Wow what a surprise, I was waiting on a flight to Texas. I noticed that I lost one of my earpiece for my head phones. So naturally I figured I go in and see if they had some. Thinking how much are these gonna cost being in the airport. Kenneth the salesman said let me look in the back, he comes back with a box filled with an assortment of colors and sizes. I locate a set that looks like they would fit. Better looking than the ones that came originally. So I asked how much and Kenneth said no charge. What the heck. They solved my problem upgraded my headphones and no charge. Two thumbs up.

Sold me expensive head phones, but not the battery to run them. So they did not work! I recommend that you not purchase from this store. They do not care about their customers.
