Great prices and good pasta, but the Bolognese definitely isnt the best

Unfortunately I can’t comment on the pasta but as my friend and I were passing by the tiramisu (our favorite dessert) caught our eye and we had to get it. Did not disappoint, it was light while the coffee flavor still shone through. Would like to try their pasta next time.

First of all Liberty Market is cool. There are TONS of food options. I normally would not go for pasta but it looked so fresh I had to try it. I ended up ordering the prosciutto Mac and cheese. At first I was worried it wouldn’t be enough food but it definitely was. I was FULL. It was also great.

We got three kinds of ravioli that we brought home and cooked. We cooked it for 2-3 minutes and Id say it was al dente. I like it softer, so I should have cooked it longer, but no matter, it was delicious! The flavors, cheese, bacon, and spinach were all wonderful, but the spinach was absolutely amazing! Cant wait to try more of their food.

Pasta Design is my jam! I am big fan of the lasagna and their ravioli with yummy marinara sauce. You cant go wrong with their freshly made food. They have so many options to choose from...you cant go wrong. Also a big plus you can enjoy your delicious meal with a drink while at Liberty Station. :)

Worst lasagna never again

We had the beef lasagna and jalapeno ravioli with pesto sauce. The ravioli was excellent and tasty, however the lasagna was cold in the middle with unmelted cheese on top. Clearly served me refrigerated lasagna.

Best fresh pasta ever. I come here to get pasta whenever I can. It is so fresh that it only needs to be boiled for like a minute and its perfect. Just thinking about, yum. The raviolis with some of their pesto or tomato sauce (or a mix of both 😋) are especially incredible.

When were at the Liberty Market and my kids cant make up their minds this is always my fail safe. They love the Black (squid ink) pasta. If they knew it was theyd never eat it again, but thankfully they dont so its a fun novelty for them.I love their pastas, they have great texture and the sauces are excellent.

Delicious and wonderful. Best pasta dishes I’ve ever had. Great meatballs, too. I stop here every chance I get.

Pasta looked great but was overcooked like at a cafeteria

Delicious homemade artisan pastas, sauces, desserts served by incredibly friendly people. I go there every time I visit San Diego!

Lemon and pepper linguine with pesto is out of control good. So yummy!!!

This is a cute booth in the Liberty Station Market near the south side. I had the Combo(pasta & sauce, Greek salad) and San Pellegrino soda. There is a nice choice of sauces and types of pasta(I chose fusilli & Bolognese).Service is very fast so this is an excellent choice for lunch. I subtract one star for the below avg portion sizes.Recommended for a quick, tasty Italian lunch or snack.

My go to spot for lunch in Liberty Station! The spinach and classic pappardelle and pesto cream sauce and their meatballs are perfection! Great for fast and quality Italian meals!

Neat, colorful pasta display on the front. Kids love it. Great fresh pasta and simple menu. The owners take pride in their work and the ingredients they choose. Great tasting food and I always recommend adding chicken, sausage or veggies to complete the meal. You can also grab pasta for homecooking if youd like. The here pasta is years ahead of store bought. Realeasy to cook Al dente. Great little snack spot.

Fresh made pasta cooked when ordered. Good selection of pasta and sauces. Ordered the spinach fettuccine with Bolognese sauce. It was good but not spectacular.

They make their own pasta and do a nice job. I particularly like their ravioli which comes with a variety of different fillings.
