They are basic. One guy knows what hes doing and the rest are so-so. So when going here you have 50, 50 chance that you will enjoy what you get from these guys.

Ruy was super chill and didn’t try to unnecessarily upsell me equipment that I didn’t need. These people get work done and are open Sundays. Highly recommend 👌🏽

Twelve Years later, still a satisfied customer. In 2009 Travis hooked it up, to this day that was the best sound system I ever had in a car. It was a 98 Isuzu Rodeo and it SLAPPED. I promised to leave a Yelp review but completely forgot about it until my brother in law asked for a car stereo recommendation in SD.

This store is owned by a dishonest crook. He lied to me multiple times on a big job and installed the wrong components - he charged me for higher end components but installed the mid-grade components. I took me awhile to notice but I eventually did. I took my car to another shop and they noticed everything they either lied about or screwed up. Their installers are also either lazy or incompetent or both. This was a decent size job, about $3,000 and they made of ton of errors that another shop pointed out. I also later checked out their pricing and and it was about 20% more than other shops. I strongly recommend avoiding this place. The owner is a really smooth talker and you wont notice you were screwed until you are gone.

These are the NICEST guys - EVER. And extremely knowledgeable and eager to help. I called with an issue on my existing in-car DVD player. After asking a lot of smart questions that told me he knew his stuff, the manager invited me in to diagnose. There was no wait and ALL of the guys were super attentive and helpful. Bad news for my DVD player, its pretty much toast and out of warranty, so he gave me options, did NOT try to pressure or sell me anything I didnt need or want, and was completely cool. I will absolutely return there when Im ready for a new system and have NO hesitation about sending any of my friends or family to Car Audio Heaven.

I have been coming here for over a year for different things about 6 months ago I had a subwoofer installed and I decided to install another one recently the old sub blew I came back and Andy no questions asked said sir dont worry I am going to replace them both free. I lost all audio in my car and I headed down to Car Audio Heaven. Based on my description of the problem, they suspected that the radio went bad and after a short inspection they were right. Mind you, this was a stock radio to a car over 15 years old. I checked out what they had in stock and I saw a cool new radio with lots of bells and whistles for a price I could live with. They went ahead and installed the new radio and I absolutely love it, they were quick, friendly, knowledgeable, and I was satisfied with my visit there.

Im not giving them a 2 star for service Im sure there good at what they do. Im doing it because of there prices there all about the dollar and there not going to budge. If you want to get rip off go for it I recommend Best Buy you will pay half the price

I brought some focal speakers my wife bought me to install into my 2015 civic. Ok the phone the guys knew exactly how much of a pain it was to do my car which was nice to hear an expert. They had to physically cut into my car to make the speakers fit and didnt charge anything more. Incredibly thoughtful, incredibly knowledgeable.

I have purchased stereo equipment and an alarm system from these folks, and have been extremely impressed with their knowledge, service, and prices.When purchasing my stereo equipment, the gentleman I was talking to spoke to me about each product I would need (cables, speakers, amp, sub, box), and walked me through the pros and cons of each option they carried, as well as some options they didnt. The gentleman was extremely friendly, and more important, honest about each of the products they carried.After a period of time, I came back to have an alarm that had been installed by someone else checked over, and to get it re-programmed with some different settings I desired. Travis helped me out at the counter, and clearly answered all my questions even though the shop was hopping at the time. The installer took a look at the alarm, told me exactly what it needed to function correctly, and had it fixed and programmed in under two hours.All staff members I have been helped by have been professional, knowledgeable, and honest. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking to purchase car audio and alarm systems and/or have them installed.

I just left the City Heights location with my boyfriend and were both completely shocked by the way that we were treated by Travis, the audio technician. We asked him about a stereo installation and he answered us in an insulting, consending and paternalistic manner. I rather spend a bit more & be treated with respect at Best Buy than ever return to this business with the worst customer service.

Hooked up my amp, subs, and stereo. Everything is functional but there is a big hole underneath my after market stereo, it seems as if they didnt use the right size plastic kit. T, is that you putting up all the 5 star ratings? Weak.

Seem legit. They quoted me a fair price on installation & parts from an Italian brand (amp, sub, speakers) that I havent heard of, and was going to do some research but ended up getting something else.

They did a very good job on my car but they left a flash light in my car right were the break a gas pedal are weeellll it wuz raining hard as im driving home i press the brakes and the car wont stop had to use my emergency brake wuz scary almost hit another car sooo i go back to the shop n tell them and they dont even say sorry or thanks for bringing the flash light back all they say is anything elseitz like WTF ARE YOU SIRIUS AND THEY STILL HAVE THE NERV TO JOKE ABOUT IT NOT GOING BACK OW BY THE WAY MY CAR WUZ THE 2008 BLACK HONDA ACCORD IF YOUR READING TRAVIS!!!!!
