Pressured into buying a phone that I did not want. Returned it. Asked about the phone that I did want, they said they didnt have it yet. Went to another metro store, they had the phone i wanted. The phone was free if I was switching services, but since I wanted to set up a new line, they wanted to sell it to me for full price. Dont bother with this company. Would have been a 1 star review, but the girl working behind the counter at the first store was cute af with an awesome tattoo

Id vote 1 star but its a great phone service. But the reason why I wont rate a five star is is that I just came from this store after not being able to pay my bill on the my metro app... So I was practically forced to pay 3 extra dollars just for my bill.When I first walked into the store I asked Lukas (the employee there for the day) to see a manager and was told that he was at another store fixing a problem but when I start to leave the store the manager shows up with chick fil a.

This specific location is a nice place - 3 stars; however, the MetroPCS service in San Angelo is the worst I have had. Cellular One, to Alltell, to Verizon to Cricket over the years...and MetroPCS is the worst. Anytime you want changes you have to go to the store. The only thing you can do with your online account is pay the bill. I am pretty sure that they also sell the phone numbers to robo-callers. I had the same number with Cricket for 3 years with no issues and shortly after getting with metro I have had non-stop robo calls from all over the US. Just waiting for my sons iPhone to unlock and we will be switching back to Cricket with different numbers.
