Delicious quick burgers and fries. Came here directly from the airport after flying in from the Midwest. The fries taste so different than the fries Im used to. Very organized and efficient kitchen. Friendly staff. In-n-Out lives up to the hype. Touchless soda dispenser was cool too.

The staff here are probably some of the nicest I’ve met at any In-N-Out. They truly go out of their way to make sure every guest is taken care of even during a late night rush. Given it’s close proximity to the airport however, don’t be surprised if there’s a long line, but the staff get it moving faster than you’d expect!

As usual, food here is really delicious. And the staff here is pretty nice here like the In-N-Out I used to go eat at as a youngster. Overall, a great and iconic place to eat at in the Bay Area if youre a burger fan like me!

Just got back from Frisco Texas. Grandson picked me up from San Jose airport. People in Texas dont wear mask. Not even kids. Thats probably why so many are testing positive. People there look at me funny wearing a mask. In-out burgers are #1 in my book. And still wearing a mask!!!!

Best burgers in the world... but if you are really hungry don’t come here, to take your food it’s gonna be ready in one hour... it should be better if they discontinued the restaurant. It’s make me hate the world

In-N-Out is always easy to review because their restaurants are consistently excellent and you can always expect the best burger in California. My default order is the double double extra toast (that means the buns are cooked a little more), with fries well done (crispier) and animal style (slathered in their house special sauce and grilled onions basically).I’ve never had a bad burger at In-n-out. They’re juicy, savory, and classically made. You can not deny how effective that mustard sear is on the meat. Service is pretty fast, but this location, like others, is pretty busy.I will be happy to order the #1 with the lemonade here again. Excellent franchise.

Like most in and out locations, this one has very quick, friendly service, and surprised me with the speed they showed with my order. They were VERY busy, twenty cars deep, and still managed my large order in less than ten minutes. I have no complaints about the food, though they did deliver a slightly warm milk shake. They did come through with a replacement, and when my friend temporarily lost a boomerang to a tree and climbed up it, the manager went outside and asked him if he could learn how to climb trees that well. All in all, lovely experience, had a delicious 4x4 and a double double.

We figured we needed to come here while visiting California to see what all the fuss is about.We got two double double combos animal style. Animal style is apparently on the secret menu. It came with cheese sauce, bacon, and special sauce added to both the fries and burger. We also substituted one of our drinks for a strawberry milkshake.Overall it was good. Its fairly good for fast food, but still fast food. I liked the burger better than the fries and shake.The menu is very limited and a little on the pricier side compared to the specials at other fast food joints.If youre looking for a fast food burger, its not a bad place to stop.

So grateful that this awesome In-N-Out opened close by in the neighborhood. They became an immediate grand slam with the folks from the 10-mile radius. The food is still as good as always, and the wait time simply gets longer with every passing day. I sure wish they figure out a solution to live up to the name fast food. I just waited for 46 mins in their never-ending drive-thru line, if it werent for their famous Double Double, I would have opted for another faster food establishment.

I havent been to an In-N-Out since we moved about 2.5 years ago and this visit brought back good memories and didnt disappoint. My son and I got double doubles with fries and a chocolate milkshake and everything was fresh and great tasting. Nothing quite like In-N-Out. Will add to the list next time were in San Jose.

9pm late night noomnoom time. 50 cars deep in the drive thru. Set my timer, 24 minutes from entering line to leaving with food. I encountered 3 workers and they were all so nice, friendly, and efficient. Best in n out experience Ive ever had from ANY site!

Customer service was good. The lady came out to find me because the speaker wasnt working. Ive been to a few in and outs. This one handles their business the way its supposed to.

It’s my first time in an In-n-out branch, we got here by Uber which seems like a good decision as the place is really crowded at the time we arrived, around 12:00pm, even with what seemed a big line the wait time from queue to ordering was no longer than 10 minutes so the staff is quite fast on these times,After ordering two double-double a pack of fries and two drinks for me and my wife it took another 5-10 minutes to get our food, and the look was good, but once i took the first bite, I just felt in love with it, it is quite really good, the cheese is all over the place and meat is tasty as it can be.I understand a bit the part that staff is not really serviceable but that’s what I expect from a fast food place,Overall the experience was full filled my expectations.

