The worst Copart ever. The que says 30min and it’s keep going up and inside they all speak Spanish and let them just skip the que and when even it’s your turn you gotta be in the line again as you walked in without que.

Terrible there check in system is not user friendly. If your disabled there is no signage or seats, against the California law. Im in the lobby calling as I am to wait 119 minutes. Very understaffed. At last a very nice polite woman called me to counter and was very good at getting me back out the. I have two knee replacements was outside a half hour, people were sitting on the ground waiting. Cowart needs to provide benches for there customers to sit in as there wait time are also unacceptable.Shame on your operations manager.

I came in at 9:30 to pay for one of the vehicles that I have purchased. As I am 2 hours in the parking lot waiting, suddenly I see a group of 5 or 6 employees outside waiting for more employees to go to lunch. While my phone tells me I need 80 more minutes for my turn. I understand employees need a lunch hour, but I would like to suggest that they do it one at a time so that way there are employees working and people don’t have to wait as long. Another suggestion would be having more employees in the front desk helping people in line that have simple things such as paying or cars, picking up papers or little things that are fast and simple and don’t require 3 hours wait. I have bought so many cars from here and I’ve spent a good amount of money here. I would still love to do more business at this facility but I kindly ask to work on these issues to avoid customer frustration.

I dont think having customers waiting for 4 hours just to pay is a good customer service it was our first time going there no one who can help us another customer had to help us we went inside and a man wasnt very helpful and he just came back from lunch a nice young man help us I wish I have her name is sad that because you have a good business you guys forget about the most important thing that is the customers. Copart have the worst service in history, and its very common, but today at this Copart facility they were 2 person working and very slow and every 2 min they will be gone and coming back after 20 min talking chilling with other employees. The QR code to get in the line doesnt work if you know anyone or if you speak Spanish you good to get in otherwise stay outside and I asked them the QR code says 45min and I been waiting over 88min they will say yeah that QR is not correct wait more. I really wished never work with this company but cant do anything.

Waited about an hour in the que, with the wait time inside, all so the guy that was suppose to help onñy had to answers to all my questions ... It was either l dont know or lm not sure... So, l spent an hour waiting in line for nothing... Why cant they just have an online customer service rep in the app instead of making people wait for long periods of time...

Just sharing so nobody is as frustrated as I was. When signing in online to be helped it might say 7 minute wait to be called. Very wrong, I was helped almost 45 later. With only 2 people at front desk...with several, several workers at their desk. Hopefully facility manager can pay more attention to customer service.

Place where you can find mainly totalled vheicles. This lot is in San Diego close to the border. It is easy to notice from the car. In the front they have free parking spot for customers. If you want to see the car you need to have Copart account. Waiting time to be escorted to the lot around 50-60 minutes. Overall be prepared to spend around 2 hours at least. Staff is friendly and does his/her best to help.

One of the worst facilities of copart in the entire US. Purchased a 2015 Honda Civic and it was missing the steering wheel airbag. The pictures showed all the airbags intact but it was stolen by their employees. When speaking to their manager she says, there are people who will come to check our the cars and steal stuff. Like really!! Corporate should take these stuff seriously.

The yearly recurrent membership is $200.00, the videos and reading who has time for that ?, To bid or buy now you must use a broker, the cars that you can bid or buy now shipping is over 3K, they send you advertisement emails, ignore youre email questions, refer you to read up on the questions you have, is this only happening to me ? The website should be taken down they only flood you with pop ups, not user friendly, very hard to use, freezes, kicks you out and the car or lot you wanted to buy, you have to contact bid-master, will ask you to sign in when you are signed in, then you have to start youre search once again, and this repeats itself over & over, then you realize, that there will be no end to this, then you start feeling so frustrated that you want to speak to someone just to vent.

Unbelievably petty, and unbelievably, extremely unprofessional company. Called to confirm the pick up of a vehicle, after 15 minutes of waiting for some one to answer my call, one of their female workers finally answered, would not confirm my pick up, and said let me transfer you to our other call center, just to put me back on hold, and leave me hanging, when Theyre the only call center for their drivers. They never picked my call up again. I can not believe companies like these can actually stay in business. They do not deserve it.

My insurance company used Copart to tow my vehicle to an inspection site and return it to the dealership. After failing to pickup my car for nearly a week, we had to call to remind them. Then they were paid to return the vehicle to the dealership and it didnt arrive until more than a week later. When it arrived, it had obvious damage as if it had been in a wreck and they kept my license plates. My insurance company has been trying to get them to address the damage for more than a week with no progress. They either stay on hold for an hour or get disconnected when being transferred. I have been out of my car now for three weeks due to the delays in towing service and not have license plates to drive my car off the lot. This has been absolutely the worst service i have ever recieved from a towing company. NEGATIVE STARS FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TOWING!!

Their customer service could be way,, way better faster !!We understand all about the covid 19 safety measures,, but these guys take advantage of that to behave like total beaurocrats👎They chit chat between them coworkers, makes us members and transportersHELL waiting time extremely long, but i guess they dont really care ..There a couple good efficient Reps,, buy not enough!!But you better not ask them anything that puts them in the hot spot,,cause then youre really screwed !! Worst customer service they make AT&T look like they know what is going on. 2 days waiting for them to answer an email because the hang up when calling and they are charging storage fees while they dont respond and a driver is at the yard waiting to pick up

Bring your shade, water, food and visit a bathroom before coming here. Bring more food to share with other people around you, everybody there has been waiting for hours and is barely holding their emotions, very frustrated and close to blowing up. Prepare to spend all day in the glazing sun. Prepare to spend from 2 (minimum) to 5 (average) to 8 hours for the most mundane of tasks (like getting the keys or titles). If you want to look at cars, bring your own hi-viz (green / orange) vest, otherwise youll spend 4 hours and then be turned away. Register at kiosk.copart.com to reserve your place in virtual line but dont hold your hopes up, once you get to #1 you will spend additional 2 hours waiting in physical line in the sun. Very sad place.

