Super rude employee, lazy, laughing at customers because they asked to create an account and it takes a few extra minutes of her time. Not going to use FedEx for my business and personal use at all.
There was no one in the front desk. When someone came out, she just stared at me until I told her what I was there for. She gave me attitude for not taping my packages. Isnt that part of what fedex is for? She said I had to pay for tape next time. After processing one of my packages (because the other one was for another carrier), she never said anything. I assumed I was good since I got a receipt. Everyone has their bad days, but you still gotta do your job and have respect.

Be careful here. Went to pick up a shipment. Two security guards came out unmasked. They had immediate attitude. When I wouldnt open the window, one tried to open my door. He backed off only when I pointed pepper spray. Later when retrieving my package, I stood back from the FedEx rep.. He laughed and asked What? You afraid of COVID?

I hope i never need to return to this fedex location. Poor customer service when this should be there number one priority otherwise your should not be working at thd counter. Encounter happened on June 17 around 4pm older woman.

Went in yesterday to drop off a pre-paid package. Normally, there is someone up front, but not when I walked in, there was no one there. Waited a minute and someone finally came from the back - older woman. She got annoyed when I asked if I was going to get a receipt. Told me I should have said something before she finished the transaction. I told her Ive gotten them before and she said SHE normally doesnt print them out. Well, how the hell am I supposed to know that?! I thought I was the customer, so why do I have to accommodate her? I, usually, see a guy at the front counter and hes always been friendly. Wish I knew both their names, but if I encounter this woman again, I wont be as nice as I was yesterday.

My girlfriend received a call from them saying they had tried three times to deliver a package and we were not home. Ok. They asked us to call them back, so I did. Twice. I left two messages and heard nothing back. A couple days later we receive a notification via our mailbox, saying the same thing, and that we can come pick the package up. Its like a 40 minute drive for us. I called FedEx customer service and they said they left three notices on our door, which was either not true at all or they were putting them on the wrong persons door. On top of that we never even got a call back from the FedEx store. So I had the order canceled. In the end we got the package, but only after they sent it to the worlds sketchiest Walgreen for us to pick up, which was about half way closer than them. Cool, I guess. Terrible customer service, well, of what I got. Ive always had issues with FedEx, and now I will be sure to not use them again.
Rude employee. Morning of June 12th and evening of Aug 12th. Zero customer service. Might be same woman everyone is talking about here on the reviews with one star ratings.
Terrible service. From the moment I walked in the girl already already had an attitude like she wasn’t trying to help anyone today. Then she found her reason. Giving me an attitude telling me I can’t send out the gift I wanted to send my nephew because the art set has paint in it. The woman’s name was Rene she is very unprofessional and should not be working with customer if that is the way she treats customers. I would hope that the managers see this post and take the proper corrective action before she gives the location an even worse reputation for customer service. If I could I would give this location 0 stars for the bad experience..

Location its convenient because its near my home but I was expecting a package and I called so they can put my package on hold and when I came to pick it up the driver was delivering my package this is an error of communication and thats not a good service. Even though customer service was friendly the mistake was already done.
I went today to drop off some boxes and the customer service was extremely terrible. The employee was very rude !! The employee needs a customer service training class !!

Mistake prone UNRELIABLE service. Driver cannot read straightforward delivery instructions. Three separate Fedex departments refused to accept responsibility for their mistake and rectify the problem. Would definitely not recommend freight service for business use, especially not for film productions.
The IQ of the customer service here is 40 but thats the sum of all of the employees.... yeeeez... they know nothing and never know nothing... basically they are useless... oh and never have big boxes... just as bad as Amy from Chula Vistas FEDEX

Dont use FedEx ever. I called them at least 4 times to give them delivery instructions that they proceeded to completely ignore, and my package was stuck at this facility for over a week. Its still there now. Theyre unwilling to rectify the problem. And apparently no one works at this facility in the middle of the day because of shift changes?

Absolutely terrible, two days in a row the delivery driver didnt even attempt to deliver the package even as I stood outside at the gate. They just marked it as an exception and drove away as if they had attempted to deliver.
Driver never showed up and said i was not home. Disrespectful customer service hung up on me FEDX is an unreliable way to ship anything .

Very poor service for both customers and users who make use of the facilities, they ask you to download the material and to accommodate them where they want and if they dont think so, you SHOUT to put it somewhere else, today only two ramps are in service since the others have the garbage containers, they say they open at 9 and come opening the doors at 9:10 or 9: 20 and in what they leave the units that are inside come attending you at 30, well, a lot of complaints from the carriers to the manager but he does nothing continues and will continue from bad to worse.
