From beginning to end- these guys were the best- on time, helpful, careful, and interested in making our move a success. Ron came on the scene after we were scammed by a mover who quoted a price that was too good to be true....it was. We needed to be out of our home on a certain date, but the scammer, after collecting a fee to hold our dates, could not/would not confirm a moving date. On very short notice, Wright Way (Ron) understood our problem and made time to get us out on time. Our furniture just arrived and everything was well packed and undamaged.I would recommend Wright Way -Ron and Salvador- to anyone needing a group of high quality, honest people to help you move. My company has been with working with Ron for three or more years now and they are the best solution for logistics that we have found. Ron, Santiago, and team always get the jobs done for us even when they are insanely last minute. They offer timely quotes so we can review with our clients first and are always are able to offer different solutions in regards to speed/safety/budget. We have used Wright Way to send items as small as a single shelf all the way to renting a full semi-truck to transport an entire retail store. A+ company for sure.

3-16-2021 update (16 months post-issue): Still zero response back from Ron in over a year. I highly recommend avoiding his company at all costs. The last message we received was a threatening email in all Caps saying that he refused to assist until we took down our negative review. Sad that we are the ones left with thousands of dollars worth of damage and zero options to make it right. Use any company besides Wright Way Packaging & Shipping.After 7 weeks of attempted communication, with zero response, I have no choice but to publicly review this company. Ron (the owner)/Wright Way crated a 100 year old piano that was pristinely rebuilt to museum quality. My father arranged the shipping from San Diego and I was set to receive the piano in Anchorage, AK. My father was advised by Ron that the crating job would be bulletproof and buying the replacement value of insurance (35-40k) would be unnecessary.Unfortunately, at some point along the trip one of the subcontracted movers dropped the piano from a forklift! We were never notified or offered a solution. I’m thankful we even noticed the issue before signing off on the crate. At a minimum, the cost to repair will be $5,000.I have emailed, left voicemails and spoken to Rons staff without a single response from Ron. He briefly spoke to my dad and said he’d make it right- but that was over 6 weeks ago.I’ve heard and read that Ron is a very nice man and genuinely cares to do a great job for his clients. I have experienced the exact opposite.

Wright’s Moving was very easy to work with and did the best job protecting normal goods I have ever experienced using s mover and an outstanding job creating valuable pieces . I would use them again and highly recommend them . Great people to work with .With that said, the distributors that made the final deliveries in both Rhode Island and in Florida, had issues . They delivered on time and were pleasant to work with but in both cases they sent the wrong kind of equipment for the delivery or failed to send the number of people to do the job that was ordered.In Florida they sent a semi truck without a power lift so the pallets had to be opened in the truck and the driver and I had to lower each carton and crate by hand . The driver was great but we were both out in a bad position .In Rhode Island that distributor only sent the driver and expected him to move three dressers, a sofa bed and lots of carton himself . The company kept on pretending they were sending another person. They never did . My sister hired a neighbor to help the driver do the moving the firm was paid to do.So it make have just been a coincidences but both distributors of the freight were subpar while Wright’s was outstanding .

Wright Way IS the RIGHT WAY!! I moved from San Diego, CA to Fort Collins, CO. My original plan was to rent from Uhaul or Penske (which were my only options for rental trucks) and drive all my belongings (plus SUV) with my fiance for the 16 + hour trek at about 5 months prego. I had to weigh my SUV to determine which kind of trailer I could rent through both companies because they had weight limits. While weighing at Mayflower, I learned about Wright Way. My initial intent to contact Wright Way was because Mayflower said they had a ton of boxes for sale. After a short conversation with Kelly, I learned they could come to my apartment with a crew of strong men to carry all my belongings, pack everything that needed special attention and deliver everything to me in Fort Collins IN HALF THE COST of renting a truck an driving myself. I was ELATED!! The best part... they did EVERYTHING they said they would (timely arrival, efficient moving, flexible with delivery dates, took great care of my stuff, quote was spot on...etc). The service was outstanding and my belongings arrived safe and sound...ZERO damage!! Very positive experience and I highly recommend this company to anyone moving. They made my life soooo much easier!
