The drinks are great but the service is poor. We went to this location tonight and waited in the drive thru for over 45 min with 12 cars in front of us. I have never seen a drive thru take this long for such a simplistic menu. I watched 3 cars drive over the curb and sidewalk, abandoning their orders because of how long the wait was.On previous occasions we have ordered the childrens Unlucky Ducky and didnt receive the gummy sharks and would have to remind the staff that its included. If this isnt addressed I might as well drive the few extra blocks to Thirst to have a happier day.

Placed my order ahead and it said itd be ready at 3:55. I arrived around 4, notified the app I was hear and than began waiting and watched as people on line who arrived after me were getting their drinks first. Around 20 minutes later I finally got my drinks. Soda was good, but the delay in service was not.

Todays visit was fun. 😊 The line was a bit long, but it didnt seem to take very long to get to the window. The employees were nice and our cookies were pretty yummy as well! 😋🍪🍪

The menu is great—the kids love the passion fruit pearls. but as i sit here behind only 4 other vehicles, i can’t help but wonder if it really takes 20-30 minutes to serve soda to a handful of vehicles.this isn’t a new occurrence—and you’d think i’d learn my lesson by now, but i must be a glutton for punishment. or maybe just a glutton for passion fruit pearls.

Great service here! They were really fast, but also so nice. I accidentally ordered the wrong drink. They redid my order and still gave me the other drink for free since theyd already made it! And they charged me for another cookie, so I said I hadnt ordered that many and they refunded it on the spot. Everything tasted great of course! Really impressed with this location.

My order is incorrect every time. I add gummy sharks for .60 extra each time, hoping that one day my pay for request will be granted. I am not sure what the issue is. I have had 4 attempts at getting a correct order and it never happened. The sticker on the drink even says gummy sharks on it. Get the freaking act together!!!! If Fizz was closer I would much rather go there! Maybe my hope that they will open will come true and I can finally get a correct order.

I’m not one to complain. But this experience has brought me here. I ordered my three fruit waters, once supposed to be sugar free, (but none were marked as such), and three social cookies. When I got to the window she handed me only two. I told her I had actually ordered 3. She said “it only says two on here. Did you pay for it back there?” And i said “I assume so. Because I asked for it back there.. but I have no receipt to review or show you.” She then hands me an extra one with no further inquiry. Which I was grateful for. Fast forward to 20 min later, I am drinking my drink and notice something weird in there. Sure enough, a hair was floating around with my ice and fruit. I’ve attempted to call multiple times since and can’t get anyone to answer. Not sure I’ll be visiting that location again. The one on 9th E is always solid though 🙌🏼

Just stopped here for the first time while in town from out of state. Overall, it was a pretty typical drink and cookies type of place with nothing that really stood out to me. The drink my wife ordered wasnt quite as good as the ones she gets at our local equivalent place. The most shocking thing, I felt, was that we placed the order and paid while about 8 cars back. By the time we pulled up to the window, the girl read off our order (one drink) and then apparently had to go make it. Instead of grabbing our drink at the window and being on our way, like every other place like this, we had to sit and wait for it to be made. For a place with such a small, easy, and specific array of items, I was surprised they couldnt have one drink made in the 10 min it took for us to wait. Overall, we wont be going out of our way to visit this location again, but I also wouldnt hesitate to stop in again if Im driving by. Not a bad experience, just not quite as good as it could have been.

This was my first time at this location. The employees were super friendly and efficient and my drink was made quickly. I finally got a glimmer (which is edible glitter). Instead of a soda I got the summer breeze which was so refreshing. I love that they carry fruity water drinks as an alternative to soda. Definitely a fan. (And I DID happen to get a coconut cookie and I don’t regret it. At. All. 😋)

Nice drink variety and quick service. It was my first time visiting Swigs. I got a drink and a cookie. Both were good, but I loved my drink choice, the Loop-T-Loop. I will be visiting it again.

The original Soda shop with fun mixes and sugar cookies. They now have some new items to keep competitive like ice pops.This location suffers from unclear drive thru line instructions, apparently there are two lanes and a merge, but telling Utahns to merge is a recipe for disaster, some additional signage would help.

Super friendly staff and usually very quick service. Occationally there is a long line but there are usually multiple employees to take orders and it runs very smoothly. Great drinks, good ability to customize and good cookies. Blended Weekender and the Daisy Duke are personal favorites.

Even though there was a long line, they got us thru quickly. My dream dr pepper was delicious and just right. The sugar cookie was excellent. Highly recommended.

The person taking our order was great! We took a little bit longer to figure out our order, but we didn’t feel rushed at all. He had some problems with the iPad and taking the order and assured us it wasn’t because of us. He then placed the order and we went to the window to pay. We had some coupons to use and one was for a drink and a cookie. Instead of using one of the cookies we had already ordered, the girl added a chocolate chip cookie on, without asking us. We did get the extra chocolate chip cookie, but we didn’t order it and paid for the other cookie that we wanted that should have been taken off with the coupon. In saying something about it after looking at the receipt, the girl did refund a cookie for us, but she did act irritated the whole time and not very friendly. This would have been a great experience were it not for the miscommunication and the irritability of the employee taking the money and giving us our treats. Everything tasted great and the boy taking our order did a great job too!

Easy, cheap, tasty drinks. In and out of the drive thru in less than 5 minutes. Menu is huge. Also cookies. Definitely go for the frosted sugar. Their oatmeal(not raisin) is pretty good well.

I have visited this swing twice since it opened. They have managed to get my order wrong twice in a row. These are not difficult orders. Nothing odd - 44 oz Diet Coke with SF Vanilla. The most basic of beverages appears to be hard to manage. I’ll spend my money and time waiting in a drive though for premium soda a mile up the street based on these experiences.

I love living in Millcreek because it is such a walkable neighborhood. I often walk with my two small children, sometimes along with our neighbors, to get treats at local businesses. Today I decided to try Swig for the first time. When I approached the walk up window, I saw a sign that said they are no longer using that window. An employee opened the window to say that she was very sorry, but I would have to stand in line with the cars. Standing in a long line of running cars (putting off exhaust) with two small children in a stroller in 90 degree heat seemed like a terrible suggestion, I politely declined and walked across the parking lot to the drive through coffee shop and bought my drink and cookie at their walk up window (a local business that I frequently visit). I was so disappointed with Swig.

Ive always loved swig since I can get a drink flavored exactly how I like. Unfortunately, this location cant get a drink right. The three times Ive been to this location my drink has been made incorrectly. Whether its been the wrong flavors added, flavor/puree added that I didnt order or waaay too much ice. Its very frustrating and I wont be returning to this location.

I sent my kids down to get me a drink, they walked down. The walk up window is closed so they was told to wait in the car line. Some teens pulled up and was yelling and driving around my kids in circles, recording my kids the whole time. The workers never stopped this harassment or even tried to. Unfortunate that the workers wouldnt be responsible enough to stop such a thing.

Over the last week we kept coming back to try the tapioca pearls in the boba. Every time we were told to come back the next day. Each time they did not have them. Did I get a refund? No! Slightly frustrated.....moving on...will not go back.
