I ordered a custom cake for my boyfriend’s birthday and it was amazing! I went over the my flavor choices and gave some ideas on decorations and the result was absolutely amazing.I got a medium dark chocolate cake with coffee buttercream.

Beautiful, artistic and delicious cake!! Excellent customization options and customer service. I wanted a custom cake for my spouses birthday. I was able to get in touch with the baker and discuss all flavors, sizes and looks for the cake. The end result was a work of art with a taste to remember. Would definitely recommend for special occasions!!!

Le Macaron is highly recommended by me. I reached out to them to get a lovely, small gluten-free cake to celebrate an employees wedding for my firm and they were fantastic from start to finish. Love love love this Bakery! She is one of the sweetest of them all in the SD area. I have encounter a few! From the start to the end of our order, she was so helpful.She was making sure the detail I give matches. From the tone of her voice you will know she’s there to help and is is not only just there to bake a cake. I will definitely order again. The cake was so good !

Tasty and beautiful macarons. We stopped in just to look. After a couple of samples and learning that they use natural colors we decided to buy a box of 6 macarons for $17. The macarons are very good, but a bit overpriced. They also have several different gelatos too. Well try that next time!

I tried out the newly launched vegan treat: clean brick. This yummy bite sized treat it has Almonds, Pecans, Cashews, Dates, and Almond Milk in it. It’s moist and sweet and was the perfect post hiking treat for us this weekend!They also have macrons, chocolates, gelato, and so many more delicious sweets for you to try!They also have a good covid set up where you order without ever stepping foot inside.

I ordered a macaroon tower for a graduation party this past weekend and was very impressed with the service I received, as well as the thoughtfulness and kindness of the staff. The pistachio and coffee macaroons were delicious and the presentation was exquisite. I would highly recommend Le Macaron French Pastries to anyone looking for high-quality desserts coupled with excellent customer service!

Best Gelatos in town! Family enjoyed the pastries and specialty chocolates too. We even took home one of the macroon cakes and it was delicious.

Surprisingly good macarons with delicate, soft textures and rich flavors. I would love to try even more flavors, especially ones that are popular in France, such as bergamot and praline. Prices are fair for macarons.

Le Macaron has amazingly delicious desserts and gelato! The store is clean and sanitized and they have set up protocals in place to keep customers safe during covid. Which is much appreciated! The staff was incredibly helpful and kind as well. I cannot recommend this shop enough for the BEST desserts in town!!!

Le Macaron made a custom cake for our daughters first birthday. The cake cut in the shape of a number 1 and decorated with flowers, macarons and meringues. The cake was absolutely gorgeous but also tasted amazing, everyone at the party said it was the best cake they had ever tasted! In addition to making the perfect cake, the customer service was impeccable, and made sure to fulfill all our requests for the cake with many details. We will be ordering all our cakes from Le Macaron from here on and I highly recommend this bakery!

I ordered a custom birthday cake and not only was it elegant and beautiful with fresh flowers, but it was delicious! I ordered a vanilla cake with vanilla buttercream frosting and it was the perfect consistency of richness and the flavor was like not any ordinary vanilla cake!Soooo yummy! The customer service was also exceptional! I enjoyed working with them and they were very accommodating and reasonable pricing! Thank you Le Macaron French Pastries!

2 things to mention about the experience had at this specific Macarcon Bakery1) Astha (the Owner) took our last min cake order without regard for not planning ahead of the time - she was a savior to our 2yr old boys birthday celebration. She had a last min cancel which fitted us in at the perfect time which felt like it was meant to be :)2) the cake is another thing to mention on its own. Let me tell you, on 1 hand its absolutely delicious with my family going for multiple portions. Of course the macaroons, gummies and and fruit topping were the first consumed!! On the other hand, Astha was able to custom shape the #2 for our sons Birthday!!!If you want a gourmet, off the wall, decadent cake option you have to work specifically with Astha within the @OnePaseo shopping center.She will not disappoint!

This review is only for the Tiramisu Mousse cake. Its pricey for both the quality and quantity. I suppose the macaroons are better than this item.

