Birthday cookie order: First time customer, The online ordering and payment was easy to navigate on the app. Placed the order and in 30 minutes a nice young man delivered my order to my car for the party package, 12 cookies. Since it was a birthday gift I delivered the cookies and received a text from the raving about the cookies. Thanks for making delicious cookies easy to buy.

Location is super close to home. Parking is convenient and ample. The smells when you enter the door are delectable. I was greeted immediately. Service was very friendly and fast. The cookies were super fresh. The selection were great. The attendant was patient with my questions. The peanut butter Reese’s pieces cookie, oh my goodness amazing!!!!! Go try it. You won’t regret. Highly recommend.

We got the dirt cookie - chocolate cookie, chocolate icing dirt and a funny worm. And the pumpkin roll cookie with cream cheese icing. Both were warm and amazing!!!

I stopped on to try out the flavors of the week, and as usual, they were great. This was my first visit to this physical location. It was clean and smelled like cookies inside, which should be expected. I had the pumpking pie cookie, oatmeal chocolate chip, salted caramel, and peach cobbler cookies. All were great and I would recommend.

Crumbl is always a favorite of ours and we were wanting to try out the new flavors this week, so we popped in. The store was super clean and staff was very attentive and welcoming. Once we placed out order, we only waited a few minutes and the delicious cookies were out. When we got back to the car, we realized that one of the cookies was incorrect. When we took it back and told them, we were given a replacement cookie with no hesitation. I was very happy at how nice they were to fix it! I would definitely recommend this store, they were great of order from!

Love Crumbl, but a few things need to change. For delivery you can only order four, six, or twelve cookies. The six pack cookie is never available for delivery and always shows as sold out. So pretty much you can only order 4 or 12. It should be a 4 cookie minimum and then you should be able to add on cookies as you wish after that. They also put warm and cold cookies in the same box, so by the time you get it delivered all of the cold cookies have melted and are warm and gross. I get cookies delivered a lot and order them as gifts to be delivered for my job and whenever they are out of a cookie they just put whatever cookie they see fit in the box instead of calling and asking you what you would want instead. They mess up a lot, but always are willing to make it right. Just wish they didn’t mess up so much and so often.

I have ordered several times now from Crumbl cookies. Each time I am very satisfied. The best part. The cookies are still very warm when they are delivered. Thank you

Ugh how to even start this review.... the cookies here were MOUTHWATERING, HEAVENLY, melt in your mouth PERFECTION! My friend took me and my boyfriend here. We are from MA and visited Utah for a week. They gave us the utahan trio starting with shaved ice, swig, and crumbl being our last stop. Gourmet doesnt even begin to describe these cookies! I had the teddy Graham cookie fresh out of the oven and I think I died and went to heaven! The sugar cookies were amazing too. This place deserves an award!!!

After having a horrible experience with the corporate customer assist text line, which ignored me for days then told me I had to reach out to the store directly for assistance, I called this store today. The employee that helped me was helpful, kind and patient. Complete 180 from the texting line. Crumbl corporate… if you read these reviews, take a page out of this franchised store’s book. It shouldn’t have taken me a week and multiple unanswered texts for your customer assist line to tell me to just call the store!

I am working on a fundraiser for a refugee organization, and Crumbl cookies was one of the only cookie companies in Salt Lake City that wasnt willing to donate leftover cookies to the event. I found this disappointing, but I guess its okay given I typically prefer chip/goodly/rubysnap anyway. Two stars for a lack of community engagement/corporate responsibility.

I love the app. I’m able to put an address anywhere in the US. It identifies the closes store. I place my order. Determine if it’s a gift or just because, write a note and check out. I can select a date and time or ASAP. I’m able to watch when it’s delivered. It’s the best app for ordering and delivering treats. Great for personal, great for business, and the cookies are the BEST!! We usually will slice them up like a pie so everyone can taste each one. Delicious cookies.

I send cookies multiple times a month and the delivery updates + the app make it wicked simple! The only room for improvement is sometimes the message entered doesnt make it to the recipient. Often times Ill check in with the recipient and they are glad I did, because they couldnt figure out who sent the cookies. Other than that, completely seamless process... love it!

I love cookies. I’m also quite good at baking them. Ask anyone. So I know a good cookie. When I don’t feel like making my own cookies for whatever reason (like maybe I want 6 different flavors or just don’t want to deal with the mess), I turn to Crumbl. There really is no comparison. They have the best flavors, varieties, recipes (except for a few of my own secrets). Definitely eat these cookies!

Amazing cookies! 1 could probably be split 4 ways comfortably, theyre so big. I also love the idea of swapping out types and toppings for cookies! Honestly wish more places had frequently changing parts of their menu. Highly recommend!

