I ordered 2 tier birthday cake for my daughter’s party. The store manager Nisha went above and beyond in helping us choose the right flavors. And the princess cake we ordered looked absolutely beautiful that my daughter and guests loved.

I love this place, they have the best ice cream cakes and original flavors. Not too expensive either, and I like how they have that scoop thing on the 31st of each month, I always look forward to that. Cant go wrong with your nearby Baskin Robbins

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Lots of interesting flavors. I had the quarterback crunch, which was delicious. Indoor and outdoor tables. Free samples, as usual.

This is one of the best BR locations I have been to. Its always very clean and the line goes pretty quickly. They are also very accommodating with birthday cake orders and always get the order right. Keep up the great work guys!

The representative who helped my kid choose her ice cream cake was very patient and worked with customizing ever cup. Definitely a hit at the party

Sign said they closed at 9:00 pm (online said 10:00) . Teenager decided to close at 8:50 and refused to open the door and serve us. We walked too. Stop having teens run shops.

The store owner is extremely greedy. Selling something at $32.99 when the retail price is supposed to be $12.99 is absolutely unacceptable. Once she found out that this is a highly-wanted item, she made sure to up the price so that she could milk as much money out of her customers as possible. She tried to persuade me to buy it at that outrageous price by telling me that she only had five left and that she had a lot of people trying to buy it. When I tried to reason with her she got very passive-aggressive and basically told me to take my business elsewhere, which I happily did.

Unbelievably rude and unprofessional staff!! The fact that any employer in their right mind would scream at the top of their lungs at their employees is absolutely mind blowing! Not to mention, the store is dirty, ice cream is over priced AND moldy! I was extremely grossed out. Do not waste your time or money here.. revolting!!!!

Convinent location, good number of parking spots. Lot of restaurants make this place a nice desserts option.Compared to other BR32 places, this place has less options of ice cream. The staff team is too young, but theyre do a good job. They do have a rough time during the crowded times. I always use my Baskin Robinson app but the scanner has tough time to take my paymentThe one thing I like about this places they have lot of coffee flavor ice creams. Other than the ice creams they do have ice cream cake ice cream sandwich and frostys.Download their app they have plenty of coupons like buy one and get one free, get two scoops of ice cream with the free waffle cone, free upgrade of waffle cone and a dollar off on Sundays. And dont forget of a free scoop of kids ice cream on your birthday.

The manager dose not like people of color even though she is of east Indian decent. I saw a bug in a customer cake and she would not give him his money back saying he did it his self. He never left he went to his car and came back and i herd her in her language say black guys always try to get over, i also speak the language so i said to her in her language i will not be spending my mpney here and i ler the guy know what she said . He called the main line and got his money back,,,,,, what a shity place,

Baskin-Robbins the best! Not only is their ice cream excellent (my favorites are the Jamaican almond fudge and the baseball nut) they do a lot for the community such as donating ice cream for the librarys ice cream social.

Kids love it, rotating flavors, happy service, usually busy. 31st of the month specials. Parking sometimes full. Some indoors eating, some out.

Went to get the ice cream cake for my kids birthday and looking for gift certificate for return gifts and the owner lady may be the store manager is yelling that the store never sold gift certificate for years with such a crap attitude that the customers do not know anything my suggestion do not go there and drive a couple more miles to Carmel mountain shop and they treat you with reapect
