I really enjoy this Ralphs supermarket. They have a great friendly staff and all the items I need. I had to deduct a couple stars because more than a few times Ive gotten rancid stark from their meat department. Avoid their meat department! Everything else is great.

I went to this corner shop nearby to get a few treats. I was flabbergasted with the beneficent gatekeeper who invited me in the wake of entering the store. The stocks were skilled with proper retail costs. Optimal help!

I really enjoy the outdoor seating here. I used to come here all the time and eat my lunch outside. It was a pleasant place to take lunch breaks as I got to take in the fresh air.

Great location, clean store, it has all you need while staying in the area, there is a deli where staff can make you a sandwich to go.Produce section is vast and the bread area has plenty of choices, meat selection isn’t much, alcohol section has lots to choose from.The self checkout helps the customers pay faster.

Ralphs is easy to get to with plenty of parking. Stays open until 2 am. The DMV kiosk is located here andv there is no line. Rent videos, buy hot food, grab sushi, wine and flowers for your date night. Organic foods and plant based items. All accessibility friendly.

Ralphs Signature is a great supermarket, big and spaceous with overwhelmingly good selections of fruits, vegetables, food, drinks and household stuff. Mostly organic. Staff is nice and helpsome. I could walk around the aisles all day and dream of all the good food

Great location for visitors staying downtown and looking for some quick dine in room options. This is a Kroger brand, so you can use your member number if you have one for Kroger or Fred Meyers.

This has been my only go-to grocery shop for many years. I got everything I need here at a very affordable price and of good quality. They are very consistent with their customer service, clean surroundings, and well-stocked products. Thats why I love this store and choose to shop here. A well-deserved for a five-star rating.

This cozy supermarket has the best memories left! Anything theyre selling isnt expensive. The entire market place was too large to drive around, so its easier to choose your options. Everything was very warm and welcoming to make all your requests. Im suggesting it to everyone! Id like to come out here again and again.

INCREDIBLE! Their stores are still well-stocked and supplies are still missing. The staff, too, were very polite and supportive. In comparison with other markets in the town, they had a very competitive and equal price. Theyve got new vegetables, meat, and fruits. The place, too, is good and well-organized. Its really been the best trip!

Among other items, they have a charming convenience shop, a good bakery, and fresh fruit. Similarly, the employee was not impolite and acted quickly to satisfy the demands of the customers. I wholeheartedly recommend this store! Its worth a shot.

No cashiers, waiting long time just to pay mi food, the self machines takes for ever people doesn’t know how to use it, so every body is calling help ones and employee for 10 self registers, shame on the company make millions, and don’t pay for employees to give good service, never come back better places to spend my money.

I highly recommend this Ralphs grocery store.Although there is a meaningful homeless population that tends to congregate around the store, which may turn off some folks, the store is well stocked and the lovely people who work there do a great job making shoppers feel welcomed. In fact, the staff are probably the main reason I continue to shop there despite having moved out of close proximity.Ive gotten to know several people who work there: Dominic, Phil, Jose, a few others whose names are eluding me, etc. Through casual conversation, Ive learned a bit about them and their lives, which makes me feel a sense of community with them. All great people and this keeps me coming back.

DO NOT get the POKE. LIVE INSECTS IN MY FOOD.I went here just to grab a poke bowl because I had it before and liked it. I decided to transfer the poke from the plastic bowl to my own bowl, I found multiple live/dead insects in my food, on the lettuce portion. Disgusted

This was the biggest supermarket in town! I used to shop here every time I need to purchase stocks for the whole week. Everything I needed was already in this supermarket. I always had a convenient time shopping here.

Its particularly suggested if you want to try something different! Since they have such a large variety of fresh fruits and vegetables, this grocery store near our house is one of my favorites! What I like about this store is that they always have the most recent items available, rather than older ones!

When you going to clean up the front entrances with Scooters ?? Im tried of stepping over them to go shop. I watched a elderly lady with a walker go into the street to get around them by the side of the entrance on G.Why is the other side of the street clear of these? The Renaissance building is always maintained. Corporate should understand there is liability for a lawsuit here because of these.

Store claims to be open until 2:00 a.m. Was there at 1:30 am on Oct 6 2021 and it was closed.

Location is convenient and stock is generally good. But once again, they are out of grocery carts. Clerk told me they only have 11??? That is a pretty basic item a grocery store should have. This happened about a year and a half ago and it took them months to order more. I walked out and went to another store two weeks in a row. Wont be going back for a while. If you see a cart in the garage, grab it and take it up with you!

This grocery store has it all! If you are into gastronome foods, nonchemical or anything in between, they have it. The meats are top-notch and such a variety of produce. Wandering through this store will make you think twice about eating out all the time and make use of your grill. I strongly recommend this grocery shop!

