I live 2 blocks away, have been inside the store multiple times. Today we really wanted to try their advertised pumpkin marshmallow cookies, and called to order pickup. The answering machine says their covid hours are until 1am but it’s 9pm and no one is answering. Then I go to order online and it says they are closed? Google says the store is open though. Big bummer, we were excited to try them.

They have the best cookies. Theyre always warm, not too sweet, soft on the inside and crunchy on the outside.

The cookies are great when you can get them. I have been here twice lately. Both times I checked google and their website. Both times the hours on both google and their website were wrong and they weren’t open. The owner needs to do better. This isn’t hard.

First off, I commend them for doing their chocolate chip cookies RIGHT. So many cookie places here in Utah county (one of them rhymes with bumble) use milk chocolate chips in their chocolate chip cookies, which adds too much sweetness to the cookie. I mean cmon, everyone knows that the batter already has sufficient sugar used in there, adding milk chocolate chips to the (already sweet) batter results in too much sweetness (can you say diabetes?!)Im an INSTANT fan when cookie shops use semi-sweet chocolate chips in their chocolate chip cookies, for the semi-sweet chocolate chips BALANCES the sweetness of the dough, which makes the BEST chocolate chip cookies as a result. Bravo Goodly, BRAVO. You do chocolate chip cookies JUSTICE.Their white chocolate raspberry is really delicious too! You can definitely taste the raspberry, but you can taste the white chocolate a bit more. It leans toward the sweeter side (than tart).My ultimate favorite cookie of theirs is none other than their lemon!! Can you say the best lemon cookie Ive ever tasted? The perfect balance of tart and sweetness, and with every bite, you want more, more, and MORE. As my friend, Shay stated, I couldnt stop eating them!. I concur....I concur. I will be back for these lemon cookies!! Im hoping that this flavor is a permanent flavor of theirs!!

I love that they are open late and their cookies are great. Ive stopped in a few times now, and tried quite a few of the flavors offered. They were all great, and will definitely drop by again. The cookies come warm, and most of the flavors are really well balanced and not pure sugar, which makes them refreshing.

I ended up to this store for a Yelp Elite event and was pleasantly surprised! I had gone to other cookie shops before, but those cookies were always too sweet for me to enjoy them fully. For example, the cookie itself had enough sugar in them but then they top it off with more sugary frosting…This store itself was cute with a very clean and modern look. They even have their own (kindda gated) parking spots. The worker inside was very friendly and more than willing to help me out with my 4 cookies.With their help, I ordered their most popular cookies: Chocolate PB Love, White Chocolate Raspberry Delight, Big Cinnajon, & Brookie. When I brought them home, they were all a HUGE hit!! Each of them had great quality with just the right amount of sweetness & chewiness.The Chocolate PB Love had the perfect balance between cookie and peanut butter. The Big Cinnajon was also delicious with its cinnamon flavor. Cinnamon can be very overpowering but it had just the perfect amount in it. The White Chocolate Raspberry Delight was an unexpectedly delicious one. At first we were little hesitant about it but the slight tanginess brought out even more flavor with the white chocolate chunks!!Finally, the Brookie was the super star of all of the cookies! The mix of brownie and cookie was wonderfully & masterfully matched!! Sometimes the change in texture can be jarring but they pulled it off like a professional :POverall, all the cookies were amazingly delicious with just the right amount of sweetness in them. No wonder they are the “Official cookie for the Utah Jazz” :D

I’ve been with Goodly since the beginning, when they were renting a kitchen from Amour. Great cookies, but they’ve been disappointing me a lot lately.A few days ago, I was stoked about the pumpkin cookie and stopped in during my run. They stated, and I quote, “we are out of those but we can put some in the oven now if you wanna wait 20 minutes.” Why weren’t there cookies in the oven? It was 5 hours to close.I’m not one to get overly upset, but what was that? I can say that it has literally never happened with their competition.Today? Well, online ordering is down. So why bother going in when they’ll be sold out again anyway?

Huge, delicious cookies that you probably won’t be able to finish eating in one sitting. Upon our visit we also learned that it donates to a good cause.

