Last week I traded cell phones and received a new iPhone 12 that was defective. I went back to the AT&T store on Knickerbocker Rd in San Angelo twice to get a replacement since I had the phone a week. I was told they couldn’t do anything for me and I would have to send it back and be without a phone for days. I decided to try the AT&T store on Sherwood Way...What a difference!KG, Phil and Cody were very helpful and replaced my phone with a new one!I will NEVER go anywhere else!Thank you for making a bad experience into a very positive one....I highly recommend AT&T on Sherwood Way!

ATT are criminals!!!Its even more disappointing to see the level of service Ive gotten compared to how others were treated. I had much higher hopes after such great reviews. But here we go...After returning my equipment and cancelling service. they decided to charge me for an additional two months. When I called to find out what the deal was they said they had no record of me returning or cancelling. They even had difficulty finding the account in the first place. Refused to help. I wrote an FCC complaint and ATT is trying to hold ME responsible for their own employees inability to complete basic tasks of their jobs. I dont usually word things this strongly but these people can go take a long walk off a short pier. If they decide to report me to the credit agency for not paying a bill that I never should have gotten in the first place Ill take them to court. Im done playing their games. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

My experience at this AT&T store was absolutely wonderful. I worked with Stephen Hall. He is a delightful and knowledgeable representative. He helped me greatly with my purchase of a new iPhone 12 and 2 Apple Watches. I would definitely recommend Stephen and this AT&T store to anyone.

Always a good time coming to this location. The people working here are always having fun. Music is playing and it just seems like they enjoy it here. Can’t find that in a lot of retail places these days.

This covid atmosphere has damaged service in the store. The rep that served me didnt speak where I could hear hear and she didnt listen to me.

We are in crazy times and going to any store is something I dread. As soon as I pulled up the store manager walked out into the middle of the parking lot to explain how my entire visit would work. I was there to upgrade a line for my daughter and he was super informative with everything I needed while we waited for a sales rep to become available. When the sales rep came to my car he was super nice and made the entire experience in these crazy times seem flawless. He brought me inside to look for a case and screen protector took the time to help transfer all her information to her new phone and was beyond helpful answering all of my questions. I have been to so many stores during covid and this has by far been the best experience. This store is well managed. They deserve way more than a good review.

I read previous reviews to get an idea of what carrier I wanted to go with. Ended up choosing AT&T based off the recent feedback from other customers. The majority of the reviews were spot on. As soon as I pulled into the parking lot the Store Manager came out and greeted me. He got me with a sales rep named Derek who was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He allowed me to go inside and pick out my phone and ended up getting me an awesome deal on accessories. Plus showed me the new tv service which seems pretty awesome. Once i get moved into my new place I will probably come back and get it. Before I left another manager named KG stopped me and asked me how everything was going. It was nice to have another manager check in. As I was going back to my vehicle the store manager also stopped me and made sure I got everything I needed before I left. You can tell these guys enjoy their jobs just like previous reviews stated. Hope this helps the next person looking for service not just for their phones but when they visit this store. Gracias!

In San Angelo if you have a big logo attitude it will not get you anywhere. This store has a home grown feel to it. They take care of you like they own it. I genuinely love walking into this place because they make you feel at home and do everything they can to help you.

These guys rock!!! Verizon and T Mobil could not help me and their prices for mobile hotspot outrageous. AT&T is the place to go. Going to switch cell service to them soon!!!

I’ve had Verizon for a long time and finally switched to AT&T. I walked into this store and it was like a completely different experience from the jump. The store is organized and clean which you don’t see a lot in retail stores. They had music going which made it feel different than walking into a dead quite Verizon store. They also had basketball going on the Tv for us to watch while we waited for help. The mangers were walking around making sure everyone was being taken care of as well as offering water to everyone in the store. You don’t see that at Verizon or anywhere really. The rep who helped me was very knowledgeable and tried to get me the very best deals he could. Didn’t make it feel like he was selling me anything... which he was but it was just different. So happy I switched! This store is AAAA++++!

Moving Quickly and Great Service!

I came in very upset with an issue on my account and the rep didn’t even flinch. Assured me he’s was going to take care of me. Did everything he could then got the manager involved who check on me to let me know they would fix the issue. I felt bad for being so upset. They were awesome.

6 hours to activate 4 lines! Brand new customers. Associate did not listen to a single request we had, and now we are paying for it. Was told the phones we got were free because of a promotion. NOPE! It is on the bill. Very disappointed in how we were and have been treated.

Always great customer service! Sometimes they are super busy so the wait is long, but they communicate this with you upon arrival. Prefer this store over the other one here in San Angelo.
