Got off work early to pick up our car we have been wIting on. Called beforehand to make sure they were open until 5 so we could pick up our car before they closed. Waited in traffic for an hour just to get here at 4:45 and the place is closed, even though we had spoken with someone to tell them we were on our way. Now we are here with a tired and frustrated 3 year old and no one is even answering our calls. Terrible service.

I called this place and mentioned I was a returning customer, having gotten an alignment and tires in the past. I told the gentleman on the phone that I was looking for brakes and new tires, to which he replied Yeah, sounds like you need your flat fixed, but Im booked. You need to call back in three hours buddy and hung up. Very rude and unprofessional considering I had only good experiences in the past. Will not bother contacting again.

Yes, very GOOD workers. BUT they are not professional at all. Got 4 set of used tires and one of them was flat. Big thanks.Update : minus one star = 0 star, if I can give them.They said they fixed, but I had to come to this body shop next morning. Same tire, total flat. They became rude,...OK, I get that.. Worst place ever guy who works here is very scary/crazy! He thinks he’s in TJ and can fight with customers and I mean really! Like in physical. Stay away from this place. Guy name is Armando and he didn’t tie my mufflers back!

Went in yesterday (02/01/2019) after being to several tire shops. I wanted specific size tires for my truck, none had any of that size. All the shops tried to sell me smaller tires. Was going down El Cajon blvd and saw the shop and drove in. Not only did they have my size, they had a matching pair of used tires with 90% tread and a very good price. I wasnt given a big sales pitch like all the other shops id been to. These guys are great, very nice and personable. And the speed in which they did it was awesome.. They even cleaned my rims(no extra charge). I will definatly go back when i put tires on the front of my truck and would give them 10 stars if i could. I highly recommend them. Before you go anywhere else give them a visit. GREAT JOB GUYS, THANK YOU. Ill see you again soon and have my dog sing for you again 👍👍👍👆

Armando is a cheat and a liar took my money for an alignment that he did not do I came back after I drove my car then he gave me every excuse in the book from my machine doesnt work too I dont do alignments now my machine is broke and i came in on a saturday for the alignment i came back on a saturday and that is when he had all the excuses then told me to leave would not give me a refund. I went to two other places and BOTH said a alignment was not done to my car. stay away from this place !!!

I came here quite a bit because I bought tires from this place and they fix your flats for free which is great and its when I thought they were great but then I made the mistake of having them change my rotors and one of the men came in to tell me that there was no way to do it wrong which made me weary. 2 days later im on the freeway and something pops. The tire axle broke because they had broke it first and just welded it back together. I had to pay out of pocket to tow it off the freeway. My family and I almost got into a serious car crash because they werent honest with me and replaced the part they broke. They towed it 5 blocks from as far as my tow would cover and then refused to pay me back for the tow i paid. They immediatly got on the phone to order a new part without even looking at the car because they knew exactly which one it was. They put the part on the next day and I havent gone back since. They still denied to pay me back for my tow and were not sympathetic or tried to be when i told them we almost crashed. Few weeks later i found out that it messed up my rim on that side. If they would have just been honest about breaking the part I wouldnt have made a big deal. Things break I get it but they wernt so be weary new clients.

Lack of empathy from Mr. Armando. Unfortunately I went through irreparable losses and that prevented me from being at my job. Upon returning, I went for the car that I had with him and in addition to my note, he added lot charges to me. Without any written note or notice that such charges would exist.
