Went to get a matcha latte and a frappe for my friend post workout. The lady who took my order were a bit absent minded, but the other staffs were nice enough to ask me again about my order (affogato shot to not be blended in my frappe). Good latte and frappe, busy most of the times.

I dont usually go to Starbucks. And I have no idea what anything there is, but I was more than satisfied with the cinnamon dolce latte! Great service and following of the cdc guidelines. Was a little slow because of the system in place to prevent covid 19, but very satisfied

Starbucks is just not standing up to a used to be.... Sadly they always have the same coffee on tap as theyve had for over eight years now.. they took Colombian completely out of their stores which in my opinion was one of the best.. and this certain Starbucks I stopped at the coffee was burnt .. ampms was Better 😣

Breakfast rush was handled fairly quickly. The whole process took me 15 - 20 minutes. Considering that its Starbucks and a popular destination, not to bad turn around. I didnt see a drive through. Parking could be challenging.

Perfect location for meetings, as it has indoor and outdoor seating. Great for over groups of 8 to meet outside.

This Starbucks has limited seating inside. Most of the time all tables are taken. If I want to sit at my own table, I have to go to the outside seats. Nautical Bean is a better option for enjoying a good cup of espresso.

I object that police officers were asked to leave the establishment because a customer felt uncomfortable. Why wasnt the customer ask to leave? I respect our officers and know they are doing a tough job. Shame on that Starbucks manager. Will find another business!!!

Friendly staff and convenient location. It is close to my work so I stop often. The staff tends to remember my name and order, and always greet me with a smile.As others have said in other reviews, this coffee shop is poorly laid out. It is a bit small compared to other stores, and the way things are laid out is not the most efficient. The pick-up area is right next to the bathrooms toward the back, which creates a bit of a bottleneck and makes the space feel fuller than it actually is. A remodel would address some of this Im sure (I would basically flip the bar area, with orders in the back and pickup by the door), and of course this only minimally affects the quality of service when the place is packed. However, it still gives you that Starbucks third space experience you are looking for from the Seattle coffee juggernaut.

They do a pretty good job at keeping the bums and WiFi leaches away here. Not an easy task at this location. I was able to have a teleconference and an Americano without any panhandling, bandwidth issues or offensive odors intruding!

Thought I would treat my wife to a Pumpkin Spice Latte. Nastiness. Incredibly too sweet. Even for my wife that thinks sugar cubes are a solid breakfast choice.

Hit and miss, I have had great service when they are slower but its hard to get a seat to setup a computer and they get very very busy. In that case one employee was quite sarcastic. Starbucks is a hard job and some are just not cut out for it. Try the Starbucks at Los Osos a few miles away.