The macarons were not only delicious but gorgeous. They became a centerpiece of the party and the elegant roses were a beautiful touch for our bridal shower event. I will most definitely be returning for my next event.

We ordered a 3 layer custom red velvet cake with elegant macaron tiers! It was as wonderful tasting as it was beautiful to look at! The fresh flowers decorating the top of the cake were perfect! Highly recommend!!

Beautiful setting in the new One Paseo Mall. The owners and staff were warm and welcoming offering samples in the newly opened store.The macarons were lovely. A thin, crunchy crust and light chewy, soft, meringue cookie with smooth ganache-like filling. The macarons are not too sweet, delicate flavors come through in the 2:1 cookie-to-filling ratio. Le Macarons product is up there with the best of them.Must try the basil, rose and pistachio flavors!

They have some of the best chocolates I have ever had. They have unique and interesting macaron flavours like lavender, basil, and rose that are very fresh and just the right amount of sweet. There are also flavours like chocolate and red velvet that are rich and indulgent. Astha has a great eye and good taste. I highly recommend this place.

Over priced, their “beignets” are pretty much Hostess powdered donut holes, Macarons are $3 and awful quality. If you want to get less ripped off go buy Volcano insurance.

The Lemon Meringue Tart is not overly sweet and just sour enough. Absolutely delicious!

Excellent cake and great personalised service. I asked for purple and Astha gave us purple lavender. Will definitely come back!

Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about products. Wide selection of sweets and confections. Unfortunately, the tart didn’t taste very fresh. This may be due to a lack of turnover during the pandemic. Maybe next time.

Great birthday cake choice!

We recently ordered macarons for a birthday celebration. The macarons themselves were so delicious and perfect for the birthday drive by. The owner is professional, helpful, patient and friendly. Highly recommend this place!

Lame. Sign said it was open 12pm on Friday & it did not open. At least 5 sales were missed while we waited around & we left at 12:15. This was the Carlsbad location.

I’ve had an excellent experience sipping a latte and enjoying a coconut cake with the lovely owner, Astha. In the future, I’m looking forward to the macaroons and gelato!

PRETTY SWEET THINGS ! We had just finished our coffees nearby when my wife said she could see that the French place called Le Macaron was open for business. Naturally I understood that my wife wanted to check out the sweet things inside. There were a few people standing around inside when we walked in. My wife was eyeballing anything that looked tempting. From behind the counter a guy named Mohit politely asked my wife if he could help. He offered us a tray of little samples to try...which we did. These sort of cute cookies dont do much for me but my wife likes to try everything at least once. My wife bought a coffee one and a caramel one. They would have been nice with our Cortados. They also offer espresso, cappuccinos, lattes & tea plus a decent variety of house made Gelato. Im sure they will fill a niche in the marketplace !

Fresh macarons with real almonds, perfect amount of crunch in the first bite, gooey center and flavorful finish. We enjoyed the goods seating outside the shop and people watching surrounded by holiday lights in the growing One Paseo multi-purpose development.Overall, a variety of dessert options among macarons, pastries, fine chocolates and gelatos in a clean setting with friendly service. Looking forward to trying their coffees and proprietary blend of artisan teas next time.

Amazing new french pastry shop opened in the one paseo shopping mall. I decided to stop here after lunch and was not disappointed. The shop had the most adorable and cutest display of colorful and delicious treats. I walked in and felt so welcomed by friendly staff who gave out samples with a smile.The macarons just melted-in-my-mouth and gelatos were delicious. They have a great selection of flavors in both gelato and macarons. My favorite was mango sorbet and in macarons was rose, strawberry key lime and lemon. I also tried their chocolate, pastries, meringue and tarts. The meringue has the right amount of sweetness. The coconut tart is filled with chocolates and is one of my favorites. Their dark chocolate bars are to die for.The outstanding quality, taste, presentation and packaging definetly makes a great gift that cant go wrong.They have great art from local artist for sale as well.I recommened this must go place and its my new favorite!!! Dont miss it!!!
