I asked the cashier why your tortillas are 6 dollars she said cause its organic. I was like dang this 8piece medium size organic is almost more than a big meal at KFC. She later told me she buys those 6 dollar tortillas for herself, I was like, why I am wasting my time here .

Check your receipts. I bought face cleanser. The supervisor went to check the price and came back with the wrong price $4.99. The item was $3.99. I went back to get a refund and the supervisor only entered $1.00 without the tax. I mentioned the tax and she added it. But they just ended up charging me another $1.09 say what! So they owed me back $2.19 total. The 3rd time was the charm and finally got my money back.

As always grocery outlet has some of the best deals youll ever find. Especially if you like fine chocolate. I went in to get maybe three items, and ended up spending $50. At any other store I would have spent over a hundred. I love this place.

This is the outlet store and my high rating is based on this. You can buy fruits and vegetables for pretty low prices, also watch the deals - it could be very profitable. Some goods can be available one day and disappear another day. There are people asking for a change outside, just be aware.

This place is a gold mine! I just moved into the neighborhood a month ago and I was looking for a good staple grocery store. Lo and behold the Grocery Outlet on Santa Clara street. The prices are decently affordable, especially when compared to the expensive chains like Safeway or a Trader Joes.Another great thing is really helpful staff!They offer everything from household stuff to some limited decor to food. Easy for a quick drop in for dish soap or cleaning supplies, body stuff or even a fluffy blanket.Moving onto fresh food: I have a very broad palette too and love to experiment with different foods and this place has a good variety in fruits, veggies, frozen selections, oils and junk. Although its hard to find more niche stuff like plant spices (thyme, rosemary etc.), I give this place a solid 5/5.

Besides the fact that the associates dont seem to care about their job and/or the company does not put properly information them. Spoke with the manager about them unloading at unreasonable hours on a weekend 6am in the morning on a Saturday. There response...I will check with the realtor about that.... For a company that speaks about being all about their neighborhood. They are greatly failing at this and since they got a bad review for the Better Business Bureau. They are also a poor business as well. Considering there is a health concern and they cant understand basic City code for unloading. I would not trust them with my health!

It is a mix of discounted groceries and some dollar store type items. There is a bit of everything from wine to cereal to produce. They did have some great deals on organic items that I buy elsewhere.

From fresh fruits to vegetables, and fresh fish, theyve got it all for you. I like how wide their aisle was. It was indeed big and spacious. The counter staff was was so friendly as well.

They are awful. I parked my car and later on discovered that it was towed, had to pay 430 for that. They don’t put any CLEAR signs saying that the parking lot is only for their customers. First of all, the parking lot is huge, and that area has many stores, so it is not obvious. If you go to wholefoods, they put big signs saying parking limited for 2 hours, well this low level grocery store didn’t, which makes me think if someone else is profiting from the towing business. Weird that the manager had the towing phone number memorized, but never cared about putting signs about towing. What a shame. Taking money away from students...

It was just fine as usual, they just dont have everything I need. It becomes a pain when you want plain vanilla ice cream and there is none.

My husband and I have been shopping here for the past 2.5 years and we enjoyed the bargains that we often came across, but after this past end of year experience of having them tow our car while we were shopping and doing things at the other stores in the center, we will never shop at Grocery Outlet again. $400 to get our car out of the tow lot, on the 30th of December was the pits, the lot wasnt full and the car was new. We had tried to return some items that were not good to the store, but because we had purchased them at another Grocery Outlet, they would not refund it. So we left the store and did some eating at the local restaurants and then came back to get our car, only to find that it had been towed by A&A towing. Never again shopping at any grocery outlet again. bye bye $1,200 plus a year from our wallet, we will take our business elsewhere.

Price tags differ from the register. Be carefull not to think you are getting a deal until the register gives a price higher. This is not legal according to weights and measures. Is the staff really that lazy?

Overall prices is pretty decent. I bought a queen comforter set for $36.00. they have a pretty good selections, and they have a friendly staff. Grocery outlet is my to go store since i live very close to their location and most of all they carry stuff that i like.

Friendly staff, good deals on uncommon (usually high priced) items, but read the expiry dates before purchase, they sometimes have best before yesterday or is expiring today.

I love this place. This store was extremely clean and organized. And the young man that checked us out was extremely polite.

I love this place. Being situated in the heart of downtown they have longer hours and, quite often a better selection than their sister sites. Being an outlet products vary continuously so regular visits yield different results. Beer selection is top shelf micro brew.
