I have never had such a wonderful experience with an optometrist. Dr Malone’s office staff was fast, courteous, and attentive. The office is immaculate and I was seen within five minutes. The exam was thorough and my preference was taken into account. I got a contact and glasses prescription, a trial pair of contacts and TWO COMPLETE PAIRS of glasses for 175.00. The glasses were finished on not one hour- which would have been amazing- BUT 35 MINUTES. I will NEVER use anyone else! Eyemart is next door and the pair of them are a well oiled machine. Look all you want- but you will not find ANYTHING or ANYONE in this city who can touch these guys!!! Thank you, THANK YOU AND THANK YOU!!!!💕

They had excellent customer service from the time I walked in. Brianna was very helpful in helping me pick out my new frames. She explained the special they were running and how it worked. I ended up not choosing the special because it just did not work for what I needed. But she was was great from beginning to end!The store its self was very clean and well kept. They had a full house when I got there but they all worked together as a team and got everyone taken care of and all of the customers seemed pleased when they left. I would definitely recommend them to everyone and I will be a returning customer!

Love this place! Super easy and fast experience. I go in with my prescription or my daughters and tell them what I’m looking for. They have always shown me what’s in the price range I’m looking for and had our glasses ready promptly! Usually before an hour. We really like the children’s selections they have many to choose from.

The staff was very patient and friendly, I can’t remember the name of the woman who helped me but she was extremely informative and helpful when it came to dealing with my sons insurance company! Also very affordable prices, would definitely recommend!

Personally I hate glasses but at this point it was absolutely necessary that I get them In order to see. I had my eye exam done at another eye care place and they tried to charge me over $300.00 dollars for a single pair of glasses which I couldnt afford at the time and was just simply allowed to leave with same bad eyesight I walked in with. So I went to Eyemart Express in San Angelo Tx . The staff was friendly and very attentive. As much as I hate the idea of wearing glasses they were able to help me find a pair that actually looked and felt great and the price was more than affordable.When I paid $69.00 for 2 pairs of glasses 1 even being a pair of subscription sunglasses! I was beside myself I couldnt believe how affordable they were. Not to mention both pairs were ready in only n 45 minutes!! Thanks EyeMart you have earned yourself a customer for life!

My experience with Eye Mart was a pleasant one I had a lot of questions and I always got a answer and an explanation. I made calls to my insurance and doctor and the person helping would try to help others but always came back to help me. I have used Eye Mart on 3 different occasions and never had a problem thanks to the good people that work there.

This place is the best ever! They treat everyone with respect and like a VIP! I cant afford fancy glasses but every visit Im treated like my business matters. Go here for fast and friendly service!

I have been using eyemart for several years, and I have always been pleased with their customer service. I got two new pair yesterday and one pair was ready in 12 minutes! The other pair had to be sent off because of the types of lenses that I chose, but same day service in 12 minutes for a pair of glasses is fantastic! The staff was also very friendly and helpful.

Very poor customer service. Manager Sylvia ask me why I was on Insurance that helped pay for my glasses that she has to pay for her glasses and that I should have to. Very Rude She said that glasses might not be ready until the next morning and they would call me when ready. Never heard back from them. So I called late morning and they said there ready. When I went to pickup they were loose and blurry out of one eye. She didnt bother to check them out.So I took them to Abilene eyemart Express.Manager kenny looked me up in computer at san angelo store found they had my phone and prescription down wrong. Sylvia was the one that took my paper work.AnywayManager kenny had my eyeglasses ready in 30 min.Called me and said they were ready.Made sure my glasses were fitting properly and vision was correct.I will never do business in san angelo store after what Sylvia did me about my glasses.

My husband chose two pairs of glasses and I chose one pair. I almost didn’t get mine because I was worried about price. Robert figured out my husband’s price and then I decided to go ahead with my pair. After Robert figured our price he came back to tell me I could choose another pair using a $19.95 frame and choose reading or distance. So I got a free pair of sunglasses and he ended up giving us an even better price!We are both pleased with our glasses.As far as Covid-19 concerns, the staff is really taking care of everything. I was worried about the glasses being contaminated but they are cleaning everything once it’s touched.We are very happy with the service and it only took 75 minutes to do 4 pairs of glasses!

My husband and I needed new eye glasses. We had gone to 2 other eye glasses businesses before going to Eyemart Express to look at the glasses and get a price. Eyemart Express has a large selection of men and women glasses and a good variety. The prices of the frames started at $39 & went up to $159 ...good price range. We selected our frames and sat down. We didnt have to wait very long. The staff lady told us the options and the prices. Because the total price of 1 pair of glasses was reasonable and I had selected 2 frames, I bought 2 pairs of glasses. My husband wanted progressive bifocal lenses. His glasses were priced reasonably too. It was our Choice to pick up the glasses the next morning. My husband husband has not been happy with his previous eyeglasses in over 5 years. He really likes his new eyeglasses and is able to see very good. I love the look of my new frames and can see clearly now.

