I really liked their services but they all are closed
Went on Saturday it looked like a ghost town. Most shelves were empty dirty stained floors. No one to help. Finally found a salesman he told me I had to wait to fo6since there were 3 people ahead of me. I waited for close to 30 minutes. We were getting ready to leave when he came of to help. I asked if the garage door opener was on sale he said yes that at 10pm that night the sale would be over. I knew he was lying since I had already purchased the same item before.I wont do anymore shopping there.
Usually pretty good service here, but today was just horrible. First, they rescheduled my appointment for 12 pm instead of 11 am without telling me. Second, two hours go by without so much as a call about whats going on (just a brake check and one tire install, was quoted 45 mins) and I had to go there just to see what was going on. Then, an hour after I was told it would be done in a few minutes, I inquired as to the wait and was greeted by a cold and rude Technician who passively told me to just wait. Probably the last time I come here.
I went there to get tires and and alignment, and they did very well. Ive worked in multiple shops and Ive seen shops half ass work. I stood right at the door to the shop and watched them mount the tires and do the alignment. They did the procedure step by step with out short cutting anything. I was very impressed with how they didnt skip one step. They had good customer service and I would have no problem going there again. And Im very picky with who works on my cars.
I just want to give Jacob a shout out for helping me getting that battery that I need for my 2015 kia optima thanks buddy I appreciate that help you gave me saved me alot
Horrible service sat their for three hours for an alignment ended up not getting anything done they tired to tell me i needed brand new tires all of their employees were rude if i had been a man i would have been treated a whole lot better .i went with my husband before and got treated totally different i have a warranty on my tires and a lifetime alignment they did not honer anything just a bunch of crooks who pray on people for their money i will never return their again
Brought in mine and my boyfriends car at 11 for an oil change.. 2 hours later and his car still isnt done. At Valvoline, Im in and out in 20-30 mins TOPS.. This is super annoying especially when you have plans youre trying to get to. People are nice, but I wouldnt come here again!
Horrible CUSTOMER SERVICE.. I tried to buy a battery and he told me they had it in stock and it would be ready for me to pick up..i left my core and they tagged it with my name until I could come back later to pay for it after work.Long story Short.. the guy says they dont have that battery and couldnt understand the invoice they generated EARLIER..After standing there watching him struggle and complain that it would take a long time... to fix..... he proceeded to put me on hold and ask 2 other customers what they needed.this took almost 30 minutes with no battery.. and no upgrade. I told him forget it and give me my core back.. and he COULDNT find it. So I left with no core and no new battery and PISSED OFF. WITH NO APOLOGY HE TOLD ME TO COME BACK TOMORROW. THEY SUCK.
Good fast service for a walk in/no appointment customer. The guys were friendly and helpful.

I will never ever take my car here again! I paid 1400 back in april to get my spark plugs and igition coils. Fast forward to today and I took it to my main mechanic because my camshaft sensors went out. And sears messed up a sensor for my plug! Pins fell out and fell off the wire. I am pissed!Not to mention...Ive gone here at least an hr before closing to get a flat repair and i was turned away. AVOID THIS PLACE. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. THEY SUCK
Terrible service. Would not recommend this place to anyone for any type of maintenence for your vehicle. A WASTE OF TIME.
Go here every year for boots. And the craftsman tools. But its convieniantly cloae my home. So i might be biased. Lol
Use to be good but now its terrible. I quit because the clerks were bad, didnt know anything, waiting too long. I found a better and quicker tire store.

OK so first off I CALLED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT, I WAS ONHOLD FOR TEN MINUTES, I MADE THE Appointment FOR SATURDAY THE 25 OF FEB, I WENT IN WAITED FOR OVER TEN MINUTES, THEY PROCEED TO TELL ME I DONT HAVE AN APPOINTMENT, THEN THEY SAY ITS A 2-3 HOUR WAIT, THIS PLACE HAS AWFUL SERVICE, DONT BOTHER TI WASTE TIME OR GAS GOING HERE, I WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND SEARS AUTO CARE SAN BERNARDINO TO ANYONE!!!!!!!! THEY ARENT WORTHY OF MY BUSINESS OR ANYONE ESLSE, THEY ARE HORRIBLE!!!!!!! NO GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE IS WHAT THEY ARE ALL ABOUT!!!!! ! DONT GO THERE
The worst phone service ever. They had me on hold for 20+ mins ( just hang up the phone )The APPOINTMENT service, the worst. Had a8:00 am appointment, get out at NOON, just for rotation of my tires.Are you kidding me!I could do it at home but need the warranty of the manufacturer and the history of rotation at this place in order to secure my investment, $1000+ for tires is not a joke.Unfortunately the secondary location is about 60-70miles away.
Probably the worst experience Ive had in an auto center. Sears has fallen far from its previous quality.
If I could give this shop a negative feed back, I would. Story, we bought 4 NEW tires (Goodyear eagle RS-A) on Monday and by Wednesday morning 2 of my tires were flat, took it back to them and they told me my Tpms sensors where broken(which they broke) Paid for them to replace it and it turned out that the tires had a small tear on the sidewall when they went to put the rites back on. So I waited a day for them to locate the tires and finally got new ones in, 3 days go by and on of the tires had the same problem, so I know they didnt replace both like they said they did. A week goes by and all I get is the run around. So there is my experience with this shop. THEY ARE COMPLETE GARBAGE! I have contacted corporate to ensure that this doesnt happen to anyone since its an awful experience and a waste of work time and money.
Terrible experience with terrible customer service. Was told the oil change would take an hour. With an appointment it took 2 hours for just an oil change. That is way too long for a process that should only take 30 minutes. When i asked for my car after 2 hours of waiting I was told it wasnt ready and the answer to all my other questions were literally just I dont know. They then charged more money on top of the groupon that was already purchased. They claimed it was a service fee....Very misleading. I paid what they asked and was given my final invoice as if i had received mt car back and still had to wait an aditional 15 minutes. I would not recommend this place if you value your time.
This owner guy is fake... Just replying so everyone thinks Sears is trying to make up for their mistakes...
These Clowns are Thiefs, no worries see Sears is going out of Business ...Went in to get my Battery which I bought there and not only did they not Replace it ...(under warranty) But the Manager came back with a Piece of my car, talking about its broke...Mind you I maintain and drive my car everyday....What a Frckn Joke...Ill never go there again...
Good oil change prices. A bit slow.
Worst customer service. I called at 9am to ask if they were busy, and if they could take my car for an oil change, the woman said they werent busy, and it was a good time to come in. We showed up at 930, and the woman told us it wouldnt be a long wait. At 11am they still hadnt taken our car in. So we left.
Person hung up the phone on me twice. Not exactly sure why.
This shop has the worst workers imaginable my experience with them was horrific they sucked 1,500 out of my wallet and didnt even fix the problem ! My truck had a faulty fuel injection system and they did fix it but I had rough starts and what not and I took it the next day telling me that thats the reaction to a new fuel injection system WRONG the fuel filter was clogged up and its costs 20$ rlly !?!? Their so called experts couldnt find the easy fix ! I couldnt believe it I would never recommend this place to anyone not even the ones I dislike ! Please take this advice not to go here, and also they just find the dumbest most stupidest excuses not to fix the thing ! Please take this recommendation in consideration.
Manager charged my debit card 743.00 fraudulently.Taken right out of my bank account.Filing grand theft charges.Going back witk sheriff in morning.

Scheduled an appointment on-line for 3pm and it was confirmed by the on-line scheduling system. While on the way for the appointment I got a call soon after that I can come in but to expect a very long wait. Do not schedule on-line! It does not reflect real availability.
