I was in a very hard spot yesterday. I was on getting ready to leave for work and had appointments scheduled all afternoon and a dental appointment at 11:30am. When I tried to open my garage it went up only partway. I closed it and did it again. Same result . It Emma’s off its track so I tried again and the bolts and a couple rollers flew on the ground and then the garage door started falling and stopped just before it hit my car. It was being held up by good fortune. I called 3 garage repair companies and none were very responsive and then a friend recommended Ruben and R&L. I called and got Nellie who was professional and very empathetic.She asked that I take a pic and send to her. After sending pics she immediately called and told me he would be there within the hour. Ruben was amazing. I was afraid the door would fall on him and he allayed my fears. I have been doing this for years. He gave me a quote and it was reasonable and then he explained what happened. He then told me my rollers were fine and I could use them and not incur more cost other than his normal fee or I could get more durable rollers with longer stems for additional cost. I liked that he was so honest and reiterated that my rollers were fine but the longer stems would make it less likely that my door would do that again. I decided to spend the extra money. This company has great expertise efficiency and integrity. I highly recommend Ruben and R&L.

Our garage door broke and we called them 5 minutes till 5 o clock hoping to reach someone. The technician agreed to come out on a Friday and help us even though they were fixing to close. Rubens price and service cannot be beat. I called several other companies and Ruben was able to do the job for less. He didnt try to sell me anything I didnt need and has an eye for detail. He noticed some of the bolts on the track were loose and tightened them for me. This was something that a less skilled person would have missed. Ruben was able to come out the same day and had my door fixed fast.
