I came here today to check out some pool supplies on my parents behalf because I found them on google. Apparently I choose the wrong day to visit as parking tension was high due to a sale at REI. Before I even parked some very angry man with no teeth was yelling at me. I parked and got out of my vehicle as he continued to flip out assuming I was there to visit REI and was using their parking to do so. I told him to leave me alone and he continued to escalate. This was when I realized he was either an employee or owner of the company and upset that people were using their parking. Their business was completely empty and I can see why if this is the kind of customer service that their staff extends to potential patrons. After my interaction with the man freaking out. I interacted with a nice lady and another man that told him to leave me alone. But at that point I didnt want to have anything to do with this business. In a city like San Diego there are plenty of pool businesses and even if there werent Id drive miles to avoid this place. It was clear that the man felt he could intimidate me because I was a younger female. Ill be sure to tell everyone I know to avoid this place. Horrible experience