They were so helpful! I was having a hard time deciding which pair and they gave me honest opinions as I went back and forth between several. That stayed open a little late while I made a final decision. Then when I didn’t like any of the optional free frames, they told me I could get lenses in my old frames. Great service! We are new to the glasses world! We come from a small town my daughters first pair of glasses that she only had for a week were broken so since we would be in Angelo we gave Eyemart a try in getting her extra pairs so she isn’t without if for some reason hers are broken! Billy is great, it was my sons first time to pick glasses. Billy was really helpfully as far as finding the right shape, size, and color. They made his glasses very quickly and they fit great.They gave me all the info. on coverage etc.... Friendly, and helpfull people.

Second time to buy glasses from here. They seemed a bit short staffed and Im sure everyone knows that sucks, for both the employees and the customers. Despite that though, they did a great job. Had both pairs of glasses in an hour and a half. With no insurance, I paid about $170 for both pairs and I am very happy with them.

After visiting the brand new Stanton Optical in San Angelo and being given a quote of roughly $450 (with my insurance, or so I was told) for 2 pair of glasses, I was furious and left. A few days later after buying my daughter 2 pair of glasses at walmart without insurance I went to Eyemart Express where they actually looked up my insurance and told me I had a frame allowance of $130, which is something Stanton never told me (because they never looked it up) After adding what she needed and getting the frames she picked out, I lefted there spending less than the $130 and with the glasses my daughter actually wanted. The staff were all very helpful and the manager spoke with us about our experience, and even apologized for what we had to go through at stanton. I just went back yesterday to get glasses for my 18 year old son, because they were so helpful the first time and didnt give me the run around. Im also referring my oldest to them for his new glasses.

I went here yesterday right after 4PM and even with them closing at 5PM I got my glasses the same day! I was about to pay over $100 for just the lenses at Walmart, went here and spent half that for 2 complete pairs of glasses!! That customer service was excellent and very fast. I had a really good experience at eye Mart the day that I picked out my glasses but the day I picked them up I tried them on and was surprised that they fit perfect up until the lady asked me if they fit in the case and when they didnt she fixed them to where they would fit and now my sunglasses do not fit my face like they did when I tried them on the first time.

Love this place went to see eye doctor got my eyes checked went to them they got me fixed up said it would be a while if I had things I needed to do go right ahead and they would call or text me to let me know when they where ready no sitting around waiting for my glasses when I can do What I needed to get done

Their customer service needs some work! When I entered the store, I was directed to the womens frames. When I asked an associate about glasses pricing, she rolled her eyes and seemed annoyed to answer my questions. Rather than staying and assisting me, she walked away and left me to figure it out myself. After finding the frames I wanted to buy, I had to wait in line at the counter where people were paying to get someone to help me to order lenses. I told them that I had vision insurance and was told to step aside and call the insurance company myself and get them a list of benefits. Every other store that I have ordered glasses from before has verified my insurance themselves. While I was on the phone, I told the associate that I had spoken to that I somewhere to be in 40 minutes and asked if we could start the paperwork for the lenses while I was on hold. He seemed annoyed but I did come help me. When I had trouble reaching my insurance company, he told me that I either needed to just pay for my glasses without insurance or leave and come back another day. After I agreed to just pay for the glasses, he told me that it would take a while to get the lenses made and offered to send me a text when they were ready. I left and received a text less than ten minutes later to tell me that they were ready. As a result, I had to turn around and drive back. I would not have bought my glasses from them had I not been in a pinch and needed to buy them that day.Update 4/22/16 - I went back to the store with my father today. The experience was completely different than my previous experience. We were immediately greeted by Janee when we entered the store with a smile. She took the time to show us the different types of mens glasses and explained the specials that they were currently offering. Once we began looking, we told her that we were going to browse. Every 5-7 minutes, she would return to check if we needed help. Once we chose lenses, she quickly worked through the necessary paperwork with us and thanked us. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. Our glasses were ready in less than an hour.

I went in today to get prescription sunglasses, had one lady greet me and there was a red head attending some customers and male employee behind the counter. I waited patiently for them to finish what they were doing so I could get some help. I was on my lunch wanted to talk to someone and wanted to order something and pick it up later. So the red heads customers left and she went behind the counter to finish her stuff. Still waiting and during this time no one approached me to see if I needed help or if I had been helped. The whole time they are talking about customers and not even acknowledging that I was there. Waited some more. Then instead of approaching me she went to look at the shelves and look like she was cleaning them. At this point I looked at them to see if they would say something to me and they didnt so I grabbed my keys and started to walk out. As I was walking out then she asks me if I had been helped I said no I hadnt told them they had bad service and walked out. I used to work there years ago. Never consistency in management. Worse service ever. Do not recommend anyone to go there and dont deserve any stars.
