Went in to mail a package they were very helpful in letting me know my choices and rates. I had boxed the items. The least expensive was a flat rate box by the USPS. They told me they would put my box in a flat rate box and if it didn’t fit they would repack it for me. Can’t ask for better service than that.

I’m a local in little Italy. They provide Great and reliable service! I go there when I need my returns to be dropped off. I trust them more than anyone else! Thank you for handling our packages very well.

GoPostal has been such a lifesaver for me! Any time I have a return, something to mail or just any packaging needs they have everything I need readily available and for an affordable price! I essentially walk up and tell them what I need and they take care of the rest. The employees are kind, respectful and so helpful! So glad to have found them. It is also especially convenient that they have an email address to send return labels too. They print out the label right there and make my returns so easy. Life is hectic and busy but GoPostal helps make my errands so much easier!

Great hours, fast service. They even have a mobile notary on call since my husband is immobile right now and I needed this type of service. They suggested ways of saving $$, can also do passport photos for visas/passports. Great little spot that serves the Little Italy Community quite well!

Bad/rude customer service and high prices. I made a comment about how I was charged $1 for 1 copy and I was told with a derogatory attitude that if I found a place with cheaper copies I should go there. They are taking advantage of people in need to make copies for paper work done at the closed by consulates. Someone else made a comment about how they were given useless dark copies and refused to either retake them or reimburse the amount charged. These people are just sharks.

The man is very rude! Ive been renting a box from this place for about 4 years and I only come in once a month to get my mail. The ladies are very nice but wow so sorry they have to have such a disrespectful owner/husband to work with.

The owners are extremely rude and disrespectful. Pricing is amoung the highest in the San Diego.I had a mailbox there for about 5 years then closed it. But they kept charging me for over a year after that, when I came in to try to make a payment, they were extremely unwelcoming and rude, even to my 12 year old daughter! They were friendly when I first opened a mailbox there. But they are NOT friendly anymore now that they have more business! I wouldnt get a mailbox here unless you want to be treated like dirt.

Really liked how they conduct business. Little sad about pricing though. They did help me with a package to pickup but charging$10 seemed to be excessive.
