WOW! What amazing, top notch service. My 2010 Honda Accord had been having trouble turning over while starting, and then would break down on the highway, where I had to get towed multiple times. Wentworth automotive took the time to correctly diagnose the issue(s), and made sure my car was running like new. They saved me thousands of dollars and almost buying a new car. Car just needed a basic alignment, Wentworth scheduled me in a reasonable timeframe.The mechanics I spoke with were both friendly and straightforward about everything. They identified some other issues while the vehicle was in, but no hard sells or anything like that; was just presented to me as information to make my own decision.The surprise in my cup holder when I picked the car up was fun too. Highly recommend and will definitely visit again.

The service here is always excellent. Ive been bringing my Mercedes, Honda and Nissan for 2 years now after seeing how dedicated the Wentworth team are to keeping happy customers. I never feel like Im being upsold but Im always made aware of things that will need my attention in the future. That helps me properly plan for it. The reports he gives on the status of the vehicle are like nothing Ive seen any mechanic do; not even dealerships.Ive had oil changes, tire replacements, brakes, a fuel pump and other services completed here. Hes even a Star Smog station. Its great that he can do drop offs and pick ups, too. I would recommend this shop to anyone!

I can highly recommend Wentworth Automotive to ANYONE. Justin and Ben will go well beyond the call of duty with their service. When my radiator failed and engine overheated Justin came personally to my rescue, checked everything very expediently and gave a fair estimate, ordered the part and I had my vehicle back the following day by noon. Every time I take my car there they provide a 67 point check report on my vehicle with recommendations but no pressure to act right now unless it is a critical finding that might leave me on the road pretty much instantaneously. I have referred them to my family, friends, and even clients of my business and always get great feedback.

Very professional over all good service. I was very stressed bring my Diesel in to get work done. I drive a 2006 ram 2500 5.9L. I would highly recommend them to work on any vehicle including diesels. Not trying to sound strange but some places don’t give me the time of day or over charge me because I’m a women. The staff was super friendly and easy to work with even gave me a ride to work. Since I’m from out of town. I had my ac and heater looked at when that was fixed. I asked them to look at or fix a few other things they got right to it luckily they where able to find another problem with the truck, I had been fighting since owning it in February 2020.

I had the BEST AUTO EXPERIENCE here. I was trying to sell my car and wanted to know everything it needed to get a good quote. They sent me a text with a full color printout of everything that needed attention or was working well to see what I wanted to fix or repair. I was able to get honest information and lots of documentation about what kind of condition my car was in. This is a true honest mechanic shop. This place is also very clean and has freshly baked cookies and free refreshments in the waiting area. 5 stars!!

Wow! Needed a alignment for my Tesla and they took me the same day. So accommodating and nice. Shocking how many places still wont service a Tesla, but this place does. Plus they didnt over charge me and I even got a little snack and thank you note from them, when Im the one that should have been thanking them.

WOW WOW WOW! This is by far the best auto experience I have ever had. From beginning to end I felt taken care of and that my car was in good hands. They were able to get me in in less than 24 hour notice before I ventured off on a road trip. After dropping my car off, a few hours later I received a text message that had a pdf which detailed EVERYTHING going on with my car. Brake fluids, AC stuff, transmission, ALL OF IT. And the document goes into accessible detail (I know nothing about cars) about what is so, where it is, where it should be, etc. This is my first time actually having the experience that I understood and was clear what was going on with my car. Justin then called me and went over the whole document with me.I would recommend Wentworth automotive to anyone. I loved getting back into my car knowing it had been taken great care of. And I also got back in to find a little treat and thank you card. From beginning to end this was a fabulous experience. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

We googled and found Wentworth when we moved to the area a year ago and were moved by the great reviews here, so we gave them a shot. It turned out to be an excellent decision because they care and do quality work. Took my Tundra in for an oil change and a once over. The service was great, the staff was friendly, i was given a full diagnostic on my truck and what did and did not need to be done. He serviced my truck right away with a thorough inspection and determined I needed an alternator and battery replacement. They resolved my electrical problems and itemized other repairs to consider. From the opening greeting on the phone to picking up the keys to my truck, I was treated with courtesy and respect. I also received a video explanation of the repair, which I found very informative to better understand the inner workings of my truck. The mechanics at Wentworth do professional automotive repair work and I found Justin to be friendly and honest. I will be going back for future repairs to my truck.

