Karen Crowley and the crew at Champagne Spas bent over backwards to help us get the spa of our dreams VERY quickly and at a great price. The install was effortless and it runs like a Swiss watch! When I broke a small piece one phone call handled the problem like I owned the company. We were back soaking in no time! Great Job Champagne Spas!

I ordered one product from this retailer located at 5710 Keamy Villa Road, San Diego CA 92123. Spa Essentials Brominating Concentrate 2 lbs. Retailer sent me my one product but later claimed in an email that I ordered 2 products and they claim they shipped 2 products.Unfortunately for retailer, only one product was shipped. I have required Spa And Pool Store to reverse their duplicate charge. They have stated, without proof, I ordered the same product for them twice on 9.9.20. I have no use for four pounds of the product. At 1.5 teaspoons per week it would take over 4 years to use up, if the product would last that long.they shipped 2 products. Proof shows only 1 product was sent.I would not recommend this retailer based upon my current experience.Date: 9.16.2020 pm

I just wanted to thank Cindy. She took the time to explain each spa and send me pictures of each Spa. After a months contemplating we decided on a beautiful Spa. It was so nice to give back to a San Diego family company. The delivery was perfect and amazing everyone was kind. We are sure enjoying this beautiful new Spa for our home.

Absolutely amazing staff - was able to take time out of their day to educate me on everything about my newly purchased (used) spa and what I need to do to get it up and running! This was a breath of fresh air after spending a month trying to look up this information myself. These are exactly the kind of people you want helping you take care of your spa!

A great knowledgeable team...

We had our old Jacuzzi for almost 18 years (very frequent use) and it was time for a new one. We shopped around at the different Spa dealers in San Diego and narrowed it down to Champagne Spas in Kerney Mesa. They seemed to be most knowledgeable and have a big selection and good quality spas.Karen was super helpful showing us the different options and narrowing the Spa model down to our needs. We ended up buying the Antigua 45. We are extremely happy with it and use the Spa several times a week. Our electricity bill has gone done some with the new Spa even it has one more pump and bigger pumps than our old Spa, but with the much better insulation of the new Spa the heater does not need to come on that often. We keep the temperature setting always at 98. So most of the time the Spa is at 100 and we can go in at any time. The Spa cover that comes with it is also very nice.We appreciate the friendly, responsive and very helpful customer service we have gotten.Thank you, Karen & Champagne Spas.

I had a very satisfying experience at Champagne spas especially, since I contacted three other retailers which I did not find accommodating or helpful. I walked in off the street and spoke with Karen, who was very informative and pleasant to work with. I pretty much knew what I was looking for so it was painless. Good to hear of the delivery and I would highly recommend champagne spas!

This is a local sandiego store with a good stock of hot tubs to view and friendly knowledgeable employees. We had everything explained to us and options reviewed by Karen. She went over options for chemicals, a chemical starter kit and delivery included. The store also does service if needed. Love our tub!

Great store for all your hot tub needs in San Diego. Super friendly staff and great selection of hot tubs from top manufacturers. Make sure you go in for a wet test in one of their private rooms to really experience the difference in these hot tubs over other brands, you wont be disappointed.

The people of Champagne Spas really know their business! Everyone is so nice and helpful. If I had problems, they were right there to help. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great spa with great backing!

Just wanted to say thanks to everyone at Champagne spas for always being so professional and friendly when we come in to purchase chemicals, or when I call and have a question about my spa. Ive been a Sundance Spa owner for over 25 years. I upgraded to the newer Optima in 2003. To this day, it’s truly been one of the best investments we have ever made. We spend so much time as a family in our spa.. We love our Sundance spa and wouldnt do business with any company other than Champagne Spas. Over the past years, Ive had the opportunity to meet Amanda, Karen, Mom & Jason. They truly treat you as though you are family. Its nice to know that there are businesses still out there that care about their customers. Kudos to everyone at Champagne Spas.