This grocer is AMAZING. They have all the stuff a regular grocery store has but better because they are big on organic everything! There is even a Starbucks inside. My favorite part is the deli food with plenty of healthy choices for cheap prices that go by weight. The salad bar is all organic produce and is also priced by weight. I love this place. Very large store with every food item that you can want. Large beer selection. Has a nice deli. Staff is friendly. Has some self-checkout registers but only if you arent buying alcohol. Open fairly late. They have an outside patio bit it is closed right now.

The prepared foods, juices, the service, and the layout selection of dry goods from this Grocery shop were all amazing! We were impressed with the cheeses, meats, and the anti-pasta selection was great, although we did end up spending more than we expected on this. Overall a really impressive place to shop for your grocery needs!

This is a full service Grocery Store that has a nice fresh meat and seafood area. Free parking is available too. IMPORTANT MESSAGE : If you dont have a Ralphs loyalty discount price card, ask for the discount at checkout. The employees seemed happy and cheerful.

The store has done its best though. Have stickers on the floor showing the distance you should be. Naturally the cell phone users ignore that and I think enforcement should be more strict. I dont want to die for some fool that run stop signs or spreads covid-19.

Good clean store good parking and lots of good items inside

This grocery store is my daughters favorite place for shopping. They had our basic necessities, like food and clothes. They have household needs, too. But my daughter loved their children aisle here, where you can find a different kinds of toys both for boys and girls. They have a cheaper price than in the malls, so we prefer buying our stuff and needs here.

It had the best deli until about a year and a half ago has gone down hill since.Example they used to have Italian products cut to order now all they have is prepackage at 2 to 3 times the price.Now its just like Wal-mart just more expensive. Sad because they dont cater to the neighborhood! Other than that checkers are very nice. Wish I couldve given 5 stars but, 4 stars was even a stretch.

I’ve gotten grocery pick up now probably 4 times in the past few months and each time I had this guy help me out named Karlo. Super nice guy, has remembered me each time I cam back, great energy. Thankful you guys have great staff like Karlo, makes my wife and I keep coming back.

Great Deli with hot foods, salad bar, sushi, Boar head meats, pizza, sands, & huge variety of cheeses & fancy meats like Pastrami, Genoa Salami, & precut fruit paks! Huge alcohol selection, bakery, seafood, & best price on eggs! My 26 yr old granddaughter & her friends, visiting from Nebraska, fell in love! A special perk, besides a beautiful produce variety, is that you can order complete meals for the holidays! What’s not to love? 🥖🥦🍺😎

Been shopping here for years! I was worried when they cut their hours and were no longer open early enough for me to get there right after work(overnight shift) but they expanded them recently and I can finally go back. Still have great customer service and I feel very safe shopping there thanks to their covid policies.

The fruit and vegetables are always fresh and the least expensive of all chain supermarkets I go to. Its clean and bright. The selection of cheeses is outstanding. Please open a store somewhere close to Genesee Plaza. I miss having a Ralphs store there. You should buy the space near Target, make 99 Ranch move out.

It’s conveniently located near the marina and the Gas Lamp Quarter - like within walking distance.If you’re looking for something fresh, but inexpensive to eat, take the short walk here. They have plenty of stuff to stock up your hotel mini fridge. Lots of fresh produce and even a build your own salad bar to go. Load up the container and take it to the register. They weigh it and charge you accordingly. $7.99 per pound. The amply sized one in my photo was $6.71 and was plenty to eat.YES, they carry beer, wine, liquor but due to CA laws you cant use the self checkout line to pay for it. You have to stand in line with everyone else. No free pass here folks.They charge 10 cents for plastic bags - city ordinance - or state thing not sure. But dayum, these bags are heavy duty plastic bags. I think Im going to save mine and travel home with it. It might even be able to serve as luggage, or at least a carry on bag.Its also strange that in the evenings they only have half the lights on in the store. it wasnt too late - it was around 8pm on a Wednesday night. I just can’t figure out Cali.

Store never has shopping carts. I spoke with manager Steve. I asked him to stand by the cart area to get customer feedback on cart situation. He said he was too busy. Then several other customers let him have their opinions known. He was was not happy or receptive. I wont shop there again.

No matter what the time of the day theyre not enough people working on the floor to take care of the customers.Nor are there enough checkers.The Delicatessen is great but you need to get there before 3:30 or 4 when they start running out of stuff.And if you expect people to use self-checkout you need to put the proper barcodes on the product so that they can switch it by and it can be read

I love this grocery shop because they are open earlier than others. They have a great selection of their goods, fresh produce, and meats. Their prices also were very more affordable compared to others that I used before. Well organized display with better lighting. The staff is nice too and I find it relaxing doing my groceries here compared to other grocery stores. Highly recommended!