I believe this is their only location and I hope it stays that way because the quality standard and the consistency they are able to maintain with their cookie recipes in this fierce competition is phenomenal. I absolutely love their PB Love cookie. I highly recommend Goodly Cookies!!!

Ok, so this is a decent place to get cookies but definitely not 5 star place, there are others better and more affordable. Got 2 cookies for $10, you be the judge of affordability. Cookies are huge, not gooey, and over baked. They claim cookies of the Utah Jazz, but really who cares if they aren’t that good, and I doubt the players are eating them non-stop. Maybe a players wife or family own it but their claim does nothing to improve quality of product. go to chip instead

Our order took longer than expected and ended up being incorrect so we wrote a review reflecting that. Within a matter of minutes, my wife and I received a call and text from Goodly Cookies apologizing for the error and gave us a full refund. Although we were initially disappointed, the customer service was outstanding and that means a lot. We will be repeat customers because of this alone. It goes without saying the cookies were great.

Absolutely love Goodly Cookies. But its disappointing and inconvenient driving 30 minutes just to find out they are closed for the day (on a Saturday). No notice on social media or the website about being closed.

Cookie flavors were good, but a little crunchy for our liking! The bottoms and outsides were pretty crisp. Probably best when eating right from the store (we waited an hour or two to eat). The flavors were yummy though!

Cookies are crunchy towards the edge. Thick and gooey towards the center. Best consumed warm from the store. Reheating them does not produce the same awesome effect. Cinnamon cookies were great. Chocolate chip cookie were irresistible.

Ordered cookies and 4 bottles of milk... got the cookies and NO milk. Says milk on receipt as well as box - WHY THE F CANT PEOPLE FOLLOW ORDERS CORRECTLY? Sick of ordering from places like this who dont seem to give a s*%t about their customers? Get it right, its not that hard! Just pay attention to what you are doing! Cookies were okay but not worth the price and the heartache!

I ordered a dozen cookies for my birthday and had indicated in the notes to cut them in quarters, if possible. When I arrived they didn’t have them cut but the cookies we ready. I asked if they would be able to cut them and they did so. Great customer service, friendly people and DELICIOUS cookies!

DELICIOUSSSSSS!!! I personally think that this place was a tad bit better than Chip and Crumbl. Ive had both of those several times and Goodly topped the charts in my head by comparison with the simple, yet timeless staple Chocolate Chip cookie. Theirs was PERFECT crispy with the insides being soft, warm and not too gooey. With Chip and Crumbl, I still like those places but they tend to be a tad more gooey than I like. They offer milk here, too and have a water station as well. Really cute place! Small parking lot on the side for like ..6 cars or less. Probably need to park on the street. A box of 4 is $13, a single cookie is $3.50. I got a box of chocolate chip, PB and chocolate, cookies and dream and double chocolate walnut. The fav was PB and chocolate with such a perfect balance of the two! Go try it!

Fabulous! This used to be just a cookie delivery service but has recently opened this amazing storefront which now also serves ice cream sandwiches. These cookies are AMAZING. I have been to most of the other comparable cookie places in salt lake & Utah county (I know. Im excessive). This is by far the best. The cookies have a nice shell without being too crispy and are soft, dense and flavorful on the inside without being doughy. Some of their competitors cookies are overly sweet which is a bit of a turn off for me. These are the perfect balance. Tried the classic chocolate chip as all as their chocolate peanut butter one. Both were amazing. The classic one is probably favorite.I wanted to get a pic of my ice cream sandwich to share but in my excitement to eat it, failed. Ice cream is rich and thick--classic slow turned parlor style ice cream. They use one cookie and half it with a good serving of ice cream. I got one to share with my husband and 2 year old son. Perfect size for sharing.Also- GREAT friendly customer service.All in all I LOVE goodly and am so glad they have opened a storefront. Bring these to any birthday or gathering and youll for sure be a hero.

Honestly, I wasnt impressed. Perhaps I got a batch that had sat under the heat because they were very dry. I enjoy Chip cookies more.

