Absolutely amazing experience! I got 3 pairs of glasses with almost all the upgrades you can get for 314$!! Super friendly and excellent customer service I would definitely recommend! The guy who was assisting me was Alex and he was a great guy and helped me with everything! :)
So pleased with my visit to Stanton Optical. I’m visiting from out of town and broke my glasses. I was in and out with a much needed eye exam and new glasses in an hour. The staff was extremely professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend their services.

They gave me the wrong prescription! I put my glasses on and i get a huge headache and my eyes feel crosseyed!
If there was a zero star option I would choose it. This is the worst optical I have ever used in my life!! Picked up my glasses and the lenses were not accurate. I took them back and their “professional” lens inspector told me the right lens was warped. He sent them back and I picked them up again. The lens is still not right and I was told that my progressive lenses were supposed to be distorted because that’s the way progressives worked. Then the manager came and proceeded to tell me that they were the correct lenses and that I should go to my eye doctor and have him check to see if he had given me the correct prescription. They treated me like I was ignorant about my own eyes!!!!!!!! I told them that I’ve worn glasses a long time and have never had this issue. I asked for my money back but they ignored my request!! Corporate offices will be contacted. The customer is obviously in the wrong!

I was greeted and acknowledged by several pple! I believe his name was Jacob at first, and then Susan came along! I felt so welcomed bcse so many were available to help and I was really getting into ther help I wad getting from Susan at first! She IS so fun to pick out frames w/! She was very honest and by the time we were done I was so satisfied w/ my choices! I cannot tell u how happy I was for all of her help and patience while helping me! Everyone was willing and and so darn nice to b around!!! I am super excited to get my phone call to go pick up my 2 new pairs of glasses! Shld b any day now!😍 Devin was my final destination of the getting my glasses finalized and ordered and he wrked me up an AMAZING deal on the two frames and the good ideas of protective lenses and other things that wld make my new ladies amazing and last! I got such an amazing steal of a deal it was such a great deal I wondered if I shld just run out the door bcse it was truly a steal! I want to thank the entire staff for all their willingness to b helpful and make my experience the utmost pleasure and awesome in value! Great fun while doing important business! I ordered and payed for my contacts in January, and went in once a month asking for my contacts that they claimed were “lost” and would call me once they got. It is now April and still have not received my contacts or a call. I finally went back in and asked for the contacts I payed for months ago and the woman at the front had a horrible attitude and continued to say she called me but once again I received no phone call. I definitely won’t be back.

My husband and I visited the San angelo location. The exam its self was fine. The sales man in the show room is another story. He was hitting on a customer and made her uncomfortable where she left. He made a comment when he asked for her number for the account thats not the number you gave me last night and the women looked blown away. He also made a comment that does my husband just sit around all day playing video games. He was rude an we will not be back. He also did not tell us the price of the lense that he said my husband needed because of the glasses he picked. He did not tell us the price would be $180 more then the initial price. Watch them and make sure you are charged correctly.
They said two weeks. Three weeks later still no glasses. Rude customer service. Do not recommend.
The customer service was great. The price of the contact exam was much cheaper than anywhere else. I will definitely come back here for all future exams.
Had exam an paid for 2 pairs of glasses an still waiting for the phone call or email I paid 350 it will be 3 weeks this Thursday still nothing other than that everyone was nice by the time I get them it will be close to get another eye exam but I hope I get my glasses soon

Go to a real eye doctor. Save your time and money.I recently purchased 2 pairs of glasses for $291 and after being told they would need to be sent to be prepared in Florida, I was called about an hour later and was told they were ready. When I tried them on I immediately told the tech that they were blurry and that I could not see right peripherally. They insisted that I needed to give it a couple of days to adjust. Another person then came to finish helping and charge me and they also insisted the same thing. It is now almost a week later and I cannot see correctly with either pair of glasses. Every time I put the glasses on my vision is blurred, my eyes start to hurt, and it feels like I just got off of a roller coaster-the dizziness that comes with it. I feel that if I were to keep wearing them they would do damage to my eyes. They were not manufactured properly and for nearly $300 I very dissatisfied with your product. I am aware of the refund policy but I do not want to exchange my glasses for another pair as I already have two defective ones. After doing some research I read multiple Better Business Bureau complaints regarding the same issues and I believe your company did not properly manufacture the glasses I paid for and I am requesting a refund. I have also emailed customer service to hopefully get this resolved.
Came for a walk-in appointment and was met with friendly, professional service. There is such a wide variety of frames to choose from. Was in and out in a timely manner. So impressed and loving my new glasses!

