I was hesitant at first to upgrade since I still had the IPhone 8 but she ensured me she would be able to transfer all my information over to a new device that I was interested in. When the main store in town had zero stock and over an hour wait, this location had tons of stock and a 10 minute wait time.

The actual sale was was a fine experience. I purchased the screen protector and cover at the verizon store(though Im sure I could have found cheaper elsewhere) and within 2 days had issues with the protector. I had them install as to prevent any issues and again the glass cover which was to protect my 1000$ phone slid right off. We called and arranged to have looked and and were told that we had needed to register the cover After a bit of discussion about the situation a manager was brought in to resolve the situation and replaced with a different style of protector. I made every attempt to make sale as easy as possible as I have had a son work at that exact store and understand the commission based sales. I feel we should have had a new EXACT cover placed on the phone with no questions asked as they installed and came off less than 72hours after install.

We came into store an hour before closing and Jeremy greeted me and showed me the phones and answered all my questions while waiting for my son to arrive. He then talked to us about the differences of the phones we were interested in and explained our options based on our needs which allowed us to make a good decision. I appreciate his courtesy and honesty. Was happy we came to this location as opposed to the other location we have been to and had less professional service.

I asked about upgrades on phones and also to make sure that the Verizon policy stands with Military relocation. The 2 representatives were nice and helpful at first. I kept on asking why the S7 is 299.99 rather than the 199.99 price online. The assistant manager said it was because I would get the phone today and not wait till its ships which is what I would get online. I left the place and then an hour later I checked my account. To make the long story short, the manager then tells me that they are an indirect company and that Verizon doesnt know the prices in store and that if I return the phone that I would be charged $75. This was after 1 hour later! Not only was I deceived but the manager which was already there while I was being helped didnt intercede when I was asking as to why it was $100 more. And now, I find out that they also charged me $15 to get my husbands phone deactivated when it was already that to begin with! I understand people need to make a sale but yall dont need to deceive people and the manager is RUDE! Being the manager, he should have trained his employees well to know about the policies. His assistant manager shouldnt have given false information. Verizon phones can be paid online and get picked up in store for free.

Called the store to ask about a plan,for my son and the man said he cant quote over the phone that we would have to come in, with covid 19 I would like to distance as much as possible they were of know help. would not recommend .sounded more like a car salesman . They missed out on a sale .

I normally avoid mall stores for this type of purchase, but I would highly recommend this location and especially Shyanne.

I was there to see about getting a phone that is insured repaired.The sales girl tried to sell me an upgrade.This will be 5 times in less then two years that the phone has failed.I was told that this store does not help with a phone that is insured, call the insurance company .Every other store has assisted when this has been an issue on the road.(Only took them a year to respond 😂🤣😅🤣😂😎🤔 N0!