The manager Idalis was very rude i will never shop there again the price was wrong on shelf and she would not honor the price after the first manager did honor the price i would say i was discriminated against she was rude from the time she walked up if she does not like her job maybe she should find a new one and she was also rude to her co workers that is a bad work environment working under someone like that it a lawsuit waiting to happen with someone like that working for your company

I shopped just now and there were no available shopping baskets beyond the hand baskets! I was walking around with two very full and HEAVY baskets. My arms were HURTING! I was told the store had only 5 shopping baskets and they were not going to provide any more because of basket theft.That is ridiculous!They cant install a perimeter basket stop????

When I went to this store, I was so surprised that they were selling a range of items and all I wanted was available in their supermarket! They still have very supportive and kind employees, which was very impressive!

Last time I went to the vows downtown they would not allow me to bring in my little shopping cart the guy with a snooty mean jerk but they seem to have changed a lot of people downtown have shopping carts to carry the groceries with so as of now the one downtown is perfect has pre-made food hot and cold service and theyre very convenient

I went there just for Sushi because it fresh, affordable price, and delicious!! The sushi chefs were very friendly and nice too.🍣🥗 they also have handroll, which is very delicious.

This Ralphs is always organized and clean the customer service is well and the line never takes longer than 10 mins self checkout takes 5 mins there wasnt a line to get in when I went it was 9 pm maskis required.

Just about every time I go there the people at the service deli dont acknowledge you or help you..I have stood there to have them walk by.i have watched them cut meat..,play on the phone then pick up a bucket with cleaning supplies all with the same gloves on...I spoke to a manager.. to have nothing happen and to be once more disregarded.this by far is the worst grocery store I have been too!!!!

Worst customer service experience! The sales manager Marlene, didnt help me with a western union I needed to do. She had me wait so that at the end she didnt want to help me. While she was in LA la land doing nothing! I had 2 employees ask me what I needed while I waited and she was just out of it! If people Ike that cant work they need to stay home.

Why would you mix the fruits and vegetables with the meats and frozen in the bag? Do you not train you about cross contamination? Why would you stack 2lbs of bananas and a sack of potatoes on top of the oranges? I just spent 15 minutes rebagging my own stuff and found out they charged me for an extra bag I didnt need.

I loved this Ralph’s. I came here multiple times while visiting San Diego and was so impressed. I’m from Georgia so I’m familiar with the Kroger brand. I was kind of jealous they don’t offer locations similar to this one where I live.The alcohol prices were great and so was everything else. You do have to pay 10 cents per bag, but I didn’t really mind.The location was clean and customer service was great. I would definitely recommend this store!

Ralphs is my favorite place to shop for food daily because I love right next door to it. I usually grab lunch there from the awesome Salad Bar. Sesame Ginger dressing is the bomb. I also like the hot meal center for like mash potatoes, onion rings and other great stuff. Ralphs is an intricate part of my life.

So rude! We were in the store for half an hour getting groceries, and then went to check out. One of the guys working who seemed like a manager was very rude to us because we didnt have a face mask on. He wouldnt even let us pay for our groceries. He told us we needed to put them down and leave. Definitely wont be shopping here again.

Ralphs is part of the Kroger Company of grocery stores. This site has it all. Starbucks is inside and a very nice pharmacy is there also. Fresh hot food and a salad bar help feed patrons from nearby businesses. Highly recommended

Enjoyed a morning at the market and picked up everything we needed to stock our kitchen for a few days. Picking from the freshest of fresh is always the best.

Very good customer service and very good prices, especially for a downtown grocery store. Great selections on groceries and also great selections on prepared foods including chicken, soups, and lunch meats. The most important thing is to make certain that you have a Ralphs card or sign up for a Ralphs card to take full advantage of the less expensive prices.

Its a really interesting experience. Just bring the prices down lower and keep them lower. Keep on doing good things, and keep on improving, Ralphs. Support the troops. Offer Military Discounts to all the Active Duty, the Reservists, and the Veterans and their families. 50% off or more is a good idea. They just have to show their Military ID or some form of identification that proves that they are either actually in,or have been in,but out on Honorable Discharge or a retired Veteran. Ralphs employees and employers should get a discount as well, just for working there. It doesnt matter if theyre a bagger, cashier, Manager, one of the other businesses inside the store like the bakery or deli, or the Starbucks, or other Ralphs employees working in Ralphs, and all the Security workers working in Ralphs. In particular, the Security Officers/Security Guards working in Ralphs. If the Security Officers have served in the Military, then they should definitely get those discounts.