Sat in this place for about 25 min while he laughed and talked to someone else. Then he went to finally help the other older gentlemen that was in there! Me and my mom standing there waiting and nothing from him jot even a glance. Some other lady walks in he greets her and ask if she has an appointment. Mean while me and my mother are standing there looking at eachother wondering why we havent been helped or talked to. My mothers appointment was at 2:30 and we made it early just to make sure we didnt miss it.. Thanks for nothing Stanton Optical!!!

Ridiculous. Made appt that morning, thought wow. Arrived, had 6 people ahead of me. I was there for 2hrs only to be told I would have to wait 2wks to get my glasses. I went to Vision Values and got glasses that day for $39.95. Total disappointment. I return 2wks later and the glasses were incorrect. Another 2wks.
I bought 2 pairs of glasses for my 2 daughters. The frames are not holding up! Im constantly calling trying to get them replaced. All they tell us is we will call u back. I have called 3 times now. Been waiting since June 20th. Its.now July 9th! And againg today, They said they will call me back! Save yourself some greif and go elsewhere!
Very disappointing . Horrible customer service . The man kept trying to hang up on me and would not help me. I waited 12 minutes to get somebody to answer the phone and he said he had other appointments to book, repeated the customer service number and hung up on me.
New store, needs new management. Asking someone with a paying customer to use the fire exit. Because he wasnt wearing the cleanest clothes after being at work all day. As far as I know fire exits are FOR EMERGENCIES! Not because youre watched on who comes and goes. Ive been trying to talk to anyone higher than the manager that did this for days now. The company itself is unorganized. Someone in charge needs to handle this AND get in contact with me. I would rather pay $600 for 1 pair of glasses and be treated better than ever go back.
Took eye exam 21 days ago. Were given two different pick-up dates and still havent received them.
My initial appointment for eye exam and fitting went great. Because of my line of work they showed me a pair of indestructible frames. So I went with those and a second pair for readers. I paid 100 for just the single frames and tne lenses had autodarkening and some other stuff, which came out to 200 for the single pair. I was very happy when I left there. Fast forward 6 weeks and guess who has just destroyed the indestructible frames? So I take them back, after all I had the frames under a warranty and all I am out is 20%. Ok, 20.00 and we can use my lenses. Thats not how it works.My lenses that are under warranty was going to have to be replaced. They weren´t damaged. Needless to say it was going to cost me 85.00 before tax. I could not believe that they would not use my undamaged lenses. I ended up going to another store that not only matched the shape and size I needed they also put my old lenses into the new frames. They made sure they fit right and did not charge me an arm and a leg for them. Its to bad that what could have been a great returning business relationship was ruined because their warranty isnt really a warranty and I would have been better off and had less stress by going elsewhere to begin with.
My wife bought glasses less than two months ago. The frames we bought were suppose to be indestructible was their exact advertisement word. With a warrantee. We would of had to pay 20 percent of frame cost, which should if been 20 bucks, if they were broken. Which to me isn’t a warrantee cause that most likely covers their costs. Anyways, they said that lenses had to be replaced too. Which was going to cost over a hundred bucks. Thats no warrantee. Went to walmart and they replaced frame fir 60 bucks and lenses were still good. Stanton optical are crooks beware. Btw, you only got one star because I had to give it to write a review
Went in for my appointment they were nice but after I got my trial pair of contacts my left contact was way to blurry so I’ve called and left msgs no response so basically jus a waste of time and money....they r really expensive also....would not recommend now I have to spend more money to get right prescription for eyes!
Called so they could see my mom then went there and they said they only take patients 8 thru 80 my mom is 96 discrimination