Wentworth Automotive goes above and beyond! They always keep you incredibly up to date on whats going on with your car while its in the shop, but they are also reliable to reach out in the in between times and remind you what still needs work, and when you ought to come in. They also handle all things COVID beautifully, and really helped me out when I couldnt bring my car in directly, and didnt feel comfortable using Lyft. They came and got my car, and brought it back sanitized. Always a fabulous experience with Wentworth Automotive!

I have been coming to Wentworth Auto for a few years now and they have been Excellent. I do not ever feel cheated or under pressure when I come here, to where I basically trust what they say to me about my car. My car is running Excellent and I feel safe every time I get in my car with my children. They also is great at providing transportation if you ever need to leave your car for a minute. Customer Service is Awesome and they also leave a Thank you card with some candy, which is a nice touch for their appreciation to have me as a customer! If your looking for a home for your vehicle, this is the place!

Really excellent customer service. I went in with a Groupon for alignment but they couldnt do it since I need to make a repair first. Despite the fact that I wasnt having any work done that day though, they gave my car the full inspection for free, and were also fabulous about explaining what repairs I need and why. I will be getting more work done there in the future and highly recommend them.

What an amazing auto repair shop. Honest, trustworthy, thorough, reasonably priced and polite. Even being two people short (one guys wife had her baby and the owner was out of town at an automotive conference), they completed replacing the bearing in my car and had time to place a thank you note and candies in my car. I was certain the bearing in my 2010 Lexus RX 350 had gone on the front right but they verified it was actually the front left. They showed me the old bearing so I could see the actual problem. Awesome job Ben and Justin. We will be back.

Will not be taking my truck anywhere else. I have a high mileage diesel work truck I took in for smog, they got me in and out with 5 star service, and professionally talked with some impatient customers that came after me. Knowledgeable, straight to the point staff. If you want an old school place with new tech, Wentworth is the way to go.

I dont know much about vehicle repair but I do know I trust Justin, the owner and everyone that works at that shop. They explain everything your car needs and why you need it before they begin repair. I have never felt like they tried to up sell me or repair something that wasnt needed. The office is clean and very customer friendly. Weve been loyal customers of Wentworth for over 5 years and will continue to take our cars there.

I had the pleasure of working with Ben and Justin on my 6.7 Cummins for a turbo replacement. I was visiting San Diego on vacation with my family when F250 lost a fuel injector. Justin was very friendly, and his crew was able to fix my truck in just under a day. I was given a ride to and from my campsite, and the price was fair for the repair that was done. I would highly recommend for all your auto repair. They will treat you with respect and not overcharge you.Update:When I got home, and had my mechanic complete some other work on my truck. I found out that I was over charged for the fuel injector that was replaced. I was charged $438 here, and my mechanic said that it should have been around $200 cheaper. This really disappointed me to find out. While I appreciate the work they did, I am saddened to find this out.

The team here is dedicated to doing their job correctly. Not only were they cheaper than other places, most other places will charge you for what Wentworth does as a courtesy!

Finally an indy shop with a modern twist! I dont normally do reviews but I was very impressed with the punctuality and overall experience with Justin and Wentworth Automotive. They certainly did the job (in this case brake fluid exchange) and then did a thorough inspection with recommendations on possible things that could be an issue in the future. NO BS no upselling, just facts on what could be on your to do list based on miles and vehicle. Like texts with a report of all this info? yep that happened too. Truely a great experience with these guys.

It is my pleasure to speak on behalf of Wentworth Automotive. It is perhaps the best discovery I ever made through the Yellow Pages. I have now been a customer for approximately ten years and have been unfailingly satisfied with Wentworths service. They are both competent and friendly. I have come to them with a vehicle making what I was sure was a thousand dollar noise, only to have Wentworth solve it with a tweak of a screw and send me on my way without charge.When my car has a genuine problem, they fix it promptly, giving me a full explanation of the problem, its impact on performance, etc., all for a reasonable charge. It is a great thing to have a service provider on whom I can rely. Wentworth is such an outfit.

(Review by Chuck) Customer since 1998; over the last few years the staff at Wentworth and I have learned that old Toyota Corollas (1981) have very finicky carburetors that have to be pampered and gently persuaded to keep on working. Justin and Ben have patiently worked on mine a number of times and have graciously given me lots of advice on how to maintain it. Certain parts of the mechanism are vulnerable to damage or degradation from the increased amount of ethanol in todays gasoline, and Justin has provided a fuel stabilizer additive that will hopefully counteract some of these effects. Im just glad they are willing to work on carburetors at all! The newest cars dont even have distributors, let alone carburetors; but with Wentworths help I think I can keep this car going for a while longer. It would be nice to celebrate its 40th birthday in a couple of years. Thanks again, Justin and Ben and crew!