After a year of debating which hamburger joint was better “the others Guys” or “In-N-our Burger” I finally went to the dark side to see what all the hubbub was all about.As I walked up I noticed that they were very busy but the lines moved fast, the restaurant was clean and had a lot of 50 style diner photos “very cool”I ordered double cheese burger and the animal fry’s “from the secret menu” the server was all smiles, super polite and friendly. So far 5 stars all around.When my name was called I got mu food, filled my cup with lemon aid and sat ready to grub down. The burger came with onions, lettuce, tomato and a toasted bun. “liked the toasted bun” Mayonnaise and barbecue sauce is not available? I did get a very hard to open package of “what I think is” something like thousand Island dressing with relish in it. For “my” taste buds I found the burger lacking 3 stars max, The animal fries were crisp but just had cheese “and tasty stuff” on the very top, I could not pull the fries from the bottom and dip them in the topping as it was a hard clump “2 Stars.” Very disappointing.On the bottom of the cup and the French fry holder I found Bible verses “as one who is in Christ I think that is a great concept, my friend who was there with me, IS NOT in Christ, said he likes that they do that and has actually looked up the verses from time to time. 5 stars in my book”The price point is also 5 stars, over all I think 3 stars is a legitimate rating.

In n out is a classic hamburger fast-food restaurant with a simple 3 hamburger menu and the burgers are cheaper than most others. They like face to face contact so they have somebody stand outside to assist you. Great place.

Good taste but LIMITED options!If this chain was measured by the same standards other fast food restaurants are being measured by, it would have been sued several times. I asked for a side salad of some sort and the cashier looked at me as if I was ordering a deep fried American bald eagle. ヽ(ﾟ〇ﾟ)ﾉAdmittedly, the burgers are tasty, but its not the meat as much as it is the sauce they add, a pink mixture of vinegar and spices that makes the burger really tasty... Although I have to say that still need to taste the burger without such dressing sauce.The fries are fresh (You can see when they make them) but not as good as in McDonalds, but then again, which restaurant has fries better than them?This location is clean, they have people constantly cleaning bathrooms, tables, etc. They have an incredible amount of people coming over so I admire the fact that this chain is clean. I doubt any other chain would be able to do this.Another surprise was the content of fat, sodium, trans fat, etc. Its below the average in the regular fast food burger. (◕‿◕)

The food is good but line goes for miles at all times of day. Not really fast food if you have to wait 40 min to get it. Im sadly giving up in n out these days as most locations are completely unable to handle the volume of orders.Four stars because the food is still good, if youre willing to wait.

It’s In-N-Out Burger, you know what you’re going to get every time. It’s always a tasty treat! One of the main issues can be the long wait in the drive-thru, which you’re pretty much guaranteed to wait in if you go through around lunch time. If you can beat the lunch crowd wait early it’s not too bad of a wait. They do a good job of taking orders with a worker for the line to help speed things up, and worst case it’s at least worth the wait!

If you have been to in-n-out you have been here. Limited menu lots of customers ok food if you like burgers and fries. My chocolate shake tasted like vanilla even after I asked them to replace it because it was not the flavor I ordered.

In n out burger is a staple in the California experience. Each location transports you back to the old California. A place without care or toil. This specific facility is amazing the staff is super friendly and always understanding. The layout is a little different than normal, the classic “waiting bench” is missing from this location. Overall this in n out is located in great spot near both Apple campuses. I would recommend this location to anyone who asks.

This is a California original (started in 1948), the first drive-through burger restaurant has grown to hundreds of locations, and remains all about the freshness of the ingredients. The meat is fresh, never frozen. The buns are baked that day. The potatoes are pealed and cut to make the french fries right before they are fried, just before you get them. Youll find a much simplified menu, which enables everything to stay fresh. Check out the unofficial menu online. I have gluten intolerance, and they note allergies if you ask them to. Its so great that I can still enjoy a taste of my childhood, just animal-style protein-style instead!!

In-n-Out burger is a hard one to review. Their menu is very simple and this works as a blessing and a curse. If you like their burgers and fries then its great, if you dont then its not worth your time. I particularly appreciate In-n-Out burgers and will usually order a 3 by 3 whenever I go. One common complaint is that the fries are bland and its true, the secret is to ask for 2 extra packets of spread for every order of fries and dip the fries in the sauce which is great.

No matter what time it is, expect a long line at this location. The food is great and the line moves pretty quickly. If both the inside and drive through lines look packed pick the drive through line they tend to serve them first.

Terrible customer service! I waited in line for close to 45 minutes and when I got to the front and placed my order the total came out to $43 something. I only had $100s and $50s in my wallet so I handed the girl working there a 50 dollar bill and she wouldnt except it. She told me that she couldnt take anything bigger than a $20 after 10 pm. They wouldnt make an exception so I left empty handed. I was hangrier than Ive ever been in my whole life. I will never go back.

As one would expect, this place is always packed and there is a wait to find a seat. Nonetheless, staff is so friendly here and our food was exactly to order. Everything was cleaned and well maintained. Extra crispy fries were on point and can’t go wrong with animal style!
