driver was extremely helpful, and well mannered he told me they would get me taken care of right at the shop. They gave me a full bumper to bumper inspection for free while they checked out my truck. Everyone at the shop was professional and very friendly. My starter went, they had me up and running the same day. With very reasonable prices, I was all around please, letting me know what was going on, just super all around very helpful. I recommend everyone to Garys and will continue to all of my business with them.

The employee I worked with was nice. But I just got my car brought in on Friday for them to fix my inner and outer tie rods on my left front tire and it one or both of them broke on the middle of one of my deliveries and its only Sunday. Thanks for wasting my last Verizon road side assistance use!

I found garys repair when I had locked keys in my car 5 minutes I was back on the road the driver said they repair cars too got my oil changed and a break job later on put shocks on and a muffler good price then I realized there were cars for sale bought one to go to work with my buddy needed his engine replaced told him about Garys towing they had it done 2 days the receptionist was friendly and cooperative in setting up a time when to come in for repairs to fit my work schedule also knew a lot about cars thanks crew at Garys be in soon need a tune up

Horriable horriable service!!! Took my car back 4 times for the same problem, they said they fixed each time! Over $2,000 down the drain! And the owner didnt care to listen his response everytime is he didnt work on the car!

Paid 620 bucks to have the valve cover gaskets done on my husbands mitsubishi. They also fixed his exhaust. Husband has driven it less than 3k miles since the repair back in february. Noticed it was still leaking a few days after the repair. Assumed it was a different leak cause, well, I just paid 620 bucks.Just took it to another shop for the same repair and when they got into it, they called to tell me the valve cover gasket was put on backwards so it never fully sealed.I asked garys to save the package and gasket back in February so I could return the other valve cover that was still under warranty. Showed up to get the car, and the tech had to fish through the dumpster because he forgot to hold the old parts for me. They couldnt find the box.Never again. Money wasted.

They have very good prices and they do very good work I just moved to Saginaw a couple years ago and have been looking for a new mechanic and I like the way they do business I will stick with them.

As a garage they are scam artists... poor quality work.as a tow company they charge decent prices.
