Ryan did a great job and was super quick, professional, and courteous! My bumper had more pockmarks than a teenagers face on prom night. Ryan made it look a thousand percent better. Truly grateful!

Dare I say to look no further and call Smart Scratch now!I sent a photo and the other shops said they could not do it or that I needed to go to a body shop. Smart Scratch gave me a ballpark estimate and said they could get it to 85% right based on the photo. The price was a huge savings over going to a body shop not to mention needing to rent a car for a week. For the savings I justified that 85% would be good for me. I made the appointment and within a week and they were out for the fix in my garage. 3 hours and it was completely repaired. No rental car needed as they come to you. I would say too that they got it very close to 100%. Check the before and after pics of the front and rear sides. If you have something small go with this mobile repair company.

Ryan is a dishonest, liar, salesman. He actually contract jobs out because he cant do them. I dropped off my car at Ryans home. After 2 month of delaying, I eventually got car back from other body shop in El Cajon, which Ryan dropped off without my acknowledgement. New paint doesnt match with other parts, big gap in the trunk and front bumper was not even painted. There are a lot trustworthy body shops. Dont use Ryan for anything. I would give 0 star if yelp allows me to.

My bumper has dent and need little paint and fix but when he paint the car he mess up my bumper and the paint does not match the original color

Ryan never showed to repair my car and I paid in advance. He never returned my $845. He doesn’t respond to calls, email or txts. Stay clear or lose your $$.

Ryan does excellent work. I have used Car Scratch Solutions several times and am extremely pleased with the value and quality of service. Ryan is a no-nonsense guy who shows up on time and gets right to work. He really knows his work and performs very efficiently. I would never hesitate to recommend or use Car Scratch Solutions again.

Would give zero if I could. I had one little ding on brand new car and Ryan scratched up the whole bumper with sand paper then spray painted it leaving streakes and sanded paint and bubbles over the whole bumper when I needed a little ding fixed. He then went silent after asking for a partial refund as we had to pay to get the whole bumper repainted correctly. Do not use him or trust him. Even if he does bad work, at least be a good person and give a partial refund to help get it fixed. A partial refund is more than a fair compromise for what he did to my brand new car.

Fly by night “mobile painter”. Ryan or whatever he calls himself will ruin your paint job and want to charge you to come back to fix it. I’m having to go a reputable place to re do it. This business is a scam and will mess up your paint. Avoid this “mobile painter”. Paint will feel rough and they claim it’s not included in their price. Rip off. He will open another Yelp listing and call himself something else in a month.

Amazing experience, Ryan is a true professional and worked quickly to fix the damage done to both of my passenger side doors when a careless driver who was texting bumped into me. I really liked that his staff took all of the necessary steps to keep social distancing and keep me safe. Will recommend this service to my friends.

Used the wrong paint color, and left a bug in the wet paint. Then left black paint streaks on red paint. Wouldnt come out to fix, then promised to give partial refund, but lied about sending money. Shady all the way around. If it seems too cheap, you generally are getting what you pay for.
