Brett was absolutely wonderful. Great experience, made the wait worth it with stupendous customer service.
The service was good and the store manager was a real nice guy. However the store is busy and needs someone to be able to take payments instead of having to wait for ppl to buy a phone. Ither than that its a phone store
My family went to upgrade our phones and add another line to our account. We went to the store and although we werent greeted immediately (they were hella busy) they tried their best to get to us as soon as possible!We were helped by this kind lady named Paige! She really had our best interest at heart and helped us accomplish what we had come there for. Some of best customer service Ive received from any place in general! Thanks again!

I am not very happy with Sprint at the moment. My complaint is not with the employees so much as with the policy as it was presented to me. I found an iPhone X by the road near my house. It was pass code protected, so I could not determine the owner or how to contact them. It did show “Sprint” on the screen. So, I took it to the Sprint store on Sherwood Way in San Angelo for their help. They were able to determine the owner from the SIM card but would not give me any information, not even whether the owner was local. Why should they know and me not know. It wasn’t their phone. They claimed to be bound by “Policy”. They did agree to call me when the owner was contacted, which they have not. As for as I know, they stuck it in their pocket. Or, collected a reward. I should not have left it with them. Next time I will take the phone with me and let them refer the owner to my number. Policy? Bad Policy! All I wanted to do was make sure that it was returned to the rightful owner. Like too often, ridiculous actions hide behind “Policy”. I think I am through with Sprint.
Well I was told it would be a hour wait and almost two hours and a few line jumpers later I am still here and waiting.
Fantastic customer service! Knowledgeable people with zero pressure to make instant decisions. Worthwhile company to work with, they look out for the customer.

Not enough employees with any knowledge about the products they are supposed to be selling and giving support for. Some knowledgeable staff, but not enough to meet the demands of being the only corporate Sprint store in town. Not bad enough to make me change phone companies though.
The lady who helped me this morning was very nice and helpful. I was able to get my situation with the sim card on my Galaxy S9+ fixed. Im very pleased that the manager was able to help too. Another reason why I am a loyal sprint customer for 10+ years. Im grateful to have a sprint store in San Angelo even though I am from Midland. Theres always help even though the sprint store next to the mall was unable to help me. Overall 10/10 on customer service; 6/10 on accessories, 10/10 on wait time.
Im at the point that I hate Sprint. I have had service with them for over 10 years and my bill is $300+ each month. Ive tried several times to enter into a new more reasonable contract. They dont offer that type of contract to repeat customers. Only new customers. It seems like every time I get my bill they are adding new charges. $10 here, $10 there. Never credits. My goal is to be 100% rid of Sprint before my next payment comes due.

Use Sprint online due to having several bad experiences with this store! They had a no care attitude and lied to me on several occasions. Ordered 3 new phones online and was told I could turn in old phones at the store. Yesterday went in store and very helpful associates helped me. I could not turn off Find My IPhone and when I did bring phones back and they would be glad take cre of it. Very next day went back in and different associates stated We cant help you! Yesterday they could and today they cant or wont! I really hate this store!!!
I have been very happy with the customer service in this store for a long time. I was just in there last night, and again today, for two different issues, was helped by two different employees (Jonathon and Tevin), and both were extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

Every time I have stepped foot in this store Ive had and awful customer service experience. The staff are just completely unwilling to try and help you unless you are buying new phones and service. Even then they just push and push upsales. Dealing with the staff at this store was so frustrating that I switched to a different carrier altogether so that I no long have to deal with them.

Want to talk about horrible service went in today and needed help on creating an account to start my own account since I was on someone else’s. Basically they asked me what I needed with people still in front of them that they were working with. So I didn’t have their full attention and then the girl told me that everything is done online and dismissed me. So unhelpful and annoyed went to the sprint store down the way on Sherwood Way fixed me right up walked out with a brand new IPhone XR! Ask for Tristen took me two hours but he still helped me even when this store gave me maybe 2 mintues. Was told by the awesome Sprint store that they aren’t owned by Sprint. So if you want to get ripped off and/or dismissed when you need help... totally go here.
Employees couldnt care less about you or your service. Dont waste your time going in this store if you actually want friendly, helpful customer service.
They rip you off and stole my phone from me and tried pushing ipads on me. i wouldnt recommend anyone going to this store. very unprofessional for being a corporate store. Went to Sunset drive and had a way better experience,

The carpet is a bit faded, but the staff was pretty friendly. I wasnt even there to buy anything and they assisted just fine!

Was given a card and told to daily *2. They didnt even try to help me. Only told me to call customer service. So they wouldnt have to bother.

I did not appreciate being told that the phone that I had paid off was unlocked when it wasn’t . It took about two weeks to get it straightened out with help from another carrier as they kept giving me the runaround while I tried to get service with a different carrier but the point is they swore up-and-down that these phones are not locked.On top of that they still charged me for the devices that I had paid off so now I have to go back and try and get my money back which I know will be another two or three Weeks Of run around with this company