Came here on Tuesday with a check to just pay for a vehicle that was purchased at a different branch. They told me to scan and get in a virtual line. Ok, 9.30am scanned, 22 people in front, estimated 52 min wait... ok, I go get coffee, check in 30 min and now shows 62 min and still 22 people. Ok, cant wait so I leave to work, but stay in virtual line... so at 3.30 pm its my turn. Im sorry, but to just pay for the lot it takes 5 minutes and should not take this long.Corporate management, please make a change here, this is very unprofessional.

Super slow !!!!!!!!! I did the appointment a day before arriving, was here at 7:55am and checked in that I arrived. 2 hours of waiting and the car came !!! Forklift drivers don’t even see you if you want something to ask.

Terrible, I buy from lots of copart facilities and I have never dealt with bad loaders,they ignore you and dont load the cars for you and when they do they slam the cars on the trailer and pick them up carelessly, bought a clean title vehicle and the loader carelessly picked it up and slammed it on my trailer, damaged my trailer and broke the control arm and damaged the oil pan, costing me an extra $1350 dollars in damaged to the bmw and not including the damage done to my trailer, meanwhile other local transporters or people that know the loaders pay them 20 bucks to skip the electronic line and get put to the front, Copart corporate needs to address these issues not the first time something like this happens to me, Im sure theres lots of other people with the same experience just go ahead and look at reviews.............

Junk experience for three times in the same week. We came to see a car. Sylvia on the entrance, not helpful and doesnt even give you chance to ask. The workers inside as well. Doing business with copart is junky idea. I will move to IAAI and see. Were the customers who pay to company so can pay you.

Worst place!! Dont respect if you have an appointment to pick up a car or keys. More than 3 hours wasted just waiting and that was with an appointment. A lot of people complaining but it seems they dont care. So be prepar to waste a lot of time here!

THEFT!!! If you car is towed here for inspection and you have not removed every single piece of personal property, it will disappear. My car was here for a week, waiting to be inspected. I am now filing a claim with my insurance for personal property loss. MULTIPLE ITEMS STOLEN OUT OF MY CAR. THE EMPLOYEES HERE SHOULDNT HAVE EVEN BEEN IN MY CAR. Fair warning!!!!

Waited over am hour for them to bring out a motorcycle we purchased from the San Diego lot! There seems to be good and bad stuff about each of the Copart lots but I wouldnt give any of them more than one star compared to most businesses. It`s very rare that car is not damaged here after bringing through the gate and loading.Bought many cars here-always expect extra body work.Just bought clean car-and because of forklift guy is doing amazing job,will need to fix front bumper,hood and one fender .And btw,we actually paying 59$ gate fee.That`s absurd!

05.12.2020 I I had an appointment at 9 am and was supposed to pick up two vehicles, the forklift drove one out around 11am and the other car got to me after noon. I’ve lost 8 hours waiting in the parking lot. I’m a truck driver and fellow drivers watch out when you have to pick up a car from this location. I’m so canceling on it as soon as I get a new pick up order. I asked for the manager and whoever this is never came out to talk to me !!!

Good luck trying to pay for a car or get a car out of this location. I’ve been dealing with this copart for several years and they are not really customer oriented. The tow trucks and illegitimate dealers will keep getting in front of you in line and the reps won’t say anything about it. My account expires in 2 months and I don’t even plan on renewing it.

Customer service is non-existent. Basically DMV. Evrryone is just sitting around. There is almoat 20 people waiting for assistance and no one at the computers. We are just trying to pick stuff up from our totalled car and weve been here ~30 minutes. My boyfriend tried to talk to a worker and she ignored him. Ugh. Wish I could give this place 0 stars.

Bought a vehicle and it arrived with only one key. Called up Copart to see what happened and the employee denied that it showed two keys in the listing photo. The copart employee then tried to blame it on the original vehicle owner and stated that the original owner probably came back and grabbed one of the keys. Kind of hard to believe when they left a lot of personal items in the vehicle.

No respect for personal property left in vehicle. They literally ripped my 100$ seat cover off and that takes some effort to do. They ripped off all the tie down straps and now I have to see if this is fixable. It would only take a minute to reach under and unhook,but nope they just pulled it off with no care of my personal property!

Forklift operators, dont stop to get the gate pass. They just blow their horn at the exit door, and dont even stop for paper work. Waited for more than 30 min on a slow Friday morning. Very poor service, ridiculous! After my complaint to main office, a manager came out in a forklift to assist, that was a better service.

The worst service I have ever experience at any business, bar none. Attempted to donate my car to Wheels for Wishes charity; Copart is their towing partner. After 2 weeks and numerous calls and promises of a pickup, the tower never showed up. A complete failure of a business. Go anywhere else. Wheels for Wishes, find a better partner.

Im giving 4 stars because the last time I was there just to pay one car that I just bought in the auction online took me 3 hours and half. This office just allow one line to pay their cars, but the worst thing is that some times just 1 person goes to pay 14 cars others 20 and people like me have to wait I think they have to make arrangements in the way that copart use to work.

I tried to have my car towed so it could be sold. 6 attempts and a month and many calls later my vehicle was towed by a DIFFERENT tow company because it was believed to be abandoned. The drivers all said they couldnt get in contact with me, however I never received a phone call. I FINALLY received a phone call on the DAY AFTER it was supposed to be picked up for the 5th time and I got an affirmation that the driver was on his way.... but guess what? He NEVER showed up. I called him at least 15 times and he never picked up. So now Im out $500 because of the impound fees I have to pay. Exceptionally terrible service
