Was able to get some warranty done here and it was painless. Staff all around had fantastic attitudes, took the time to make sure I was taken care of and not rushed.Communication was also on point. They keep me updated as needed and even went the extra mile to wash my car since they got it done early and were waiting on me to pick it up.Will be back for any more work I need done even though I have other dealers closer they just dont compare to same level of service as here.

We bought a used Porsche from Smith Volvo, traveling from out of state to basically buy a used car sight unseen. While our salesman was helpful and knowledgeable, it was really Smith Volvos partnership with SGS Independent Porsche Care and Nathans expertise that closed the deal. Nathan had serviced the car for years and was able to provide history and copies of maintenance records that gave me full confidence in the car. When we did run into an issue after driving it home 700 miles, Smith Volvo worked with us to resolve it, even though it was a used car with no formal warrantee. Completely professional and up front organization... highly recommend them for used and new cars!

Scott is AMAZING!! From the initial email when I inquired about test driving, to meeting him for the test drive, to his willingness to take the time to teach all of the ins and outs of the Volvo before we drove it. Then his attentiveness when emailing about the car and deciding on making the purchase. After the paperwork was filled out he spend another 30-45 minutes helping set everything up in the car and teaching me how to use all of the different features. He also made the effort to reach out and make sure everything was going great on the car and said if I had any questions ever to contact him or stop by and he would help me with my needs. The finance department was great also, they had all of my paperwork filled out when I arrived and all I had to do was sign the papers and I was on my way. I would recommend Smith Volvo 10 times over and over again. They really go above and beyond and make your car buying experience so exciting, instead of a daunting task like most dealerships.

Scott and the team at Smith Volvo were really wonderful and easy to work with. Scott is clearly passionate about the brand but we never felt pushed or sold to. After having visited a lot of dealerships and really hated the experience at most, this was a refreshing and enjoyable contrast. As an added bonus, the team was thoughtful and COVID-conscious, which made us feel a lot more comfortable. Hope it’s not the last car we get here!

My low beam light on my ‘09 Volvo went out and I drove straight to Smith Volvo at 1pm on a Thursday afternoon and the Service Manager, David Perez, immediately came to my rescue. No appointment necessary.They had the part in stock and changed it right then and there. I drove off a happy Volvo driver/owner!! Thank you, David, Tim and Smith Volvo!

Stay away, they will not honor their online price. They had an add on Craigslist and when I talked with them about it, they decided to up the price by 2k because they did “regular maintenance”. What a joke. I would expect regular maintenance to be done regardless when I buy a car from a dealership.

Tim in the parts department was extremely helpful. He was extremely knowledgeable and had the parts shipped out to me that day. This is the second time I have dealt with them and everything was seamless. Highly recommend their parts department!

Unfortunately I have to give Smith Volvo a poor review as they were dishonest about the condidtion of a car I was interested in buying. They were very cordial and professional over the phone, and even brought the car to Meinke Automotive for me to get an inspection. However, upon inspection, it was revealed that the car was leaking oil, the air filters had not been changed as Smith said they had, and the car made a loud clunking noise when driven anywhere. I cant reccomend them, as they knowingly tried to sell me a car that had significant issues they witheld from me.

The only key we had for our sons 1991 Volvo was misplaced. After calling 3 Locksmiths in the area gave me prices of $125, $220 & $330 to make a key if they even could. I then called Smith’s Volvo and talked to Tim in the parts department. He was amazing. He told me if I could give him the VIN number, registration and personal ID they could make us a jey for $37 plus tax. I ordered 2 new keys and they were at Volvo Parts by 11am the next day. I gladly give Smiths Volvo Cars 5 Stars and Tim 10 plus Stars. They saved us a lot of money and frustration. Thank you so very much.

Smith Volvo is awesome! I went in looking for a new car (not necessarily a Volvo), and browsed around the lot for almost an hour. The sales folks were helpful, not pushy, and ultimately, I ended up with a used Bimmer at a great price. I highly recommend them if youre looking for an honest dealership with a great selection of cars.

My Volvo had several check engine codes. I couldnt get it smogged. The service department got to the bottom of it fairly quickly and reasonably. They truly went above and beyond my expectations. David and Juan were very helpful and kept me informed of the progress of repairs. My V50 is happily running once again, and the total repair was s little less than the original quote.

Be aware of their inconsistency when it comes to the prices of their car. We were very serious about a vehicle that has been listed on their website for over 7 days, called today with one salesman saying the price is correct, and a second saying I am wrong, and it is actually $1,000 more. Buyer beware, go elsewhere.

We were very interested in an upcoming product and my wife and I both visited the dealership on separate occasions. I called the dealership and asked to speak to the owner as we know one another casually through mutual car hobby.After 2 calls more than a week apart NO return call. On the third call and asking for the owner specifically I was transferred to the sales manager. I asked why it took so many calls to get a return and stated if they cant get back to me when I am ready to buy, how will my ownership experience be and therefore I could not make a purchase there.The sales manager responded with personalized profanity which just blew me away. A week later I received an e-mail from the owner with more bizarre excuses and a left handed apology.Although they are the nearest dealership by over 80 miles, customer abuse and profane name calling just doesnt work for me.