In my opinion, best non-gourmet cookies in Utah. I say non-gourmet because that is a cookie that you can eat a lot of, that being a good thing. Gourmet consists of Ruby snap, which is amazing, but cannot be compared to Goodly. Large, consistent, flavorful, and satisfying cookies that stand a full staircase above the competition. Order on chow now for even greater ease and get those cookies faster to satisfy those intense cravings. I came from bountiful to get these bad boys. Late night cravings have never been so thoroughly coddled by the delicious flavors Goodly is slinging.

Omg!!! This place is AMAZING. They had 5 fresh cookies to choose from. I picked the chocolate peanut butter: a gooey, rich but not too rich, brownie-like cookie with peanut butter chips in it. The cookie was warm and the peanut butter chips were melted. It had the perfect texture: crisp on the outside, but soft and chewy on the inside. I wanted to go back the next day but it was closed on Sunday unfortunately!

The BEST cookies in SLC. Yes, Ive tried Crumbl, Ruby, etc but man Goodly is where its at! It seems like a steep price to pay $3.50 for a single cookie, but theirs are massive and pack a ton of flavor without being cloyingly sweet (especially the peanutbutter chocolate chip) like some other places. It helps that the people working there are always super nice too :)!

I ordered cookies to be delivered to my daughter’s house in Salt Lake City in celebration of her promotion at work. I accidentally transposed two numbers in her address, so they were delivered to the wrong people. Goodly Cookies called to inform me that the address that they delivered to had not ordered cookies. They then rectified MY mistake by delivering a second round to my daughter’s correct address. She loved them and said that they were delicious. Thank you for going above and beyond my expectations! I will be recommending and ordering from Goodly Cookies again!

Orgasmic cookies. Hard to pick a favorite. Get all four. With milk. And eat them right there on the spot while theyre still melty. Youre welcome.Theyre soft and pillowy on the inside and middle, with the slightest crunchiness on the outside and edges. You can order ahead of time online too but the wait is usually small anyways.

Goodly Cookie is the best cookie shop in all of Utah. Their cookies truly outshine all of their competitors. My absolute favorite is their CinnaJon. Their delivery service always is top teir. When they have their double chocolate walnut, I get them the very first day.

Best chocolate chip cookie in Utah (don’t tell my mom!) The cookies at Goodly are packed with flavor! I am an old fashioned chocolate chip cookie person, so the Goodly General is my favorite. The seasonal flavors are always creative and delicious. I just need them to ship orders, because living 2 1/2 hours away means I can’t get my hands on them often enough. Hailee is hospitable and welcoming. The very best!

It is easy to discern the high quality ingredients that go into these cookies. The ordering and delivery were quick and effortless. My complaint is in the execution of the baking. If I am going to pay $20 dollars on four cookies, they better be cooked perfectly. Three out of the four cookies were still raw in the center. The crust on the outside of the cookie had barely even started to set (it was thinner than an egg shell). And the entire inside still had the consistency of dough. Huge bummer.Update: One of the owners reached out to me personally to rectify my order. She was professional, courteous and concerned with my experience. It is refreshing to find an owner that cares about their customers to this extent. I understand a mistake will happen from time to time, and she was more than willing to fix it. I will be a returning customer.

Goodly Cookies are SO GOOD! We love having them delivered to our house for a late night treat, picking them up for friends, or stopping by after a U game for a cookie ice cream sandwich. Of all the specialty cookie places in SLC, Goodly is easily my favorite. The taste and texture are perfect. Im usually a chocolate/pb person all the way, but their white chocolate raspberry cookie is the best cookie of all time. So glad to have them in my neighborhood.

Went out of my way to try these paragons of baked goodness. The selection was better than at any other cookie joint I have visited, and the staff was friendly and fast. These cookies appealed to just about every sense (not sure how you can hear a cookie, but the sounds of appreciation I heard as my family ate them might count!) They were warm, looked amazing, smelled great, and tasted even better! So worth the detour. Best. Cookies. In. Town! Now they just need a location mid-valley.
