Best place to find your truck or car parts to be honest and cheaper

I have a friend that works at this place and he said they get overworked and they aren’t very professional with the stuff they send out. I tried working there for a whole week but I didn’t feel comfortable the supervisors and managers all constantly tried talking to me and outside of work they tried following me on social media and messaging me just completely unprofessional

I had called in the morning to order parts but when i got there this afternoon they werent ready and I had to wait over an hour. I wasnt too happy about it but the staff were nice anyway.

I called and was immediately helped ! Got my quote on all my parts and was happy with their pricing. Walked in and waited a little bit but well worth the wait. Parts authority Rocks.

I rate no star If I could, I called to see about my hiring opportunity to work at this warehouse and as soon as I called the person over the phone was very rude, like they had a attitude, I was Interested In working for them when I called... but he was giving off a smart very smart attitude completely turned me off....for working for them. Im not going to work for people that are rude and inconsiderate with who they speak with over the phone.

Got there at 515. Its a very busy place. I figured it would be quite a while before they got to me. But only 2 minutes and i was being seen. To complicate things, i had an order from a different warehouse to return.....but it was all done in under 10 minutes. Very professional, with great attitudes by all. Oh, and VERY GOOD prices!

One star is giving too much credit. I was given the wrong parts after waiting over an hour! I went back to get the correct parts and got the worst customer service of my life. Not only did they waste my time, but the disrespect will keep me from ever doing business with this company again.

Love this that I know I can count on them for part for any of my car.

Told them the correct size of our tires multiple times for snow chains and was even repeated back to us. Was handed chains that were made for an entirely different sized truck (we have a car) and wrote down our tire size wrong when we called to check after we got a flat on the mountain. They gave us chains for the guy after us and both of our invoices reflected his wheel size.

Great prices. They had the parts I needed. I would suggest they improve their customer service tho. It kinda seems like they dont like to interact with customers. Anyways they did a great job finding the parts me and my friend were looking for. Will keep coming back.

The customer service is terrible! They act like they dont even care, and maybe they dont? Then when you do get helped they acr like your asking the world of them. Would not wanna go to this place.

I waited over 40 mins for apart they were still trying to find after given no more than 20 mins wait time. Idk if management changed but now Id travel to another city than to deal with that ever again. And the price wasnt even the best. Look elsewhere San Bernardino staff seems to be incompetent and not to mention rude as I seen people leave before me.

They really helped me. It is an outstanding place to get the job done.

This was my first visit to Parts Authority & my machanic was right, they did have the part I was looking for & at a reasonable price. He also said I‘d be better off going to Parts Authority rather then to Auto Zone. I’m happy I listened & now I have a new parts store.

You can buy your Auto parts here for mucjless than auto parts stores. So good parts good prices. They could use some training in customer service. They dont smile, say thank you or youre welcome. but I keep going back because they always have what I need in stock and the prices are reasonable. To the Cashier up in front smile once in awhile itll brighten up your day and the people around you.

The VIP club card is in active now and now raises the prices on the items you wish to purchase??? Slow part picking around 2 to 3 hrs normally so pick your posion if they get you the wrong part.

The cashier Izy needs some customer service classes, every time I come here for parts she has a rude attitude and does not greet you! Very rude and unprofessional! If customer service aint her thing she should not work as a cashier! Other than that the countermen are great!!! This place always has what I need and go above and beyond.

I hate going there. Theres always one person looking up parts. And you always wait 30 minutes to an hour sometimes. It sucks. They need more people at the counter. And it wouldnt be so bad.

Star Auto has a wide range of parts any make and model in stock. I like the smiles on their face, most important the price, basically half off of all the rest, and also have parts other stores do not. I suggest putting up a website that compares better to auto zone. I drive past 5 auto zones and 1 oreily and a napa just to get parts from this place. Also none will price match Star Auto Parts, just yet. So to save you time and money call around and if not all most parts are a lot cheaper not dollars but about 10-80 cheaper. I bout wheel hubs for 50$ other places wanted 95$ plus.

The wait was long and when my part was brought up to the counter the cashier was on the phone with her boyfriend. I waited another 5 minutes before I said something to her. Worse customer service ever.
