The drinks taste good and the cups themselves seem to be of good quality, but the clear lids they use don’t fit the cups at all.Today I stopped for a drink and the soda spilled out from the edge of the lid all over my dress slacks and dress shirt. Turns out the lid doesn’t actually seal and leaves a large gap for soda to spill out of. Luckily I got the diet soda so I’m not stained (as bad) and sticky (as much).Probably won’t be back because of this issue.

Quench it! is ON POINT. Their drinks are huge and very inexpensive. The vanilla Coke on crushed ice is so good. They also are connected to Zubs, the sandwich shop, who offers sandwiches. The regular sized cold turkey and swiss with all the veggies was good and it was very big. Ask to have it cut in half. Also the hot ham and cheese is very good. Definitely try them out.

Laid back, typical soda place with sandwiches to boot. We didn’t know about the sandwiches - we were just there to quench our thirst. We’ll have to come try the food next time. Prices are totally reasonable. Shop is clean and neat. It’d be good to have more pictures for the kiddos to pick drinks but otherwise no complaints. Close to the Vivint Arena so nice spot to chill after a game (where drinks cost a lot more).

All I can say, is it never disappoints! I always have a great drink each time I come or have it delivered.

Once was enough if you like their stuff just go to Fizz hah, this shop looks identical to a Fizz I go to up north near my home, but the time to wait for your stuff is less than the extra drive north. so they are a copy shop that takes 3x as long, with how many other shops that exist, they need to step up their game as far as service goes good grief

Stopped by and got two Butterfly Kisses drinks and a chocolate chip cookie for the kiddos. They were super tasty and a huge hit! Fast and friendly service also! Ill definitely be back!

Sandwiches have been great, but took my parents in for lunch and we all got waters with our sandwiches and charged for them! Not only were we charged for the waters, they were priced differently as we asked for no ice in one.... They gave us all 3 waters with no ice and charged us over 5 bucks for them. The workers seemed so inexperienced and out of it that I dont think they would have even known how to refund it or explain why they did it. Also, why are there no napkin dispensers anywhere? Its a good thing the sandwiches were good, the slow service, lack of napkins and being charged for cups of water like theyre specialty drinks would have ensured a far worse review.

Walked from downtown hotel nearby to get this salt lake city staple and didn’t regret it. Tasted amazing, awesome service. Thanks!

I love this Quench It! The staff is always friendly and polite. Sam knows me and knows exactly what I want when I pull up to the window. Their drinks are great, and I love the loyalty program. Their cookies are delicious as well. I will keep coming here frequently! Keep up the good work!

The cashier didnt listen very well, the bars where way to dry. Way over priced for what we received.

Oh yummy is this place good! They had one of the best variety of food at a soda place. I wanted to try everything! I got the Samoa cookie,SO so good! Im craving one so bad now! I also got a couple drinks and a couple pretzels, and they were excellent! They were so kind when my toddler spilled his soda all over the floor too and insisted on them cleaning it up. I will definitely be back!

Delicious soda shop close to my work. They have a good variety of flavors, purees, and fruit to make any concoction you desire; they also have a yummy variety of snacks. If your lucky they might even have samples out.

I ordered two large drink of almost $5 a piece and was charged an extra $2 delivery fee because it is a small order on GrubHub and 2.50 for doordash I would not order these guys unless you going in person as they nickel-and-dimed the customer who have it delivered insteadAlso sucks at no ice request

There arent many of these otherwise ubiquitous soda shops in this neighborhood, but the neighborhood doesnt need any others because Quench it! has it covered. All the drink choices you expect, other sugary treats, fast service. Drive away fully armed with caffeine and sugar to make it through another Utah day.

Very friendly and got the drinks out in a timely manner. I love that cookies comes individually wrapped, and are so delicious! They have more than a sugar cookie and pink frosting. My kids also love the drinks

This place is about a block from my work- which is so great! Theyre always fast, and the girls working are always super friendly. They also have amazing bagels! Im literally eating one as I type this. My only complaint is that they use Styrofoam cups :( Seriously, guys, please consider moving towards a more eco-friendly cup! Styrofoam is non-biodegradable.UPDATE: I totally appreciate the owner commenting- and Ill definitely purchase a mug :) Also...please keep your delicious popcorn. The patriotic has been my fav so far.

Employees helped 3 customers behind me. First come first serve does not apply here, expect to wait at least a half hour. Rude staff that does not say thank you or sorry for making me wait long times.

Staff always seems to be new, and signage doesnt reflect actual pricing on refills. Didnt help that we didnt even get a receipt, or option for one. Great drinks, weird experience

This place is great! There are so many options and the workers are so friendly. There were games to play and lots of ports to charge any device I needed.

Ordered two turkey and swiss cold zubs and they gave me hot soggy undercooked bread. It took them 20-30 min to give me my order forgetting one of the drinks and the soggy sandwiches was the worst Ive ever seen the bread was literally so soggy the lettuce was soggy it was all around poorly made and I feel like 12 dollars for 2 half subs that were uneatable was such a rip off. I hope they can fix this issue with me soon. Drinks are great I wouldnt go for the food there though.

Im not a soda drinker but Im happy to stop by here for a drink and a cookie once in a while! Lots of flavor options and decent prices. Only thing is, the lids on their cups dont fit very well and almost every drink Ive gotten has threatened to spill all over me.

Workers seemed a little inexperienced, there was the smell of something burning when we went in, but our drinks and food were great! The bread in the sandwiches is amazing.

Normal amazing review but I sat and waiting in the drive thru for 10 minutes then they took my order but refused to make my order cause they were closed. I sat in the drive thru when open but they still refused my order. Will not be coming back if a customer is going to be treated that way even tho arriving before closing time........

The location is tough to get to if youre traveling north, but the drinks and cookies are yummy!

I take my kids to QuenchIt once a week. Ive had to set a limit on our visits, or we would come every day! The staff is super friendly, and my kids love to play the board games in the lobby area while we sip our drinks. Sometimes we even get serenaded while we are there!

I am not fan of sodas, but this is really a good shop, with a friendly staff. It is one of the places which made Marmelade neighborhood more lively.

Ah! This place just raised their prices :( Its not much, but when they charge per flavor, my normal order of Cindy with diet coke 32 oz came to almost $4 (or so the new cashier quoted me). Sad day! Ill just run to 7/11 next door and grab a drink for a couple of dollars.