Love Crumbl! Always a good place to stop and try one of the new flavors of the week. The cornbread one was pretty good, but won’t go on my favorites list. Anything with Oreo gets me good! One time my roommate and I went to get one cookie to share and they accidentally made us two cookies. We told them we just ordered one and they said “ah, it’s okay just keep both” BLESS UP

Said they had ice cream online and on their menu in store but dont. Extremely limited selection of cookie flavors considering thats their main product. The cookie I ended up getting was hard and cold.

Cookies were amazing, but the service... not so much. I requested that I have my cookies individually wrapped because they were to celebrate employee appreciation day at work. Due to COVID, I can only give things that are individually wrapped as per company policy. The manager said that he cannot do that and that I would have to wrap them myself and would not give me wrappers for them if I didnt do a catering order. My coworker went to another location and was able to get them in individual boxes. Being a customer service manager, Im all about the experience I get from places I decide to do business with. I would have paid an additional fee for this service if it were offered but this wasnt even presented. As much as I loved the cookies I will not be giving my personal or companies business to this establishment.

The cookies tasted good.The customer service was awful. (1) she skipped through the screen where you enter the rewards phone number and when I asked for her to go back she said “it’s too late”. (2) she skipped through the screen asking if I wanted a receipt and so it was also “too late” to get me one. (3) they didn’t have pennies on hand so I didn’t get my full change (which I don’t actually care about but it just added to the experience). I legitimately walked in planning on giving a tip since it was late at night but I’ll be going to different franchises from now on.

I took a chance ordering these from TX to have delivered in UT. I say that, because if something went wrong I cant just run down to the store & pick them up. Ive had issues with other food delivery items that were never delivered from other companies. These guys make it easy! I will definitely use their services again. This is regarding the SHIPPING facility and CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have been a long time customer of Crumbl but their customer service is very disappointing. I have been trying to reach them for 3 days regarding a shipment that went out and I cannot get anyone to answer, call me back, email me back, or even text me back via their texting service.

Sugar cookies are flavorful with almond and the mix of crunchy edges and soft middle is to die for! $3 for a cookie is a bit pricey for me but you get a discount if you buy a box of 4. #lfthx

Crumbl was busy per usual, but what can you say they’re great cookies. We waited a little longer, however Lily took great care of us. She was apologetic and super nice. She seems to enjoy what she’s doing and we appreciated that.

Every time I have ordered from here it has been over an hour late, incorrect, or delivered to the wrong address. They are usually quick to give refunds, but that’s about it.

Crumbl is the best! I’m a competitive bodybuilder and get 1 cheat meal roughly every 2 weeks in contest prep, and Crumbl has never NOT been on the menu for a cheat meal, so let that speak volumes to my trust in the quality of their weekly flavors😂

I ordered 4 cookies last week to try each of their new weekly flavors and when the girl was boxing my cookies she told me they were out of the cookies and cream which I ordered. She told me I could pick one to replace it, I asked for a second toffee one (I had already ordered one) she told me they were all out of those ones too! I wish they would have better communication between all the team members because if I would have known so many of the cookie choices were gone, I wouldnt have ordered 4 cookies. Instead I left with cookies I didnt even care about. Also I have been trying all week to leave feedback on their website but it keeps telling me the page is down.

As a resident of California, moving out here, I did not expect to find very good food. Utah has proven me wrong over and over again. When I experienced these delicious cookies, crumbl proved to me that delicious cookies do exist here, and at a beautiful price. I didn’t try any special cookies. I only tried chocolate chip and the sugar cookie. My mouth felt like it left my head and flew to the heavens where cookies go to live after consumption. Needless to say, it was an out of body experience. And I am a better person because of it.thank you Crumbl. I love you.

I got in and out of tbe store in less then 5 minutes with warm cookies in my hand. The staff was efficient and friendly and even showed me my cookies before closing the box to make sure everything was up to par and the order was correct.

I really do love the cookies but we have had one too many issues and cant justify going back anymore. Customer service is seriously lacking, both in store and through their support email. Would not give me a refund for a delivery order I paid for but never received. In store employee told me they couldnt find the order and to call Door Dash (order was not placed through DD) or to call another store even though my delivery address was clearly sent to their store and I had confirmation that it was their store. Emailed support and they told me they could give me a voucher for (1) free cookie even though with delivery fee and tip order was $35. When I said that didnt seem fair they said they could send me a voucher for 8 cookies...no refund. I took the vouchers but dont plan on using them.

If you like normal size, flat, fully cooked, and not dry cookies, you will not like this place. Their cookies are faaarrr too large and just not good. They end up tasting dry and really bland. I wish theyd bring. Tiffs Treats here for some good cookies. And the parking at this place is a nightmare.
