Habesha Mini Mart is very small, warm and family run business. The people are very kind and friendly! I usual buy Injera, Berber, shiro and spices. I strongly recommend Habesha Mini Mart for friends and families!
Im a neighbor of theirs and every time Ive gone in to purchase something they have been very nice and friendly. I like that its a family ran business and apparently very popular in the Ethiopian community since I see quite a bit of activity, especially in the evenings with patrons coming and going. I also love how they seem to love their children very much, I always see dad? Im assuming, playing with the lil kids outside in the evenings and before closing time. I will be a good neighbor and support their business as much as possible.
Well stocked, friendly service. Excellent injera!
I loved this store. It’s so clean, so organized and the owner is so kind. I was very impressed by her customer service. I will be back again to pick up more Injera and other spices. I asked the owner about prepared food and she said they don’t cater to this.
Its great place to get all the grocery you need
I got what I wanted, which were niter kibbeh and berbere paste in the refrigerated area (total price 22.50) The store is small with narrow aisles. I also get some regular injera bread here ($5). Definitely will come again to refill the spiced butter and berbere paste. Update July 5th: mixed injera(barley flour and teft flour) is 6.50$ for 5pcs- very delicious to dip into Indian curries too :-)
They carry tea and a wide variety of handcrafted tea pots along with spices other ethnic goods.
Have to ask at the counter but they have delicious berbere! Friend has also gotten tasty injera there too.
